Tentokr\u00e1t byl m\u016fj \u00fakol jin\u00fd, ale stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd: vy\u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my s vibracemi v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho ventila\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Tov\u00e1rna na v\u00e1penec s drsn\u00fdmi a pra\u0161n\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami klade na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky, tak\u017ee pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba je nutnost\u00ed. Pokud jde o ods\u00e1vac\u00ed ventilaci, m\u016f\u017ee jak\u00e1koli nerovnov\u00e1ha v\u00e9st k \u0159ad\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spot\u0159eba energie, mechanick\u00e9 nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro tuto misi jsem si op\u011bt vybral p\u0159\u00edstroj Balanset-1A, proto\u017ee je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd p\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy vibrac\u00ed a vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotoru. Postupoval jsem takto:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vibrac\u00ed<\/strong>: Prvn\u00edm krokem bylo zaznamen\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed vibrac\u00ed ods\u00e1vac\u00edho ventila\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Vysok\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b vibrac\u00ed \u010dasto indikuj\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1hu, kter\u00e1 by mohla v\u00e9st k neefektivn\u00edmu provozu nebo dokonce k poru\u0161e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed<\/strong>: Na z\u00e1klad\u011b prvn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f jsem na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed body na lopatk\u00e1ch v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho ventil\u00e1toru p\u0159ipevnil zku\u0161ebn\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed. To umo\u017enilo p\u0159\u00edstroji Balanset-1A zachytit p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zm\u011bny vibrac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b pou\u017eity k v\u00fdpo\u010dtu pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch n\u00e1pravn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00e1pravn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>: S p\u0159esn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji jsem upravil vyva\u017eovac\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed na lopatk\u00e1ch v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho ventil\u00e1toru. Tento krok byl kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro optimalizaci v\u00fdkonu ventil\u00e1toru a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b vibrac\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f<\/strong>: Po \u00faprav\u00e1ch potvrdilo dal\u0161\u00ed kolo m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vibrac\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u00darove\u0148 vibrac\u00ed se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila, co\u017e zajistilo \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed provoz ods\u00e1vac\u00edho ventila\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Provozovatel\u00e9 z\u00e1vodu byli spokojeni s okam\u017eit\u00fdm zlep\u0161en\u00edm v\u00fdkonu syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e se shoduje s \u00fasp\u011bchem, kter\u00fd jsme zaznamenali p\u0159i vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rotoru separ\u00e1toru b\u011bhem m\u00e9 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy.
