Jedan od klju\u010dnih pokazatelja performansi ovih hladnjaka je njihov nivo vibracija i buke, \u0161to mo\u017ee direktno uticati na kvalitet i pouzdanost elektronske opreme u koju su ugra\u0111eni. Ni\u017ei nivoi vibracija i buke posebno su klju\u010dni za medicinsku opremu, gdje \u010dak i najmanja neravnote\u017ea mo\u017ee imati zna\u010dajne posljedice.<\/p>\n<h2>Pregled projekta<\/h2>\n<p>Nedavno smo dobili narud\u017ebu od proizvo\u0111a\u010da medicinske opreme za balansiranje serije od 100 hladnjaka. Ovo je bio zadatak visokog uloga, s obzirom da \u0107e hladnjaci na kraju postati dio medicinskih ure\u0111aja. Cilj je bio jednostavan, ali izazovan: minimizirati nivoe vibracija na \u0161to ni\u017ei nivo.<\/p>\n<h2>Stalak za balansiranje<\/h2>\n<p>Da bismo to postigli, po\u010deli smo sa izgradnjom specijalizovanog postolja za balansiranje. Stalak se sastojao od lagane platforme oka\u010dene na \u010dvrste \u010deli\u010dne \u017eice. Dizajn je osigurao da platforma ostane stabilna i minimizira sve vanjske faktore koji bi mogli utjecati na proces balansiranja.<\/p>\n<h2>Proces balansiranja<\/h2>\n<p>Kada je \u0161tand bio spreman, pre\u0161li smo na balansiranje. Koristili smo epoksidnu smjesu koja se brzo stvrdnjava kao korektivnu te\u017einu. Ovo jedinjenje je pa\u017eljivo naneseno na lopatice hladnjaka kako bi se suprotstavio bilo kakvoj neravnote\u017ei. Va\u017eno je napomenuti da je te\u017eina korektivnih optere\u0107enja bila nevjerovatno precizna i nije prelazila nekoliko stotinki grama. Ovaj nivo preciznosti bio je od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za postizanje \u017eeljene ravnote\u017ee i obezbe\u0111ivanje pouzdanosti medicinske opreme na kojoj \u0107e se ovi hladnjaci instalirati.<\/p>\n<h2>Rezultati<\/h2>\n<p>After the balancing process was completed, we conducted a series of tests to measure the residual vibration levels. The results were astounding. On average, the residual vibration levels decreased by more than 10 times, ranging from 0.01 to 0.05 mm\/s across the entire batch of coolers. It should be noted that these ultra-low values lie below the lower limit of the Balanset-1A&#8217;s specified measurement range (0.2&#8211;80 mm\/s RMS): they were obtained on our specialized lightweight suspended test stand, which strongly amplifies the vibration response of such small rotors, and should be treated as indicative stand readings for before\/after comparison rather than as guaranteed measurement accuracy under normal field conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Projekat je postigao zadivljuju\u0107i uspjeh. Ne samo da smo ispunili specifikacije proizvo\u0111a\u010da, ve\u0107 smo postavili i novi standard u balansiranju hladnjaka za medicinsku opremu. Ovaj projekat slu\u017ei kao dokaz efikasnosti preciznog balansiranja u pobolj\u0161anju kvaliteta i pouzdanosti elektronskih komponenti.
