Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f v\u00fdkonnosti t\u011bchto chladi\u010d\u016f jsou jejich vibrace a hlu\u010dnost, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit kvalitu a spolehlivost elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v nich\u017e jsou instalov\u00e1ny. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 vibrac\u00ed a hluku je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i sebemen\u0161\u00ed nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost zna\u010dn\u00e9 d\u016fsledky.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159ehled projektu<\/h2>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno jsme obdr\u017eeli objedn\u00e1vku od v\u00fdrobce zdravotnick\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed na vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee 100 chladi\u010d\u016f. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se chladi\u010de nakonec stanou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f, jednalo se o velmi zodpov\u011bdnou zak\u00e1zku. C\u00edl byl jednoduch\u00fd, ale n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd: minimalizovat \u00farove\u0148 vibrac\u00ed na co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<h2>Vyva\u017eovac\u00ed stojan<\/h2>\n<p>Abychom toho dos\u00e1hli, za\u010dali jsme konstrukc\u00ed specializovan\u00e9ho vyva\u017eovac\u00edho stojanu. Stojan se skl\u00e1dal z lehk\u00e9 plo\u0161iny zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9 na pevn\u00fdch ocelov\u00fdch lank\u00e1ch. Konstrukce zaji\u0161\u0165ovala stabilitu plo\u0161iny a minimalizovala vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 by mohly ovlivnit proces vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Proces vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Jakmile byl stojan p\u0159ipraven, p\u0159istoupili jsme k samotn\u00e9mu vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jako korek\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed jsme pou\u017eili epoxidovou rychle tvrdnouc\u00ed hmotu. Tuto sm\u011bs jsme pe\u010dliv\u011b nanesli na lopatky chladi\u010d\u016f, abychom vyrovnali p\u0159\u00edpadnou nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee hmotnost korek\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed byla neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e1 a nep\u0159es\u00e1hla n\u011bkolik setin gramu. Tato \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159esnosti byla z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro dosa\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehlivosti l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde budou tyto chladi\u010de instalov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky<\/h2>\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed procesu vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jsme provedli s\u00e9rii test\u016f k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed zbytkov\u00fdch vibrac\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky byly ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed. V pr\u016fm\u011bru se \u00farovn\u011b zbytkov\u00fdch vibrac\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eily v\u00edce ne\u017e desetkr\u00e1t, v cel\u00e9m souboru chladi\u010d\u016f se pohybovaly od 0.01 do 0.05 mm\/s. Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee tyto mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 hodnoty le\u017e\u00ed pod spodn\u00ed hranic\u00ed specifikovan\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho rozsahu Balanset-1A (0.2&#8211;80 mm\/s RMS): byly z\u00edsk\u00e1ny na na\u0161em specializovan\u00e9m lehk\u00e9m zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9m zku\u0161ebn\u00edm stojanu, kter\u00fd siln\u011b zesiluje vibra\u010dn\u00ed odezvu takto mal\u00fdch rotor\u016f, a m\u011bly by b\u00fdt ch\u00e1p\u00e1ny jako orienta\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty stojanu pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed\/po, nikoli jako z\u00e1ruka p\u0159esnosti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Projekt byl velmi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. Nejen\u017ee jsme splnili specifikace v\u00fdrobce, ale tak\u00e9 jsme stanovili nov\u00fd standard v oblasti vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed chladi\u010d\u016f pro zdravotnick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed. Tento projekt slou\u017e\u00ed jako d\u016fkaz \u00fa\u010dinnosti p\u0159esn\u00e9ho vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality a spolehlivosti elektronick\u00fdch komponent.
