Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>Kada dobo\u0161 \u017eitnog kombajina po\u010dne da trese cijeli stroj usred \u017eetve, uzrok je gotovo uvijek isti: nebalansirani <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/rotor\/\">rotor<\/a>. Rotori poljoprivrednih ma\u0161ina (dobo\u0161evi \u017eitnih kombajina, sija\u010du slame, rotacione kosa\u010dice, itd.) rotiraju visokim brzinama i nose zna\u010dajnu masu. \u010cak i mali <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/unbalance\/\">imbalance<\/a> kod takvih rotora mo\u017ee izazvati jaku <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/vibration\/\">vibrations<\/a>, \u0161to uti\u010de na rad cijele ma\u0161ine. <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/balancing\/\">Balancing<\/a> rotora je klju\u010dni dio servisiranja kombajnima i \u017enja\u010dima, \u0161to odre\u0111uje pouzdanost i u\u010dinkovitost opreme. Me\u0111utim, u praksi ovaj aspekt \u010desto ne dobija dovoljnu pa\u017enju. Kao rezultat toga, neubalansirane jedinice dovode do ubrzanog tro\u0161enja dijelova, neo\u010dekivanih kvarova u vrhunskoj sezoni i \u010dak predstavljaju sigurnosnu pretnju. Drugim rije\u010dima, rotor ima &#8220;te\u0161ki&#8221; dio ili sekciju koja uzrokuje vibracije tijekom rotacije. Razlikuju se dva glavna tipa neubalansiranosti: stati\u010dka i dinami\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/static-balancing\/\">Stati\u010dka neuravnote\u017eenost<\/a> javlja se kada se centar mase rotora ne poklapa sa svojom osom rotacije. U stati\u010dkom stanju, takav rotor mo\u017ee izglledati ubalansiran (te\u0161ki dijelovi na suprotnim krajevima \u010dine se da se nadokna\u0111uju), ali tijekom rotacije, centrifugalne sile iz tih dijelova djeluju u razli\u010ditim ravninama, \u0161to uzrokuje vibracije. Ozbiljne vibracije od neubalansirane rotor vode\u0107e do pove\u0107anih dinami\u010dkih optere\u0107enja na le\u017eajima i nosa\u010dima, uzrokuju\u0107i njihov preuranjeni otkaz. Jedinice koje bi trebale trajati godina izlaze iz pogona tijekom nekoliko mjeseci &#8211; na primjer, le\u017eajevi se moraju zamijeniti svaka 2-3 mjeseca, \u010desto pokazuju\u0107i klasi\u010dan <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/bearing-defects\/\">gre\u0161ke u le\u017eajima<\/a> kao \u0161to je lju\u0161tenje kru\u017ene staze.<\/p>\n<p>Neubalansirani rotiraju\u0107i dijelovi tako\u0111er uzrokuju umor metala u okviru i pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107iva\u010dima: pojavljuju se pukotine, bolti se otpu\u0161taju, i nosa\u010di se deformiraju. Part of the energy is wasted on oscillations rather than useful work. In severe cases, equipment can lose a substantial share of its productivity if its mechanisms are not balanced. A combine with a vibrating drum threshes and cleans grain worse, and crop losses may increase. For the operator, severe vibration means reduced comfort and fatigue; the cabin is noisy, and small parts rattle.<\/p>\n<p>U nekim slu\u010dajevima, neubalansiranost postaje i sigurnosno pitanje: te\u0161ki fragment koji se okrenuo (npr. no\u017e sjeckanja slame kada se pri\u010dvrstiva\u010d prekine) predstavlja opasnost, a pretjerane vibracije mogu ote\u017eati upravljanje ma\u0161inerijom. Stoga neubalansiranost nije samo blaga vibracija, ve\u0107 ozbiljna problem koja vodi do pove\u0107anog tro\u0161enja, nesre\u0107a, smanjene u\u010dinkovitosti i ljudskog rizika.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Koje rotiraju\u0107e jedinice kombajnima i \u017enja\u010dima zahtijevaju balansiranje<\/h2>\n<p>Gotovo sve rotiraju\u0107e jedinice u kombajnima i rotacionim \u017enja\u010dima koje imaju zna\u010dajnu masu ili brzinu rotacije trebaju balansiranje. Razmotrimo najkriti\u010dnije jedinice:<\/p>\n<h3>Bubanj za tuljenje kombajna<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo je glavni rotor u klasi\u010dnom kombajnu za \u017eetvu, odgovoran za tuljenje zrna. Bubanj obi\u010dno ima veliki promjer, te\u017eine stotine kilograma, i rotira se velikom brzinom (npr. 500\u20131000 o\/min). Proizvo\u0111a\u010di balansiraju bubanj u tvornici, ali s vremenom balans mo\u017ee biti naru\u0161en zbog tro\u0161enja bata\u010da, prianjanja prljav\u0161tine, zamjene dijelova nakon popravke, itd. Nebalansirani bubanj za tuljenje uzrokuje vibracijom koju prenosi na cijelo telo kombajne, ubrzavaju\u0107i tro\u0161enje le\u017eajeva i okvira. Posebno su pogo\u0111eni konkavnih, bata\u010da bubnja, i remena pogona. U klasi\u010dnim kombajnima, iza bubnja je bata\u010d (bacaju\u0107i bubanj) koji ubrzava prolazak mase prema staviloj za slamicu \u2013 on tako\u0111er rotira velikom brzinom i uzrokuje vibracije kada je neubalansiran. U rotacionim kombajnima, umjesto bubnja, koristi se dug glavni rotor (aksijalni rotor) koji vr\u0161i i tuljenje i separaciju. Takav rotor je u biti duga\u010dka vij\u010danica\/bubanj koja treb\u0430 kriti\u010dno dinami\u010dko balansiranje. Bilo koja od tih jedinica (bubanj, bata\u010d, rotor) mora biti pa\u017eljivo balansirane, ina\u010de \u0107e vibracija smanjiti efikasnost tuljenja i mo\u017ee onemogu\u0107iti skupim komponentama (stavilo za slamicu, sita, le\u017eajevi, itd.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_0463-scaled.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_0463-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Komponente bubnja vr\u0161ila\u010de kombajna o\u0161te\u0107ene nebalansiro\u0161\u0107u rotora\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5819\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Straw Chopper<\/h3>\n<p>Ova jedinica se postavlja na izlazu \u017eitnja\u010de i slu\u017ei za sitnjenje i rasipanje slamke. Rotor sitnja\u010da za slamku je obi\u010dno cilindri\u010dan vratilo sa rotacijskim no\u017eevima ili \u010deki\u0107ima. Rotira vrlo brzo (\u010desto 2500\u20134000 o\/min) kako bi fino izvr\u0161io sitnjenje slamke. Neuravnote\u017eenost sitnja\u010da je jedan od \u010destih uzroka vibracija u \u017eitnja\u010di, jer no\u017eevi mogu postati tupi tokom vremena, imati razli\u010dite mase (npr. ako su neki novi a drugi istro\u0161eni), a ponekad se no\u017eevi \u010dak i odmjenjuju, \u0161to dovodi do te\u0161ke neravnote\u017ee mase. Osim toga, ku\u0107i\u0161te sitnja\u010da je relativno tanko i mo\u017ee se deformirati. Neuravnote\u017eeni sitnja\u010d za slamku uzrokuje vidljivo drhtanje stra\u017enjeg dijela \u017eitnja\u010de; to dovodi do frakture pri\u010dvrstivanja, uni\u0161tavanja le\u017eajeva, pa \u010dak i do loma samog ku\u0107i\u0161ta sitnja\u010da. Sitnja\u010d za slamku trebao bi biti uravnote\u017een tokom svake ve\u0107e maintenance no\u017eeva. Posebnost ove jedinice je \u0161to je, zbog strukturne fleksibilnosti (tanko ku\u0107i\u0161te), potrebno obratiti pa\u017enju na odsutnost pukotina i pouzdanu fiksaciju svih dijelova tokom uravnote\u017eivanja.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_20220504_173129-scaled.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_20220504_173129-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Rotor kombajna pripremljen za uravnote\u017eivanje na terenu\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4824\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Rotacijske kosa\u010dice i mul\u010deri<\/h3>\n<p>Kategorija rotacijskih kosa\u010dica uklju\u010duje poljoprivredne strojeve za kosidbu trave ili sitnjenje biljnih ostataka gdje se rezni alati rotiraju. To uklju\u010duje bubnaste i diskne kosa\u010dice za sijeno, rotacijske mul\u010dere, sitnja\u010de (na montiranim ili vu\u010denim jedinicama). Svaka kosa\u010dica gdje se nalazi brzo-rotiraju\u0107i bubanj\/vratilo sa no\u017eevima je podlo\u017ena problemima neuravnote\u017eenosti. Na primjer, sitnja\u010d trave ili mul\u010der sa masivnim vratilom i mnogim zglobno suspendivanim no\u017eevima (kao sitnja\u010d za slamku \u017eitnja\u010de). Pri zamjeni no\u017eeva ili susretanja sa stranim objektima, ovaj rotor lako gubi uravnote\u017eenost. Kao rezultat, kosa\u010dica po\u010dinje vibrirati, \u0161to je opasno za priklju\u010dnu osovinu traktora i za samuokviru jedinice \u2013 u ku\u0107i\u0161tu se pojavljuju pukotine, a oslonski le\u017eajevi otkazuju. Uravnote\u017eivanje rotora kosa\u010dice je jednako va\u017eno kao i \u017eitnja\u010de. Vrijedi napomenuti da poku\u0161aji uravnote\u017eivanja dugog vratila kosa\u010dice \"na oko\" (stati\u010dki) su obi\u010dno neuspje\u0161ni \u2013 potrebno je dinami\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje (vidi odjeljak Metode uravnote\u017eivanja dolje). Metode uravnote\u017eivanja rotora<\/h2>\n<p>Postoji nekoliko pristupa uravnote\u017eivanju rotora, koje se razlikuju po uvjetima izvr\u0161avanja, preciznosti i potrebnoj opremi. Razmotrimo glavne metode, njihove prednosti i nedostatke:<\/p>\n<h3>Tvorni\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje<\/h3>\n<p>Gotovo svi proizvo\u0111a\u010di \u017eitnja\u010da i kosa\u010dica uravnote\u017eivaju klju\u010dne rotiraju\u0107e jedinice u tvornici. Koriste se specijalizirani strojevi za uravnote\u017eivanje gdje se bubanj ili rotor instalira, a uz pomo\u0107 osjetljivih senzora i ispitnih masa, determira se neuravnote\u017eenost. Zatim se mase za uravnote\u017eivanje dodaju na rotor (npr. plo\u010dice se vij\u010daju, podlo\u0161ke se zavarivaju, ili se male rupe bu\u0161e u te\u017eim podru\u010djima za olak\u0161avanje). Tvorni\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje osigurava da novi dijelovi ispunjavaju stroge tolerancije vibracija. <strong>Pros:<\/strong> visoka preciznost, upotreba stacionarne opreme i kontrola kvalitete. <strong>Cons:<\/strong> neuravnote\u017eenost mo\u017ee ponovno nastati tijekom rada (npr. zbog istro\u0161enosti ili popravke), te na terenu nema mogu\u0107nosti kori\u0161tenja tvorni\u010dkog stroja.<\/p>\n<h3>Stati\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje (na terenu bez opreme)<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo je najjednostavnija metoda, \u010desto kori\u0161tena od farmera \"na stari na\u010din\". Rotor se demontira i postavlja na prizme ili suspendira na os, \u0161to mu omogu\u0107uje da se slobodno rotira pod utjecajem gravitacije. Te\u0161ka strana se okre\u0107e prema dolje, nakon \u010dega se masa dodaje na suprotnu stranu (ili se uklanja sa te\u0161ke strane, ako je to mogu\u0107e). Ovo se ponavlja dok se rotor ne ostaje u bilo kojem polo\u017eaju bez spontanog okretanja \u2013 znak da se te\u017ei\u0161te poklapa sa osi rotacije.<\/p>\n<p>Stati\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje mo\u017ee uravnote\u017eiti diskove ili kratke bubnjeveve gdje je neuravnote\u017eenost u biti koncentrirana u jednoj ravnini. <strong>Prednosti metode:<\/strong> jednostavnost, nema potrebe za skupom opremom \u2013 dovoljno je improvizirana postava. <strong>Cons:<\/strong> ne eliminira dinami\u010dku (momentnu) neuravnote\u017eenost. Za duga vratila (duljina znatno ve\u0107a od promjera), stati\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje je nedostatno. Na primjer, vratilo rotacijske kosa\u010dice mo\u017ee imati dva te\u0161ka dijela na suprotnim krajevima; stati\u010dki, oni se me\u0111usobno kompenziraju, i rotor izgleda uravnote\u017een na prizmama, ali pri radnoj brzini pojavit \u0107e se jaka vibracija. Dakle, stati\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje mo\u017ee se primijeniti samo na relativno male i uske dijelove (remenice, zama\u0161njake), a za duga vratila poljoprivrednih strojeva, neu\u010dinkovito je.<\/p>\n<h3>Dinami\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje na stroju<\/h3>\n<p>Ova metoda uklju\u010duje uravnote\u017eivanje rotora u specijaliziranim radionicama ili servisnim centrima gdje postoji stroj za uravnote\u017eivanje. Dinami\u010dko uravnote\u017eivanje se provodi u najmanje dva <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/correction-plane\/\">korekcijskih ravnina<\/a> (na krajevima rotora) \u2013 to eliminira i stati\u010dku i dinami\u010dku (momentnu) neuravnote\u017eenost.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/trial-weight\/\">trial weight<\/a> metoda se \u010desto koristi: prvo, poznata masa se pri\u010dvrsti u ispitne pozicije, promjena vibracije se mjeri, i na osnovu tih promjena, program izra\u010dunava potrebne korekcijske mase. Zatim se mase fiksiraju na rotor (npr. sa vijcima ili zavarivanjem) na specificinim mjestima i vibracija se ponovno provjerava. <strong>Advantages:<\/strong> visoka preciznost dinami\u010dkog balansiranja \u2013 minimalne preostale vibracije mogu se posti\u0107i prema standardima (GOST, ISO, itd.). Specijalisti \u010desto istovremeno dijagnostikuju i stanje rotora \u2013 identifikuju labavost vratila, krivljenost, pukotine \u2013 i mogu odmah rije\u0161iti ove probleme prije balansiranja. <strong>Disadvantages:<\/strong> potreba da se rotor potpuno rastavi i dostavi u radionice, \u0161to nije uvijek mogu\u0107e brzo. Tijekom vrhunca berbe, uklanjanje bubnja za mljevenje ili vratila sjecka\u010da mo\u017ee biti radno intenzivno i dovesti do ispada opreme na nekoliko dana. Pored toga, potrebna je prisutnost servisa u blizini sa ma\u0161inom za balansiranje pogodnom za dimenzije i masu rotora.<\/p>\n<h3>Balansiranje Na Mjestu Eksploatacije<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo je moderan i veoma prikladan pristup, poznat kao <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/in-situ-balancing\/\">balansiranje na mjestu rada<\/a>, gdje se rotor balansira direktno na ma\u0161ini bez potpune rastave. Primjenjuje se pomo\u0107u prenosivnih ure\u0111aja za dinami\u010dko balansiranje. Takvi ure\u0111aji (npr. Balanset-1A, detaljnije opisani u sljede\u0107em poglavlju) uklju\u010duju senzore vibracija i <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/tachometer\/\">tachometer<\/a>, koji su pri\u010dvr\u0161\u010deni na ku\u0107i\u0161te le\u017eaja rotora, i elektronsku jedinicu sa ra\u010dunarom za analizu vibracija.<\/p>\n<p>Procedura je sli\u010dna balansiranju na ma\u0161ini: rotor se vrti pogonskom jedinicom ma\u0161ine (npr. od motora kombajna ili traktorskog priklju\u010dka ako je to seka\u010d), ure\u0111aj mjeri amplitudu i fazu vibracija, zatim koriste\u0107i pokusne te\u017eine, neubalansirannost se izra\u010dunava i ozna\u010davaju se mjesta za korekcijske te\u017eine. &#8220;Balansiranje na mjestu&#8221; omogu\u0107ava uklanjanje upravo one neubalansirannosti koja postoji u realnim uslovima monta\u017ee \u2013 sve se uzima u obzir, uklju\u010duju\u0107i veze spoja, no\u017eeve, vijke, koji tako\u0111e utje\u010du na ravnote\u017eu. <strong>Prednosti metode:<\/strong> minimalna rastava, u\u0161teda vremena \u2013 \u010desto ure\u0111aj za balansiranje omogu\u0107ava balansiranje, na primjer, sjecka\u010da slame za sat ili dva direktno na farmi, dok bi vo\u017enja u fabriku trajala dane. Ukupno, dinami\u010dko balansiranje u sopstvenim le\u017eajima danas se prepoznaje kao optimalno rje\u0161enje za velike poljoprivredne ma\u0161ine \u2013 pru\u017ea balansiranje prakti\u010dki tvorni\u010dke kvalitete bez produ\u017eenog pada opreme.<\/p>\n<h3>Pore\u0111enje Metoda<\/h3>\n<p>Zaklju\u010dno, stati\u010dko balansiranje je pogodno samo za najjednostavnije slu\u010dajeve sa uskim rotorima i ne rje\u0161ava problem vibracija \u010dak ni umjereno \u0161irokih rotora. Dinami\u010dko balansiranje je jedini pouzdani na\u010din da se eliminiraju sve vrste neubalansirannosti na rotorima visokih brzina. Balansiranje u uslovima radione servisa osigurava visoku preciznost ali je povezano sa padom opreme i logistikom. Prenosivo balansiranje na mjestu eksploatacije omogu\u0107ava brz povratak opreme u pogon i dovoljno je precizno za ve\u0107inu zadataka. Najbolji pristup za farmu je redovno preventivno balansiranje: pregled i balansiranje rotora prije nego \u0161to vibracije dovedu do kvarenja. Na primjer, nakon zamjene no\u017eeva na sjeka\u010du ili popravke bubnja, vrijedi odmah ga dinami\u010dki balansirati, bez \u010dekanja da se pojavi jaka labavost. Zatim \u0107emo detaljnije razmotriti tehnologiju balansiranja na mjestu koriste\u0107i moderan ure\u0111aj Balanset-1A.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Balansiranje Pomo\u0107u Ure\u0111aja Balanset-1A<\/h2>\n<p>Balanset-1A je prenosivi vibriometar-balanser posebno dizajniran za dinami\u010dko balansiranje rotora direktno na mjestu njihove eksploatacije. Ure\u0111aj omogu\u0107ava balansiranje u jednoj ravni (stati\u010dko) kao i u dvije ravni (potpuno dinami\u010dko) za \u0161irok raspon tipova opreme. Sastoji se od seta senzora i elektronske jedinice povezane sa prijenosnim ra\u010dunarom: paket uklju\u010duje dva senzora vibracija (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/accelerometer\/\">akcelerometri<\/a>) za mjerenje vibracija rotora, opti\u010dki senzor tahometra za o\u010ditavanje rotacija i kutnog polo\u017eaja, blok su\u010delja (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/bs\/glossary\/vibration-analyzer\/\">vibracijski analizator<\/a>) i softver. Cijeli paket te\u017ei nekoliko kilograma i smje\u0161ten je u malu kutiju, \u0161to ga \u010dini lako prenosivim direktno sa farme na farmu. \u010cak i in\u017eenjer bez dubokog znanja o dijagnostici vibracija mo\u017ee koristiti Balanset-1A: ure\u0111aj i softver automatiziraju proces mjerenja i izra\u010dunavanja, pru\u017eaju\u0107i jasne upute korisniku. Glavna filozofija takvog ure\u0111aja je da balansiranje rotora mora biti dosti\u017eno na mjestu od strane farmskog osoblja bez dugotrajnog obu\u010davanja i pretjeranog tro\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Proces balansiranja pomo\u0107u Balanset-1A je sljede\u0107i. Prvo se rotor priprema: sigurnost je od primarnog zna\u010daja \u2013 rotor se \u010disti od prljav\u0161tine i slame, provjerava se da su svi no\u017eevi ili \u010deki\u0107i neokrnjeni i slobodno se rotiraju (posebno u sjeka\u010du slame, gdje zako\u010deni no\u017e mo\u017ee periodi\u010dki uzrokovati neubalansirannost), a svi stranski privjesci se uklanjaju (na primjer, ra\u0161ireiva\u010di ako smetaju).
