Un dels indicadors clau de rendiment d&#039;aquests refrigeradors s\u00f3n els seus nivells de vibraci\u00f3 i soroll, que poden afectar directament la qualitat i la fiabilitat dels equips electr\u00f2nics on estan instal\u00b7lats. Els nivells m\u00e9s baixos de vibraci\u00f3 i soroll s\u00f3n especialment crucials per als equips m\u00e8dics, on fins i tot el m\u00e9s m\u00ednim desequilibri pot tenir implicacions importants.<\/p>\n<h2>La visi\u00f3 general del projecte<\/h2>\n<p>Recentment, hem rebut una comanda d&#039;un fabricant d&#039;equips m\u00e8dics per equilibrar un lot de 100 refrigeradors. Aquesta va ser una tasca de gran inter\u00e8s, at\u00e8s que els refrigeradors eventualment passarien a formar part dels dispositius m\u00e8dics. L&#039;objectiu era senzill per\u00f2 desafiant: minimitzar els nivells de vibraci\u00f3 al nivell m\u00e9s baix possible.<\/p>\n<h2>El suport d&#039;equilibri<\/h2>\n<p>Per aconseguir-ho, vam comen\u00e7ar construint un suport d&#039;equilibri especialitzat. L&#039;estand consistia en una plataforma lleugera suspesa sobre cordes r\u00edgides d&#039;acer. Aquest nivell de precisi\u00f3 era essencial per aconseguir l&#039;equilibri desitjat i garantir la fiabilitat dels equips m\u00e8dics on s&#039;instal\u00b7larien aquests refrigeradors.<\/p>\n<h2>Els resultats<\/h2>\n<p>After the balancing process was completed, we conducted a series of tests to measure the residual vibration levels. The results were astounding. On average, the residual vibration levels decreased by more than 10 times, ranging from 0.01 to 0.05 mm\/s across the entire batch of coolers. It should be noted that these ultra-low values lie below the lower limit of the Balanset-1A&#8217;s specified measurement range (0.2&#8211;80 mm\/s RMS): they were obtained on our specialized lightweight suspended test stand, which strongly amplifies the vibration response of such small rotors, and should be treated as indicative stand readings for before\/after comparison rather than as guaranteed measurement accuracy under normal field conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>El projecte va ser un \u00e8xit rotund. No nom\u00e9s vam complir les especificacions del fabricant, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 vam establir un nou est\u00e0ndard en l&#039;equilibri de refrigeradors per a equips m\u00e8dics. Aquest projecte serveix com a prova de l&#039;efic\u00e0cia de l&#039;equilibri prec\u00eds per millorar la qualitat i la fiabilitat dels components electr\u00f2nics.
