To plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny symetrick\u00e9 prvky rotoru, a proto je celkov\u00e1 odst\u0159ediv\u00e1 s\u00edla p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na rotor rovna 0 a rotor je vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je v\u0161ak naru\u0161ena symetrie rotoru (asymetrick\u00fd prvek je na obr. 1 ozna\u010den \u010dervenou barvou), p\u016fsob\u00ed na rotor nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 odst\u0159ediv\u00e1 s\u00edla F3. P\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed tato s\u00edla m\u011bn\u00ed sv\u016fj sm\u011br spolu s ot\u00e1\u010den\u00edm rotoru. Dynamick\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed touto silou se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed na lo\u017eiska, co\u017e vede k jejich zrychlen\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho pod vlivem t\u00e9to s\u00edly s prom\u011bnliv\u00fdm sm\u011brem doch\u00e1z\u00ed k cyklick\u00e9 deformaci podpor a z\u00e1kladu, na kter\u00fdch je rotor upevn\u011bn, tj. vznikaj\u00ed vibrace. Aby se odstranila nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost rotoru a doprovodn\u00e9 vibrace, mus\u00ed se nainstalovat vyva\u017eovac\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e1 obnov\u00ed symetrii rotoru.<\/p>\n<p>Vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotoru je operace, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e se p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm vyva\u017eovac\u00edch hmot napravuje nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost.<br \/>\u00dakolem vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed je naj\u00edt velikost a polohu (\u00fahel) jedn\u00e9 nebo v\u00edce vyva\u017eovac\u00edch hmot.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-rotors\">Typy rotor\u016f a typy nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti<\/h2>\n<p>Vzhledem k pevnosti materi\u00e1lu rotoru a velikosti odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch sil, kter\u00e9 na n\u011bj p\u016fsob\u00ed, lze rotory rozd\u011blit na dva typy - tuh\u00e9 rotory a pru\u017en\u00e9 rotory.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tuh\u00e9 rotory se p\u0159i pracovn\u00edch re\u017eimech p\u016fsoben\u00edm odst\u0159ediv\u00e9 s\u00edly deformuj\u00ed jen nepatrn\u011b a vliv t\u00e9to deformace lze p\u0159i v\u00fdpo\u010dtech zanedbat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deformaci pru\u017en\u00fdch rotor\u016f ji\u017e nelze zanedb\u00e1vat. Deformace pru\u017en\u00fdch rotor\u016f komplikuje \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a vy\u017eaduje pou\u017eit\u00ed jin\u00fdch matematick\u00fdch model\u016f ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s probl\u00e9mem vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tuh\u00fdch rotor\u016f. Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee stejn\u00fd rotor se p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee chovat jako tuh\u00fd a p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch jako pru\u017en\u00fd. D\u00e1le se budeme zab\u00fdvat pouze vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm tuh\u00fdch rotor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1vislosti na rozlo\u017een\u00ed nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch hmot po d\u00e9lce rotoru lze rozli\u0161it dva typy nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti \u2013 statickou a dynamickou (momentovou). Podle toho se ozna\u010duje statick\u00e9 a dynamick\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed rotoru. Statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost rotoru nast\u00e1v\u00e1 bez ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed rotoru, tj. ve statice, kdy je rotor gravitac\u00ed obr\u00e1cen sv\u00fdm \"t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm bodem\" sm\u011brem dol\u016f. Ve statick\u00e9 poloze, tj. kdy\u017e se rotor neot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed, p\u016fsob\u00ed na rotor pouze gravitace a hmotnosti se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b vyva\u017euj\u00ed. V dynamick\u00e9m stavu, kdy\u017e se rotor ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed, za\u010dnou na hmotnosti M1 a M2 p\u016fsobit odst\u0159ediv\u00e9 s\u00edly Fc1 a Fc2. Tyto s\u00edly jsou stejn\u011b velk\u00e9 a opa\u010dn\u00e9ho sm\u011bru. Proto\u017ee v\u0161ak p\u016fsob\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech pod\u00e9l h\u0159\u00eddele a nele\u017e\u00ed na stejn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmce, tyto s\u00edly se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b nekompenzuj\u00ed. S\u00edly Fc1 a Fc2 vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed kroutic\u00ed moment p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na rotor. Proto se tato nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost naz\u00fdv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 momentov\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost. Na m\u00edsta lo\u017eisek tedy p\u016fsob\u00ed nekompenzovan\u00e9 odst\u0159ediv\u00e9 s\u00edly, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dit vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 hodnoty a zkr\u00e1tit \u017eivotnost lo\u017eisek.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee k tomuto typu nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti doch\u00e1z\u00ed pouze dynamicky b\u011bhem ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed rotoru, naz\u00fdv\u00e1 se dynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost. Nelze ji korigovat ve statick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm \"na no\u017e\u00edch\" nebo podobn\u00fdmi metodami. Pro odstran\u011bn\u00ed dynamick\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti je nutn\u00e9 instalovat dv\u011b kompenza\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed moment stejn\u00e9 velikosti a opa\u010dn\u00e9ho sm\u011bru ne\u017e moment vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed z hmot M1 a M2. Kompenza\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bna p\u0159\u00edmo naproti a stejn\u011b velk\u00e1 jako hmoty M1 a M2. Hlavn\u00ed je, aby vytv\u00e1\u0159ela moment, kter\u00fd pln\u011b kompenzuje moment nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee hmotnosti M1 a M2 se nemus\u00ed rovnat, tak\u017ee dojde ke kombinaci statick\u00e9 a dynamick\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Teoreticky je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee u tuh\u00e9ho rotoru jsou nezbytn\u00e9 a dostate\u010dn\u00e9 dv\u011b z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 od sebe po d\u00e9lce rotoru k odstran\u011bn\u00ed jeho nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Tato z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed kompenzuj\u00ed jak to\u010div\u00fd moment vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z dynamick\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti, tak odst\u0159edivou s\u00edlu vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z asymetrie hmoty vzhledem k ose rotoru (statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost). Dynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost je typicky charakteristick\u00e1 pro dlouh\u00e9 rotory, jako jsou h\u0159\u00eddele, a statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost je charakteristick\u00e1 pro \u00fazk\u00e9 rotory. To v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 vede k \u201eindukovan\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti\u201c v d\u016fsledku deformace \u00fazk\u00e9ho rotoru odst\u0159ediv\u00fdmi silami od korek\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed. SYST\u00c9M ROTOR-PODP\u011aRY. )<\/p>\n<p>To je patrn\u00e9 u \u00fazk\u00fdch ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdch kol ventil\u00e1tor\u016f, u nich\u017e krom\u011b silov\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 aerodynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost. A je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee aerodynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost, resp. aerodynamick\u00e1 s\u00edla je p\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 \u00fahlov\u00e9 rychlosti rotoru a k jej\u00edmu vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 odst\u0159ediv\u00e1 s\u00edla korek\u010dn\u00ed hmoty, kter\u00e1 je \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 kvadr\u00e1tu \u00fahlov\u00e9 rychlosti. Proto se vyva\u017eovac\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek m\u016f\u017ee projevit pouze p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9 vyva\u017eovac\u00ed frekvenci. P\u0159i jin\u00fdch frekvenc\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dodate\u010dn\u00e9 chyb\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Tot\u00e9\u017e lze \u0159\u00edci o elektromagnetick\u00fdch sil\u00e1ch v elektromotoru, kter\u00e9 jsou rovn\u011b\u017e \u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 \u00fahlov\u00e9 rychlosti. Vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm tedy nelze odstranit v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny vibrac\u00ed stroje.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vibration\">Vibrace mechanism\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Vibrace jsou reakc\u00ed konstrukce mechanismu na \u00fa\u010dinky cyklick\u00e9 budic\u00ed s\u00edly. Tato s\u00edla m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9 povahy.<br \/>Odst\u0159ediv\u00e1 s\u00edla vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho rotoru je nekompenzovan\u00e1 s\u00edla p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na \"t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd bod\". Pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto s\u00edlu a vibrace j\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 lze eliminovat vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm rotoru.<\/p>\n<p>Interak\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edly \"geometrick\u00e9\" povahy vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed v d\u016fsledku v\u00fdrobn\u00edch a mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edch chyb spojovac\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f. Tyto s\u00edly mohou vznikat nap\u0159\u00edklad v d\u016fsledku nekruhovitosti h\u0159\u00eddelov\u00fdch kr\u010dk\u016f, chyb v profilech zub\u016f ozuben\u00fdch kol, vlnitosti ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdch drah lo\u017eisek, nesouososti spojovac\u00edch h\u0159\u00eddel\u016f atd. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nekruhovitosti \u010dep\u016f se osa h\u0159\u00eddele posune v z\u00e1vislosti na \u00fahlu nato\u010den\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddele. A\u010dkoli k t\u011bmto vibrac\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed i p\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch rotoru, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 je eliminovat vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Aerodynamick\u00e9 s\u00edly vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdch kol ventil\u00e1tor\u016f a jin\u00fdch lopatkov\u00fdch mechanism\u016f. Velikost vibrac\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed nejen na velikosti s\u00edly p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na mechanismus, ale tak\u00e9 na tuhosti konstrukce mechanismu. Jedna a tat\u00e1\u017e s\u00edla m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k r\u016fzn\u00fdm vibrac\u00edm. U stroje s tvrd\u00fdmi lo\u017eisky mohou b\u00fdt lo\u017eiska i p\u0159i mal\u00fdch vibrac\u00edch vystavena zna\u010dn\u00e9mu dynamick\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Proto se p\u0159i vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stroj\u016f s tvrd\u00fdmi lo\u017eisky pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e sn\u00edma\u010de s\u00edly ne\u017e vibrac\u00ed (vibra\u010dn\u00ed akcelerometry).<\/p>\n<p>Sn\u00edma\u010de vibrac\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed u mechanism\u016f s relativn\u011b poddajn\u00fdmi podp\u011brami, kdy p\u016fsoben\u00edm nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch sil doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke znateln\u00e9 deformaci podp\u011br a vibrac\u00edm. Sn\u00edma\u010de s\u00edly se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed u tuh\u00fdch podp\u011br, kdy ani v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 s\u00edly zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost\u00ed nevedou k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm vibrac\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"resonance\">Rezonance je faktorem, kter\u00fd br\u00e1n\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed.<\/h2>\n<p>Ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve jsme se zm\u00ednili, \u017ee rotory se d\u011bl\u00ed na tuh\u00e9 a pru\u017en\u00e9. Rotor se pova\u017euje za tuh\u00fd, pokud lze zanedbat jeho deformaci (ohyb) p\u016fsoben\u00edm odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch sil. Deformace pru\u017en\u00e9ho rotoru je pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1 a nelze ji zanedbat.<\/p>\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se zab\u00fdv\u00e1me pouze vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm tuh\u00fdch rotor\u016f. Tuh\u00fd (nedeformovateln\u00fd) rotor m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt namontov\u00e1n na tuh\u00e9 nebo pohybliv\u00e9 (poddajn\u00e9) podp\u011bry. Podm\u00edn\u011bnou hranic\u00ed je frekvence vlastn\u00edch kmit\u016f rotorov\u00fdch podp\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>U mechanick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f jsou tvar a frekvence vlastn\u00edch kmit\u016f ur\u010deny hmotnost\u00ed a pru\u017enost\u00ed prvk\u016f mechanick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. To nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, proto\u017ee i mal\u00e1 zm\u011bna ot\u00e1\u010dek zp\u016fsob\u00ed drastickou zm\u011bnu parametr\u016f vibrac\u00ed. U mechanism\u016f pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v p\u0159edrezonan\u010dn\u00edm re\u017eimu se podp\u011bry pova\u017euj\u00ed za tuh\u00e9. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sn\u00edma\u010de s\u00edly.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"linear-nonlinear\">Line\u00e1rn\u00ed a neline\u00e1rn\u00ed modely mechanick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Pokud se nap\u0159\u00edklad nekompenzovan\u00e1 hmotnost na rotoru zdvojn\u00e1sob\u00ed, pak se zdvojn\u00e1sob\u00ed i hodnota vibrac\u00ed. Pro tuh\u00e9 rotory lze pou\u017e\u00edt line\u00e1rn\u00ed model, proto\u017ee se nedeformuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U pru\u017en\u00fdch rotor\u016f ji\u017e nelze pou\u017e\u00edt line\u00e1rn\u00ed model. Pokud se u pru\u017en\u00e9ho rotoru b\u011bhem ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed zv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hmotnost t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho bodu, dojde k dal\u0161\u00ed deformaci a krom\u011b hmotnosti se zv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed i polom\u011br um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho bodu. U pru\u017en\u00e9ho rotoru se tedy vibrace zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u011b a obvykl\u00e9 metody v\u00fdpo\u010dtu nebudou fungovat.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 zm\u011bna pru\u017enosti podpor p\u0159i jejich velk\u00fdch deformac\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e p\u0159i mal\u00fdch deformac\u00edch podpor pracuj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 konstruk\u010dn\u00ed prvky a p\u0159i velk\u00fdch se zapojuj\u00ed jin\u00e9 konstruk\u010dn\u00ed prvky. Proto nelze vyva\u017eovat mechanismy, kter\u00e9 nejsou upevn\u011bny na z\u00e1kladu, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad jen polo\u017eeny na podlaze. P\u0159i v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch vibrac\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee s\u00edla nev\u00fdvahy mechanismus vytrhnout z podlahy, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bn\u00ed tuhostn\u00ed charakteristiky syst\u00e9mu. Patky motoru mus\u00ed b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u011b upevn\u011bny, uchycen\u00ed \u0161roub\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dota\u017eeno, tlou\u0161\u0165ka podlo\u017eek mus\u00ed zajistit dostate\u010dnou tuhost mont\u00e1\u017ee atd. Ostatn\u00ed typy vibrac\u00ed se vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm neodstra\u0148uj\u00ed!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Technick\u00e9 mechanismy, jejich\u017e konstrukce zaji\u0161\u0165uje absenci rezonanc\u00ed p\u0159i pracovn\u00ed frekvenci ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed, spolehliv\u011b upevn\u011bn\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad, ulo\u017een\u00e9 v provozuschopn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch, podl\u00e9haj\u00ed vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Vadn\u00e9 strojn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm opraveno. T\u00edm se odstran\u00ed statick\u00e1 i dynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost rotoru. Tato metoda je zalo\u017eena na tom, \u017ee se na rotor um\u00edst\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed o zn\u00e1m\u00e9 hmotnosti s\u00e9riov\u011b v rovin\u011b 1 a 2 a na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f zm\u011bn vibra\u010dn\u00edch parametr\u016f se vypo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed hmotnosti a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed vyva\u017eovac\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto instalace z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 korek\u010dn\u00ed rovina. Obvykle se korek\u010dn\u00ed roviny vol\u00ed v oblasti lo\u017eiskov\u00fdch podp\u011br, na kter\u00fdch je rotor instalov\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i prvn\u00edm spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se zm\u011b\u0159\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed vibrace. Pot\u00e9 se na rotor bl\u00ed\u017ee k jednomu z lo\u017eisek um\u00edst\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed o zn\u00e1m\u00e9 hmotnosti. Provede se druh\u00e9 spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a zm\u011b\u0159\u00ed se parametry vibrac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by se m\u011bly zm\u011bnit v d\u016fsledku instalace zku\u0161ebn\u00edho z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 se zku\u0161ebn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed z prvn\u00ed roviny odstran\u00ed a nainstaluje se do druh\u00e9 roviny. Provede se t\u0159et\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a zm\u011b\u0159\u00ed se parametry vibrac\u00ed. Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed se odstran\u00ed a software automaticky vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 hmotnosti a \u00fahly instalace vyva\u017eovac\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Smyslem instalace zku\u0161ebn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed je zjistit, jak syst\u00e9m reaguje na zm\u011bny nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Hmotnosti a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed jsou zn\u00e1my, tak\u017ee software m\u016f\u017ee vypo\u010d\u00edtat tzv. koeficienty vlivu, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, jak zaveden\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti ovlivn\u00ed parametry vibrac\u00ed. Koeficienty vlivu jsou charakteristikami samotn\u00e9ho mechanick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tuhosti podp\u011br a hmotnosti (setrva\u010dnosti) syst\u00e9mu rotor-podp\u011bra.<\/p>\n<p>U stejn\u00e9ho typu mechanism\u016f stejn\u00e9 konstrukce budou koeficienty vlivu bl\u00edzk\u00e9. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 je ulo\u017eit do pam\u011bti po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a pou\u017e\u00edt je pro vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed mechanism\u016f stejn\u00e9ho typu bez zku\u0161ebn\u00edch chod\u016f, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje produktivitu vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u0161imn\u011bte si, \u017ee hmotnost zku\u0161ebn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zvolena tak, aby se p\u0159i instalaci zku\u0161ebn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed znateln\u011b zm\u011bnily parametry vibrac\u00ed. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed chyba v\u00fdpo\u010dtu koeficient\u016f vlivu a zhor\u0161\u00ed se kvalita vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak je vid\u011bt z obr. 1, odst\u0159ediv\u00e1 s\u00edla p\u016fsob\u00ed v radi\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru, tj. kolmo k ose rotoru. Proto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt sn\u00edma\u010de vibrac\u00ed instalov\u00e1ny tak, aby jejich osa citlivosti sm\u011b\u0159ovala tak\u00e9 v radi\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru. Obvykle je tuhost z\u00e1kladu v horizont\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee vibrace v horizont\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru jsou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Proto by kv\u016fli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed citlivosti m\u011bly b\u00fdt sn\u00edma\u010de instalov\u00e1ny tak, aby jejich osa citlivosti byla rovn\u011b\u017e orientov\u00e1na horizont\u00e1ln\u011b. A\u010dkoli v tom nen\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edl. Krom\u011b vibrac\u00ed v radi\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru je t\u0159eba sledovat tak\u00e9 vibrace v axi\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru, pod\u00e9l osy ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed rotoru. Tyto vibrace obvykle nejsou zp\u016fsobeny nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost\u00ed, ale jin\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami, zejm\u00e9na souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi s nesouosost\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddel\u00ed spojen\u00fdch p\u0159es spojku.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto vibrace nelze eliminovat vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm, v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je nutn\u00e9 vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed.
