Z anal\u00fdzy technick\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00fdch k t\u011bmto popt\u00e1vk\u00e1m vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich obsahuje \u0159adu po\u017eadavk\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd dopad na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed lh\u016fty a n\u00e1klady na stroje a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezuj\u00ed okruh potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch dodavatel\u016f. Mezi nimi vynikaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na dva po\u017eadavky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Povinnost zajistit konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/residual-unbalance\/\">zbytkov\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost<\/a>, kter\u00e1 by nem\u011bla p\u0159ekro\u010dit 0,1 g*mm\/kg (\u00b5m).<\/li>\n<li>Po\u017eadavek na za\u0159azen\u00ed vyva\u017eovac\u00edho stroje do registru m\u011b\u0159idel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prove\u010fme anal\u00fdzu p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enosti a proveditelnosti implementace t\u011bchto po\u017eadavk\u016f z pohledu skute\u010dn\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Anal\u00fdza po\u017eadavk\u016f na p\u0159esnost stroje<\/h2>\n<p>Ov\u011b\u0159\u00edme platnost po\u017eadavk\u016f z\u00e1kazn\u00edka na p\u0159esnost pomoc\u00ed technick\u00e9 specifikace vyva\u017eovac\u00edho stroje ur\u010den\u00e9ho k vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotor\u016f elektromotor\u016f, turbodmychadel a kompresor\u016f o hmotnosti 10 a\u017e 1500 kg. Specifikace stanovuje toleranci specifick\u00e9 zbytkov\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti, kter\u00e1 by podle z\u00e1kazn\u00edka nem\u011bla p\u0159ekro\u010dit 0,1 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>Pro ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed tohoto po\u017eadavku odkazujeme na tabulku 1 v <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/iso-1940-1\/\">ISO 1940-1<\/a> \u201eMechanick\u00e9 vibrace \u2013 Po\u017eadavky na vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed rotor\u016f.\u201c Na z\u00e1klad\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed uveden\u00e9 v t\u00e9to tabulce p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee p\u0159esnost vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/rotor\/\">rotory<\/a> elektromotor\u016f, turbodmychadel a kompresor\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 objednan\u00fd stroj zajistit, mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat po\u017eadavky na kvalitu G2.5 <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/g-grade\/\">grade<\/a>. Pokud p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 provozn\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010dka vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho rotoru \u010din\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad 200 Hz (co\u017e s velkou rezervou pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 ot\u00e1\u010dky v\u011bt\u0161iny zn\u00e1m\u00fdch stroj\u016f), m\u016f\u017eeme snadno vypo\u010d\u00edtat p\u0159\u00edpustnou zbytkovou specifickou nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost pro statick\u00e9 (jednoplo\u0161n\u00e9) vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed vzorce 5 z normy: eper = 2500 \/ (6,28 * 200) = 1,99 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>S ohledem na doporu\u010den\u00ed t\u00e9\u017ee normy ISO 1940-1 (dnes nahrazena normou <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/iso-21940-11\/\">ISO 21940-11<\/a>), jak je uvedeno v odd\u00edle 7, by m\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 hodnota stanoven\u00e1 pro dvoupodporov\u00fd asymetrick\u00fd rotor p\u0159i dynamick\u00e9m vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed alespo\u0148 0,3 * eper, co\u017e by v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010dinilo 0,6 g*mm\/kg, nikoli 0,1 g*mm\/kg, jak po\u017eadovala p\u016fvodn\u00ed technick\u00e1 specifikace. Toto rozd\u011blen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/glossary\/balancing-tolerance\/\">vyva\u017eovac\u00ed tolerance<\/a> Toto rozd\u011blen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 hodnoty mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma korek\u010dn\u00edmi rovinami lze zkontrolovat pomoc\u00ed na\u0161eho <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/cs\/calculators\/residual-unbalance-iso1940\/\">Kalkul\u00e1tor zbytkov\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti (ISO 21940-11)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, jak ukazuje na\u0161e anal\u00fdza, po\u017eadavky na p\u0159esnost vyva\u017eovac\u00edho stroje v t\u00e9to technick\u00e9 specifikaci (a mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch dokumentech) jsou zjevn\u011b nadm\u011brn\u00e9. Praktick\u00e1 realizace t\u011bchto nadm\u011brn\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f zahrnuje v\u00fdrobce do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch konstruk\u010dn\u00edch a technologick\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 obvykle vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b stroj\u016f s mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysokou p\u0159esnost\u00ed, co\u017e nepochybn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje n\u00e1klady a dobu v\u00fdroby stroj\u016f. Nav\u00edc tyto po\u017eadavky nejsou v\u017edy technicky provediteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee efektivn\u00ed provoz takto vysoce p\u0159esn\u00fdch stroj\u016f m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat, aby potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk splnil n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek, jako je pot\u0159eba termokonstantn\u00edch a \u010dist\u00fdch prostor, vibra\u010dn\u011b izolovan\u00fdch z\u00e1klad\u016f apod., p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u00e1klady na jejich vytvo\u0159en\u00ed mohou dokonce p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161it n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s po\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm stroje. Na mo\u017enou n\u00e1mitku z\u00e1stupce z\u00e1kazn\u00edka&#8217; (autora v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch technick\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed), \u017ee spln\u011bn\u00ed tohoto po\u017eadavku umo\u017e\u0148uje dos\u00e1hnout na stroji v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zbytkov\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti, skute\u010dn\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011b G0.4, lze doporu\u010dit, aby se sezn\u00e1mili s doporu\u010den\u00edmi normy GOST 22061-76 \u201eStroje a technologick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m t\u0159\u00edd kvality vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed\u201c (n\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma, jej\u00edm\u017e modern\u00edm mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm ekvivalentem je ISO 21940-11, d\u0159\u00edve ISO 1940-1), kter\u00e1 platila p\u0159ed zaveden\u00edm ISO 1940-1.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010d\u00e1sti 3 t\u00e9to normy, kterou vypracovali nejlep\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00edci v oblasti vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ze Sov\u011btsk\u00e9ho svazu, se od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u011b uv\u00e1d\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobk\u016f za\u0159azen\u00fdch do 1. t\u0159\u00eddy kvality vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed (t\u0159\u00edda G0.4 podle ISO 1940-1) by m\u011bly b\u00fdt za v\u0161ech provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek vyva\u017eov\u00e1ny ve vlastn\u00edch lo\u017eisc\u00edch, ve vlastn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edni a s pou\u017eit\u00edm vlastn\u00edho pohonu.<\/li>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobk\u016f za\u0159azen\u00fdch do 2. t\u0159\u00eddy kvality vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed (t\u0159\u00edda G1.0) by m\u011bly b\u00fdt vyva\u017eov\u00e1ny ve vlastn\u00edch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch nebo ve vlastn\u00edm pouzd\u0159e, se speci\u00e1ln\u00edm pohonem, pokud nen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pohon k dispozici.<\/li>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobk\u016f za\u0159azen\u00fdch do 3. a\u017e 11. t\u0159\u00eddy jakosti vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed (t\u0159\u00eddy G2.5 a\u017e G4000) se sm\u011bj\u00ed vyva\u017eovat jako d\u00edly nebo mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed celky.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Podstatou t\u011bchto doporu\u010den\u00ed je, \u017ee snaha o dosa\u017een\u00ed stup\u0148\u016f kvality vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed G0,4 a G1,0 na vyva\u017eovac\u00edm stroji je \u010dasto technicky i ekonomicky nesmysln\u00e1. Po instalaci rotor\u016f do stroje se dosa\u017een\u00e1 p\u0159esnost ztr\u00e1c\u00ed a k jej\u00edmu obnoven\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 dodate\u010dn\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed sestavy rotor\u016f (ve vlastn\u00edch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch a s vlastn\u00edm pohonem), kter\u00e9 se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed p\u0159enosn\u00e9ho vibra\u010dn\u00edho vyva\u017eovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jako n\u00e1zorn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad t\u00e9to teze lze uv\u00e9st vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed brusn\u00e9ho kotou\u010de ur\u010den\u00e9ho pro pou\u017eit\u00ed na vysoce p\u0159esn\u00e9 hrotov\u00e9 brusce na kulato (t\u0159\u00edda p\u0159esnosti &#8220;C&#8221;). Podle po\u017eadavk\u016f d\u0159\u00edve zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 tabulky 1 normy ISO 1940-1 by kvalita vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed brusn\u00e9ho kotou\u010de m\u011bla minim\u00e1ln\u011b odpov\u00eddat t\u0159\u00edd\u011b G0.4. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 frekvence ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed brusn\u00e9ho kotou\u010de b\u011bhem provozu bude 6000 rpm (100 Hz), ur\u010d\u00edme pomoc\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho vzorce 7 normy ISO 1940-1 p\u0159\u00edpustnou zbytkovou specifickou nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost eper, kter\u00e1 bude 0.64 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, po vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed na vyva\u017eovac\u00edm stroji, p\u0159i zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to tolerance, by posunut\u00ed t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b brusn\u00e9ho kotou\u010de vzhledem k technologick\u00e9 ose (ose trnu vyva\u017eovac\u00edho stroje) nem\u011blo p\u0159ekro\u010dit 0,64 \u00b5m. Proto\u017ee dovolen\u00e9 radi\u00e1ln\u00ed h\u00e1zen\u00ed v\u0159etena brusky t\u0159\u00eddy &#8220;C&#8221; podle n\u00e1rodn\u00ed normy GOST 11654-90 je 2 \u00b5m, m\u016f\u017ee se po namontov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho brusn\u00e9ho kotou\u010de na toto v\u0159eteno (p\u0159enesen\u00ed z\u00e1kladny kotou\u010de z technologick\u00e9 osy na pracovn\u00ed osu) zbytkov\u00e1 m\u011brn\u00e1 nev\u00fdvaha v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it a p\u0159ekro\u010dit toleranci doporu\u010denou ISO 1940-1 nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. V takov\u00fdch a dal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je, jak bylo uvedeno d\u0159\u00edve, nutn\u00e9 dodate\u010dn\u00e9 vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ke kompenzaci chyb vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch ve f\u00e1zi mont\u00e1\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017eeme tvrdit, \u017ee v naprost\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f lze po\u017eadavek na p\u0159esnost u st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch vyva\u017eovac\u00edch stroj\u016f omezit na \u00farove\u0148 zbytkov\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti 0,5 g*mm\/kg nebo dokonce 1,0 g*mm\/kg. Zaveden\u00ed tohoto doporu\u010den\u00ed do praxe umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdrobci v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit slo\u017eitost a n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdrobu stroje, zat\u00edmco z\u00e1kazn\u00edk (za p\u0159edpokladu realizace racion\u00e1ln\u00edho technologick\u00e9ho postupu) m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout po\u017eadovan\u00e9 p\u0159esnosti vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou z tohoto pravidla mohou b\u00fdt mal\u00e9 specializovan\u00e9 vyva\u017eovac\u00ed stroje pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad pro vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotor\u016f gyroskop\u016f, automobilov\u00fdch turbodmychadel apod. O pot\u0159eb\u011b zahrnout vyva\u017eovac\u00ed stroje do registru m\u011b\u0159idel<\/h2>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech byl v na\u0161\u00ed zemi u\u010din\u011bn p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd objev, kter\u00fd by mohl zm\u00e1st \"v m\u00edru zesnul\u00e9\" odborn\u00edky z ENIMS**, kte\u0159\u00ed vyvinuli klasifik\u00e1tor kovoobr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edch stroj\u016f. N\u011b\u010d\u00ed \"lehkou rukou\" se na trhu stroj\u016f objevil zcela nov\u00fd typ za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed - \"vyva\u017eovac\u00ed stroje pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vibrac\u00ed\", kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed m\u00edt certifik\u00e1t rusk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed normy a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed.*)<\/p>\n<p>A v\u0161echno by bylo v po\u0159\u00e1dku, ale najednou se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee \"pokrokov\u00ed\" z\u00e1kazn\u00edci za\u010dali do sv\u00fdch technick\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed povinn\u011b za\u0159azovat po\u017eadavek na za\u0159azen\u00ed vyva\u017eovac\u00edch stroj\u016f do registru m\u011b\u0159idel. Pokusme se pochopit, nakolik je tento po\u017eadavek pr\u00e1vn\u011b a technicky opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd a nakolik je ekonomicky provediteln\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Nejprve je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pochopit, jak tento po\u017eadavek souvis\u00ed s doporu\u010den\u00edmi st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch regula\u010dn\u00edch dokument\u016f. Za\u010dn\u011bme normou ISO 8-82 \"Stroje na \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed kov\u016f. Obecn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na zkou\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159esnosti\". Tato norma stanov\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pojmy a principy klasifikace stroj\u016f podle p\u0159esnosti, obecn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na zkou\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159esnosti a obecn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na metody ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esnosti. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si v\u0161imnout, \u017ee odkazy na postupy hodnocen\u00ed kvalitativn\u00edch charakteristik stroj\u016f v t\u00e9to norm\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pouze term\u00edn \"ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed\" a nen\u00ed zde \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u00ednka o pot\u0159eb\u011b za\u0159azen\u00ed stroj\u016f do Registru m\u011b\u0159idel, a tedy o pot\u0159eb\u011b jejich \"kalibrace\".<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm dokumentem, kter\u00e9mu je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost, je ISO 21940-21 (d\u0159\u00edve ISO 2953) &#8220;Mechanick\u00e9 vibrace \u2013 Vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotor\u016f \u2013 \u010c\u00e1st 21: Popis a hodnocen\u00ed vyva\u017eovac\u00edch stroj\u016f.&#8221; Tato norma, kter\u00e1 stanovuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na technick\u00e9 charakteristiky vyva\u017eovac\u00edch stroj\u016f a metody jejich &#8220;ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8221;, rovn\u011b\u017e neobsahuje po\u017eadavky p\u0159edepisuj\u00edc\u00ed nutnost kalibrace stroj\u016f a jejich za\u0159azen\u00ed do Registru m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f.
