Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem stiskn\u011bte v hlavn\u00edm pracovn\u00edm okn\u011b programu tla\u010d\u00edtko &quot;F4-Nastaven\u00ed&quot; (viz obr. 1) a p\u0159ejd\u011bte do okna nastaven\u00ed ur\u010den\u00e9ho pro zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159evodn\u00edch koeficient\u016f (viz obr. 2).<\/p>\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm okn\u011b na obr. 2 je t\u0159eba do p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pol\u00ed zadat p\u0159evodn\u00ed koeficienty line\u00e1rn\u00edch a vibra\u010dn\u00edch sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f. Tyto koeficienty jsou uvedeny v pasportu p\u0159\u00edstroje. Obvykle je nen\u00ed t\u0159eba m\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>For the linear <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/displacement-probe\/\">v\u00fdchylka<\/a> u sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f pou\u017eit\u00fdch v souprav\u011b p\u0159\u00edstroje Balanset-1A \u010din\u00ed p\u0159evodn\u00ed koeficienty:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kprl1= 0,94 mV\/\u03bcm (konverzn\u00ed koeficient senzoru 1. kan\u00e1lu);<\/li>\n<li>Kprl2 = 0,94 mV\/\u03bcm (konverzn\u00ed koeficient senzoru 2. kan\u00e1lu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci mus\u00ed b\u00fdt line\u00e1rn\u00ed sn\u00edma\u010d instalov\u00e1n v ur\u010dit\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti od povrchu m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho objektu. Jmenovit\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost mezi povrchem a koncem sn\u00edma\u010de je 3,5 mm. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je na v\u00fdstupu sn\u00edma\u010de konstantn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed 2,48 V. Toto nap\u011bt\u00ed se zobraz\u00ed v pol\u00edch &quot;Channel1&quot; a &quot;Channel2&quot; pro prvn\u00ed, resp. druh\u00fd kan\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Chcete-li ji kompenzovat, mus\u00edte stisknout tla\u010d\u00edtko &quot;Remove DC&quot;. U rotor\u016f z jin\u00fdch kov\u016f (m\u011b\u010f, bronz, hlin\u00edk) by m\u011bl u\u017eivatel jmenovitou v\u016fli a p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edtac\u00ed koeficienty sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f stanovit experiment\u00e1ln\u011b proveden\u00edm kalibrace.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 parametry ulo\u017e\u00edte stisknut\u00edm tla\u010d\u00edtka &#8220;OK&#8221;. Nov\u00e9 parametry se ulo\u017e\u00ed do souboru a pou\u017eij\u00ed se pro dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>1.2 M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed radi\u00e1ln\u00edho h\u00e1zen\u00ed rotoru<\/h2>\n<p>Radi\u00e1ln\u00ed h\u00e1zen\u00ed rotoru lze m\u011b\u0159it bezkontaktn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/proximity-probe\/\">induktivn\u00ed sondy<\/a> ve dvou rovin\u00e1ch podle sch\u00e9matu zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00e9ho na obr. 3.
