legeme, der roterer om en akse og holdes fast af sine lejeflader i st\u00f8tterne. Rotorens lejeflader overf\u00f8rer belastninger til st\u00f8tterne via rulle- eller glidelejer. I en afbalanceret rotor er centrifugalkraften, der virker p\u00e5 ethvert rotorelement, afbalanceret af centrifugalkraften, der virker p\u00e5 det symmetriske element. For eksempel virker centrifugalkr\u00e6fterne F1 og F2, der er lige store og modsatrettede i retning, p\u00e5 element 1 og 2 (markeret gr\u00f8nt i figur 1). Dette g\u00e6lder for alle symmetriske rotorelementer, og dermed er den samlede centrifugalkraft, der virker p\u00e5 rotoren, 0, og rotoren er afbalanceret.<\/p>\n<p>Men hvis rotorens symmetri brydes (et asymmetrisk element er markeret med r\u00f8d farve i fig. 1), virker en ubalanceret centrifugalkraft F3 p\u00e5 rotoren. Under rotation \u00e6ndrer denne kraft retning med rotorens rotation. Den dynamiske belastning som f\u00f8lge af denne kraft overf\u00f8res til lejerne, hvilket resulterer i accelereret slitage.<\/p>\n<p>Desuden sker der under p\u00e5virkning af denne kraft med variabel retning en cyklisk deformation af underst\u00f8tningerne og fundamentet, som rotoren er fastgjort til, dvs. der opst\u00e5r vibration. For at eliminere rotorubalancen og den ledsagende vibration skal der monteres afbalanceringsmasser for at genoprette symmetrien i rotoren.<\/p>\n<p>Rotorafbalancering er en operation, der korrigerer ubalance ved at tilf\u00f8je afbalanceringsmasser.<br \/>Opgaven med afbalancering er at finde st\u00f8rrelsen og placeringen (vinklen) af en eller flere afbalanceringsmasser.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-rotors\">Typer af rotorer og typer af ubalance<\/h2>\n<p>Under hensyntagen til rotorens materiales styrke og st\u00f8rrelsen af de centrifugalkr\u00e6fter, der virker p\u00e5 den, kan rotorer opdeles i to typer - stive rotorer og fleksible rotorer.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">Stive rotorer deformeres ubetydeligt under p\u00e5virkning af centrifugalkraften ved arbejdstilstande, og indflydelsen af denne deformation i beregningerne kan negligeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deformation af fleksible rotorer kan ikke l\u00e6ngere negligeres. Deformation af fleksible rotorer komplicerer l\u00f8sningen af balanceringsproblemet og kr\u00e6ver anvendelse af andre matematiske modeller i sammenligning med problemet med balancering af stive rotorer. Det skal bem\u00e6rkes, at den samme rotor ved lave hastigheder kan opf\u00f8re sig som stiv, og ved h\u00f8je hastigheder - som fleksibel. I det f\u00f8lgende vil vi kun betragte balancering af stive rotorer.<\/p>\n<p>Afh\u00e6ngigt af fordelingen af ubalancerede masser langs rotorens l\u00e6ngde kan der skelnes mellem to typer ubalance - statisk og dynamisk (moment). F\u00f8lgelig betegnes statisk og dynamisk rotorafbalancering. Statisk rotorubalance opst\u00e5r uden rotation af rotoren, dvs. i statik, n\u00e5r rotoren vendes af tyngdekraften med sit \"tunge punkt\" nedad. I statisk position, dvs. n\u00e5r rotoren ikke roterer, virker kun tyngdekraften p\u00e5 rotoren, og masserne balancerer hinanden. Under rotation begynder centrifugalkr\u00e6fterne Fc1 og Fc2 at virke p\u00e5 masserne M1 og M2. Disse kr\u00e6fter er lige store og modsatrettede i retning. Men da de p\u00e5f\u00f8res forskellige steder langs akslens l\u00e6ngde og ikke er p\u00e5 samme linje, kompenserer disse kr\u00e6fter ikke hinanden. Kr\u00e6fterne Fc1 og Fc2 skaber et drejningsmoment, der p\u00e5f\u00f8res rotoren. Derfor kaldes denne ubalance ogs\u00e5 momentubalance. F\u00f8lgelig virker ukompenserede centrifugalkr\u00e6fter p\u00e5 lejepositionerne, hvilket kan overstige de beregnede v\u00e6rdier betydeligt og reducere lejernes levetid.<\/p>\n<p>Da denne type ubalance kun opst\u00e5r dynamisk under rotorens rotation, kaldes den dynamisk ubalance. Den kan ikke korrigeres under statiske forhold ved afbalancering \"p\u00e5 knive\" eller lignende metoder. For at eliminere dynamisk ubalance skal der installeres to kompensationsv\u00e6gte, som skaber et moment, der er lige s\u00e5 stort og modsat rettet som momentet fra masserne M1 og M2. De kompenserende masser beh\u00f8ver ikke at v\u00e6re placeret modsat eller v\u00e6re lige store som masserne M1 og M2. Hovedsagen er, at de skaber et moment, der fuldt ud kompenserer ubalancemomentet.<\/p>\n<p>Generelt set er masserne M1 og M2 muligvis ikke ens, s\u00e5 der vil v\u00e6re en kombination af statisk og dynamisk ubalance. Det er teoretisk bevist, at for en stiv rotor er to v\u00e6gte, der er adskilt langs rotorens l\u00e6ngde, n\u00f8dvendige og tilstr\u00e6kkelige til at eliminere dens ubalance. Disse v\u00e6gte vil kompensere b\u00e5de for det drejningsmoment, der skyldes dynamisk ubalance, og for centrifugalkraften, der skyldes massens asymmetri i forhold til rotoraksen (statisk ubalance). Typisk er dynamisk ubalance karakteristisk for lange rotorer, s\u00e5som aksler, og statisk ubalance er karakteristisk for smalle rotorer. Men hvis den smalle rotor er sk\u00e6v i forhold til aksen eller deformeret (\"figur otte\"), vil dynamisk ubalance v\u00e6re vanskelig at eliminere (se fig. 4), fordi det i dette tilf\u00e6lde er vanskeligt at installere korrektionsv\u00e6gte, der skaber det n\u00f8dvendige kompenserende moment.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em auto;max-width:386px;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image5.png\" alt=\"Fig.4 Dynamisk ubalance af den smalle rotor.\" width=\"386\" height=\"268\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n  <figcaption>Fig.4 Dynamisk ubalance af den smalle rotor.<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Kr\u00e6fterne F1 og F2 ligger ikke p\u00e5 samme linje og udligner ikke hinanden.<br \/>Da armen til at skabe moment er lille p\u00e5 grund af den smalle rotor, kan der v\u00e6re behov for store korrektionsv\u00e6gte. Dette medf\u00f8rer dog ogs\u00e5 en \"induceret ubalance\" p\u00e5 grund af deformation af den smalle rotor under centrifugalkr\u00e6fterne fra korrektionsv\u00e6gtene. ROTOR-SUPPORTS SYSTEM. )<\/p>\n<p>Dette er m\u00e6rkbart for smalle ventilatorhjul, hvor der ud over kraftubalance ogs\u00e5 er aerodynamisk ubalance. Og det skal forst\u00e5s, at aerodynamisk ubalance, eller rettere aerodynamisk kraft, er direkte proportional med rotorens vinkelhastighed, og til at kompensere for den bruges den korrigerende masses centrifugalkraft, som er proportional med kvadratet p\u00e5 vinkelhastigheden. Derfor kan afbalanceringseffekten kun finde sted ved en specifik afbalanceringsfrekvens. Ved andre rotationsfrekvenser er der en yderligere fejl.<\/p>\n<p>Det samme kan siges om de elektromagnetiske kr\u00e6fter i en elektrisk motor, som ogs\u00e5 er proportionale med vinkelhastigheden. S\u00e5 det er ikke muligt at fjerne alle \u00e5rsager til vibrationer i en maskine ved at afbalancere.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vibration\">Vibration af mekanismer<\/h2>\n<p>Vibration er reaktionen fra mekanismens design p\u00e5 virkningerne af en cyklisk excitatorisk kraft. Denne kraft kan v\u00e6re af forskellig art.<br \/>Centrifugalkraften, der stammer fra den ubalancerede rotor, er en ukompenseret kraft, der virker p\u00e5 det \"tunge punkt\". Det er denne kraft og den vibration, der for\u00e5rsages af den, som kan elimineres ved at afbalancere rotoren.<\/p>\n<p>Interaktionskr\u00e6fter af &quot;geometrisk&quot; karakter, der stammer fra fremstillings- og monteringsfejl i de modst\u00e5ende dele. Disse kr\u00e6fter kan for eksempel opst\u00e5 som f\u00f8lge af urunde akselhalse, fejl i tandprofiler i gear, b\u00f8lgede lejebaner, forkert justering af modst\u00e5ende aksler osv. I tilf\u00e6lde af urunde akseltappe vil akselaksen blive forskudt afh\u00e6ngigt af akselens rotationsvinkel. Selvom denne vibration ogs\u00e5 forekommer ved rotorhastighed, er det n\u00e6sten umuligt at eliminere den ved afbalancering.<\/p>\n<p>Aerodynamiske kr\u00e6fter som f\u00f8lge af rotationen af ventilatorhjul og andre vingemekanismer. Hydrodynamiske kr\u00e6fter som f\u00f8lge af rotation af l\u00f8behjul i hydrauliske pumper, turbiner osv.<br \/>Elektromagnetiske kr\u00e6fter som f\u00f8lge af driften af elektriske maskiner, f.eks. asymmetriske rotorviklinger, kortsluttede viklinger osv.<\/p>\n<p>Vibrationens st\u00f8rrelse (f.eks. dens amplitude Av) afh\u00e6nger ikke kun af den excitatoriske kraft Fv, der virker p\u00e5 mekanismen med cirkul\u00e6r frekvens \u03c9, men ogs\u00e5 af mekanismens stivhed k, dens masse m samt d\u00e6mpningskoefficienten C.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em 0;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/cdd9842bec0cd7097cf30b3e2a3e6268.png\" alt=\"Formel: Vibrationsamplitude afh\u00e6nger af excitatorisk kraft, stivhed, masse og d\u00e6mpning\" width=\"413\" height=\"67\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>Forskellige typer sensorer kan bruges til at m\u00e5le vibration og balance af mekanismer, herunder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Absolutte vibrationssensorer designet til at m\u00e5le vibrationsacceleration (accelerometre) og vibrationshastighedssensorer;<\/li>\n<li>sensorer for relativ vibration - hvirvelstr\u00f8m eller kapacitiv, designet til at m\u00e5le vibrationsforskydning;<\/li>\n<li>I nogle tilf\u00e6lde (n\u00e5r mekanismens design tillader det) kan kraftsensorer ogs\u00e5 bruges til at vurdere dens vibrationsbelastning; is\u00e6r bruges de i vid udstr\u00e6kning til at m\u00e5le vibrationsbelastningen p\u00e5 underst\u00f8tningerne i hard-bearing balanceringsmaskiner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vibrationer er alts\u00e5 en maskines reaktion p\u00e5 eksterne kr\u00e6fter. Vibrationernes st\u00f8rrelse afh\u00e6nger ikke kun af st\u00f8rrelsen af den kraft, der virker p\u00e5 mekanismen, men ogs\u00e5 af stivheden af mekanismens design. En og samme kraft kan f\u00f8re til forskellige vibrationer. I en maskine med h\u00e5rde lejer kan lejerne blive udsat for betydelige dynamiske belastninger, selv om vibrationerne er sm\u00e5. Det er derfor, man bruger kraftsensorer i stedet for vibrationssensorer (vibrationsaccelerometre) til afbalancering af maskiner med h\u00e5rde lejer.<\/p>\n<p>Vibrationssensorer bruges p\u00e5 mekanismer med relativt b\u00f8jelige underst\u00f8tninger, n\u00e5r virkningen af ubalancerede centrifugalkr\u00e6fter f\u00f8rer til en m\u00e6rkbar deformation af underst\u00f8tningerne og vibrationer. Kraftsensorer bruges til stive underst\u00f8tninger, n\u00e5r selv betydelige kr\u00e6fter p\u00e5 grund af ubalance ikke f\u00f8rer til betydelige vibrationer.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"resonance\">Resonans er en faktor, der forhindrer balancering<\/h2>\n<p>Vi har tidligere n\u00e6vnt, at rotorer opdeles i stive og fleksible. Rotorens stivhed eller fleksibilitet m\u00e5 ikke forveksles med stivheden eller mobiliteten af de underst\u00f8tninger (fundamenter), som rotoren er installeret p\u00e5. En rotor betragtes som stiv, n\u00e5r dens deformation (b\u00f8jning) under p\u00e5virkning af centrifugalkr\u00e6fter kan negligeres. Deformationen af en fleksibel rotor er relativt stor og kan ikke negligeres.<\/p>\n<p>I denne artikel ser vi kun p\u00e5 afbalancering af stive rotorer. En stiv (ikke-deformerbar) rotor kan til geng\u00e6ld v\u00e6re monteret p\u00e5 stive eller bev\u00e6gelige (b\u00f8jelige) underst\u00f8tninger. Det er klart, at underst\u00f8tningernes stivhed\/suspenderbarhed ogs\u00e5 er relativ, afh\u00e6ngigt af rotorens hastighed og st\u00f8rrelsen af de resulterende centrifugalkr\u00e6fter. En betinget gr\u00e6nse er frekvensen af de naturlige vibrationer i rotorens underst\u00f8tninger.<\/p>\n<p>For mekaniske systemer bestemmes formen og frekvensen af naturlige vibrationer af massen og elasticiteten af elementerne i det mekaniske system. Det vil sige, at frekvensen af naturlige vibrationer er en intern egenskab ved det mekaniske system og ikke afh\u00e6nger af eksterne kr\u00e6fter. N\u00e5r underst\u00f8tninger afb\u00f8jes fra ligev\u00e6gtstilstanden, har de p\u00e5 grund af deres elasticitet en tendens til at vende tilbage til ligev\u00e6gtspositionen. Men p\u00e5 grund af den massive rotors inerti har denne proces karakter af d\u00e6mpede svingninger. Disse vibrationer er de naturlige vibrationer i rotor-underst\u00f8ttelsessystemet. Deres frekvens afh\u00e6nger af forholdet mellem rotorens masse og underst\u00f8tningernes elasticitet.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em 0;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/6cf9ce259705c3c27b80b37a8f7a946e.png\" alt=\"Formel: egenfrekvens afh\u00e6nger af forholdet mellem rotormasse og underst\u00f8tningens elasticitet\" width=\"397\" height=\"45\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>N\u00e5r rotoren begynder at rotere, og dens rotationsfrekvens n\u00e6rmer sig frekvensen for naturlige vibrationer, \u00f8ges vibrationsamplituden kraftigt, hvilket kan f\u00f8re til \u00f8del\u00e6ggelse af strukturen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e6nomenet mekanisk resonans opst\u00e5r. I resonansomr\u00e5det kan en \u00e6ndring af rotationshastigheden med 100 omdrejninger i minuttet f\u00f8re til en for\u00f8gelse af vibrationerne med titalls gange. Dette er ikke muligt p\u00e5 den s\u00e6dvanlige m\u00e5de, da selv en lille \u00e6ndring i hastigheden vil medf\u00f8re en drastisk \u00e6ndring i vibrationsparametrene. Til afbalancering i resonansomr\u00e5det anvendes s\u00e6rlige metoder, der ikke behandles i denne artikel.<\/p>\n<p>Det er muligt at bestemme frekvensen af mekanismens naturlige vibrationer ved udk\u00f8rsel (ved at slukke for rotorens rotation) eller ved st\u00f8dmetoden med den efterf\u00f8lgende spektralanalyse af systemets reaktion p\u00e5 st\u00f8det.<\/p>\n<p>For mekanismer, hvis rotationsfrekvens ligger over resonansfrekvensen, dvs. som arbejder i resonansregimet, anses underst\u00f8tningerne for at v\u00e6re i bev\u00e6gelse, og til m\u00e5ling anvendes vibrationssensorer, hovedsageligt vibroacelerometre, der m\u00e5ler accelerationen af strukturelle elementer. For mekanismer, der arbejder i pr\u00e6resonant tilstand, betragtes underst\u00f8tningerne som stive. I dette tilf\u00e6lde anvendes kraftsensorer.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"linear-nonlinear\">Line\u00e6re og ikke-line\u00e6re modeller af et mekanisk system. Ikke-linearitet er en faktor, der forhindrer afbalancering<\/h2>\n<p>Ved afbalancering af stive rotorer bruges matematiske modeller kaldet line\u00e6re modeller til afbalanceringsberegninger. En line\u00e6r model betyder, at i en s\u00e5dan model er den ene st\u00f8rrelse proportional (line\u00e6r) med den anden. Hvis f.eks. den ukompenserede masse p\u00e5 rotoren fordobles, vil vibrationsv\u00e6rdien ogs\u00e5 fordobles. For stive rotorer kan man bruge en line\u00e6r model, da de ikke deformeres.<\/p>\n<p>For fleksible rotorer kan den line\u00e6re model ikke l\u00e6ngere bruges. For en fleksibel rotor, hvis massen af det tunge punkt \u00f8ges under rotationen, vil der opst\u00e5 yderligere deformation, og ud over massen vil radius for det tunge punkts placering ogs\u00e5 \u00f8ges. For en fleksibel rotor vil vibrationerne derfor blive mere end fordoblet, og de s\u00e6dvanlige beregningsmetoder vil ikke fungere.<\/p>\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ndringen af underst\u00f8tningernes elasticitet ved deres store deformationer, for eksempel n\u00e5r nogle strukturelle elementer fungerer ved sm\u00e5 deformationer af underst\u00f8tninger, og ved store er andre strukturelle elementer involveret. Det er derfor, du ikke kan afbalancere mekanismer, der ikke er fastgjort p\u00e5 et fundament, men f.eks. blot placeret p\u00e5 gulvet. Ved kraftige vibrationer kan kraften fra ubalancen tr\u00e6kke mekanismen v\u00e6k fra gulvet og dermed \u00e6ndre systemets stivhedskarakteristika markant. Motorf\u00f8dder skal v\u00e6re forsvarligt fastgjort, boltbeslag skal v\u00e6re strammet, skivetykkelsen skal give tilstr\u00e6kkelig monteringsstivhed osv. Hvis lejerne er \u00f8delagte, er der risiko for betydelig akselforskydning og st\u00f8d, hvilket ogs\u00e5 vil resultere i d\u00e5rlig linearitet og manglende evne til at udf\u00f8re en kvalitetsbalance.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"devices\">Afbalanceringsanordninger og afbalanceringsmaskiner<\/h2>\n<p>Som n\u00e6vnt ovenfor er afbalancering processen med at justere den centrale hovedinertiakse med rotorens rotationsakse.<\/p>\n<p>Denne proces kan udf\u00f8res ved hj\u00e6lp af to metoder.<\/p>\n<p>Den f\u00f8rste metode g\u00e5r ud p\u00e5 at bearbejde rotortapperne p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan m\u00e5de, at den akse, der g\u00e5r gennem tappernes centrum, krydser rotorens centrale inertiakse. En s\u00e5dan teknik bruges sj\u00e6ldent i praksis og vil ikke blive diskuteret i detaljer i denne artikel.<\/p>\n<p>Den anden (mest almindelige) metode g\u00e5r ud p\u00e5 at flytte, installere eller fjerne korrektionsv\u00e6gte p\u00e5 rotoren, som placeres, s\u00e5 rotorens inertiakse er s\u00e5 t\u00e6t p\u00e5 dens rotationsakse som muligt.<\/p>\n<p>Flytning, tilf\u00f8jelse eller fjernelse af korrektionsv\u00e6gte under afbalancering kan udf\u00f8res ved forskellige teknologiske operationer, herunder: boring, fr\u00e6sning, overfladebehandling, svejsning, skruing eller afskruing, laser- eller elektronstr\u00e5lebr\u00e6nding, elektrolyse, elektromagnetisk overfladebehandling osv.<\/p>\n<p>Afbalanceringsprocessen kan udf\u00f8res p\u00e5 to m\u00e5der:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>afbalancering af monterede rotorer (i deres egne lejer) ved hj\u00e6lp af afbalanceringsmaskiner;<\/li>\n<li>afbalancering af rotorer p\u00e5 afbalanceringsmaskiner. Til afbalancering af rotorer i deres egne lejer bruges normalt specialiserede afbalanceringsenheder (kits), som g\u00f8r det muligt at m\u00e5le vibrationen af den afbalancerede rotor ved dens rotationsfrekvens i vektorform, dvs. at m\u00e5le b\u00e5de amplituden og fasen af vibrationen. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er de ovenn\u00e6vnte enheder fremstillet p\u00e5 basis af mikroprocessorteknologi og (bortset fra vibrationsm\u00e5ling og analyse) giver automatisk beregning af parametre for korrigerende v\u00e6gte, som skal installeres p\u00e5 rotoren for at kompensere for dens ubalance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disse enheder omfatter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en m\u00e5le- og computerenhed baseret p\u00e5 en computer eller industriel controller;<\/li>\n<li>To (eller flere) vibrationssensorer;<\/li>\n<li>En fasevinkelsensor;<\/li>\n<li>tilbeh\u00f8r til montering af sensorerne p\u00e5 stedet;<\/li>\n<li>specialiseret software, der er designet til at udf\u00f8re en fuld cyklus af m\u00e5ling af rotorvibrationsparametre i et, to eller flere korrektionsplaner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To typer afbalanceringsmaskiner er i \u00f8jeblikket de mest almindelige:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maskiner med bl\u00f8de lejer (med bl\u00f8de underst\u00f8tninger);<\/li>\n<li>Maskiner med h\u00e5rde lejer (med stive underst\u00f8tninger).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Maskiner med bl\u00f8de lejer har relativt b\u00f8jelige underst\u00f8tninger, for eksempel baseret p\u00e5 flade fjedre. Frekvensen af egensvingninger i disse underst\u00f8tninger er normalt 2-3 gange lavere end rotationsfrekvensen for den balancerende rotor, som er monteret p\u00e5 dem. Vibrationssensorer (accelerometre, vibrationshastighedssensorer osv.) bruges normalt til m\u00e5ling af vibrationen i maskinens pr\u00e6resonante underst\u00f8tninger.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e6resonansafbalanceringsmaskiner bruger relativt stive underst\u00f8tninger, hvis naturlige vibrationsfrekvenser skal v\u00e6re 2-3 gange h\u00f8jere end rotationsfrekvensen for den rotor, der afbalanceres. Krafttransducere bruges normalt til at m\u00e5le vibrationsbelastningen p\u00e5 pr\u00e6resonansmaskinens underst\u00f8tninger.<\/p>\n<p>Fordelen ved pr\u00e6resonansbalanceringsmaskiner er, at balancering p\u00e5 dem kan udf\u00f8res ved relativt lave rotorhastigheder (op til 400-500 o\/min), hvilket i h\u00f8j grad forenkler maskinens og dens fundaments design og \u00f8ger produktiviteten rotorer<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><em>Vigtigt!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Afbalancering eliminerer kun vibrationer, der skyldes asymmetrisk fordeling af rotormassen i forhold til rotationsaksen. Andre typer vibrationer elimineres ikke ved afbalancering!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Tekniske mekanismer, hvis design sikrer frav\u00e6r af resonanser ved driftsfrekvensen for rotation, p\u00e5lideligt fastgjort p\u00e5 fundamentet, installeret i driftssikre lejer, er underlagt balancering.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Defekte maskiner skal repareres f\u00f8r afbalancering. Ellers er kvalitetsafbalancering ikke mulig. <\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Afbalancering er ikke en erstatning for reparation!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hovedopgaven ved afbalancering er at finde massen og placeringen af korrektionsv\u00e6gte, som modvirker centrifugalkr\u00e6fterne.<br \/>Som n\u00e6vnt ovenfor er det for stive rotorer generelt n\u00f8dvendigt og tilstr\u00e6kkeligt at installere to kompenserende v\u00e6gte. Dette vil eliminere b\u00e5de statisk og dynamisk ubalance i rotoren. En omdrejningsmark\u00f8r er fastgjort til rotoren, normalt med reflekterende tape. Metoden er baseret p\u00e5, at testv\u00e6gte med kendt v\u00e6gt placeres p\u00e5 rotoren i serie i plan 1 og 2, og v\u00e6gtene og placeringen af afbalanceringsv\u00e6gtene beregnes ud fra resultaterne af \u00e6ndringer i vibrationsparametrene.<\/p>\n<p>Stedet for installation af v\u00e6gte kaldes korrektionsplanet. Normalt v\u00e6lges korrektionsplanerne i omr\u00e5det omkring de lejest\u00f8tter, som rotoren er installeret p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Ved den f\u00f8rste opstart m\u00e5les den indledende vibration. Derefter placeres en pr\u00f8vev\u00e6gt med kendt masse p\u00e5 rotoren t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 et af lejerne. En anden opstart udf\u00f8res, og vibrationsparametrene m\u00e5les, som b\u00f8r \u00e6ndre sig p\u00e5 grund af pr\u00f8vev\u00e6gtens installation. Derefter fjernes pr\u00f8vev\u00e6gten i det f\u00f8rste plan og installeres i det andet plan. En tredje testk\u00f8rsel udf\u00f8res, og vibrationsparametrene m\u00e5les. Pr\u00f8vev\u00e6gten fjernes, og softwaren beregner automatisk masserne og installationsvinklerne for balancev\u00e6gtene.<\/p>\n<p>Pointen med at installere testv\u00e6gtene er at bestemme, hvordan systemet reagerer p\u00e5 \u00e6ndringer i ubalancen. Testv\u00e6gtenes v\u00e6gt og placering er kendt, s\u00e5 softwaren kan beregne s\u00e5kaldte indflydelseskoefficienter, der viser, hvordan indf\u00f8relsen af en kendt ubalance p\u00e5virker vibrationsparametrene. Indflydelseskoefficienterne er egenskaber ved selve det mekaniske system og afh\u00e6nger af underst\u00f8tningernes stivhed og massen (inertien) af rotor-underst\u00f8tningssystemet.<\/p>\n<p>For den samme type mekanismer med det samme design vil indflydelseskoefficienterne v\u00e6re t\u00e6t p\u00e5 hinanden. Det er muligt at gemme dem i computerens hukommelse og bruge dem til afbalancering af mekanismer af samme type uden testk\u00f8rsler, hvilket \u00f8ger produktiviteten ved afbalancering betydeligt. Bem\u00e6rk, at testv\u00e6gtenes masse skal v\u00e6lges s\u00e5ledes, at vibrationsparametrene \u00e6ndres m\u00e6rkbart, n\u00e5r testv\u00e6gtene installeres. Ellers \u00f8ges fejlen ved beregning af indflydelseskoefficienter, og kvaliteten af afbalanceringen forringes.<\/p>\n<p>Som det ses af fig. 1, virker centrifugalkraften i radial retning, dvs. vinkelret p\u00e5 rotoraksen. Derfor skal vibrationssensorerne installeres, s\u00e5 deres f\u00f8lsomhedsakse ogs\u00e5 peger i radial retning. Normalt er fundamentets stivhed i vandret retning mindre, s\u00e5 vibrationerne i vandret retning er h\u00f8jere. For at \u00f8ge f\u00f8lsomheden b\u00f8r sensorerne derfor installeres, s\u00e5 deres f\u00f8lsomhedsakse ogs\u00e5 er rettet vandret. Selvom der ikke er nogen grundl\u00e6ggende forskel. Ud over vibration i radial retning skal vibration i aksial retning langs rotorens rotationsakse overv\u00e5ges. Denne vibration skyldes normalt ikke ubalance, men andre \u00e5rsager, hovedsageligt relateret til fejljustering af de aksler, der er forbundet via koblingen.<\/p>\n<p>Denne vibration kan ikke elimineres ved afbalancering, i hvilket tilf\u00e6lde justering er n\u00f8dvendig. I praksis har s\u00e5danne maskiner normalt b\u00e5de rotorubalance og akselmisalignment, hvilket g\u00f8r opgaven med at eliminere vibrationer meget vanskeligere. I s\u00e5danne tilf\u00e6lde er det n\u00f8dvendigt at centrere maskinen f\u00f8rst og derefter afbalancere den. Den f\u00f8rste metode indeb\u00e6rer at sammenligne den m\u00e6ngde restubalance, der bestemmes under afbalanceringsprocessen, med tolerancen for restubalance. Disse tolerancer for de forskellige rotorklasser er specificeret i ISO 21940-11 (tidligere ISO 1940-1).<\/p>\n<p>Overholdelse af de specificerede tolerancer kan dog ikke fuldt ud garantere mekanismens driftssikkerhed i forbindelse med opn\u00e5else af et minimumsniveau for dens vibrationer. Det skyldes, at st\u00f8rrelsen af mekanismens vibrationer ikke kun bestemmes af st\u00f8rrelsen af den kraft, der er forbundet med den resterende ubalance i rotoren, men ogs\u00e5 afh\u00e6nger af flere andre parametre, herunder: stivheden k af mekanismens strukturelle elementer, dens masse m, d\u00e6mpningsfaktoren samt rotationsfrekvensen. For at estimere mekanismens dynamiske egenskaber (herunder kvaliteten af dens balance) anbefales det derfor i en r\u00e6kke tilf\u00e6lde at estimere mekanismens restvibrationsniveau, som er reguleret af en r\u00e6kke standarder.<\/p>\n<p>Den mest almindelige standard, som regulerer de tilladte vibrationsniveauer for mekanismer, er ISO 10816-3-2002. Med dens hj\u00e6lp er det muligt at indstille tolerancer for alle typer maskiner under hensyntagen til kraften i deres elektriske drev.<\/p>\n<p>Ud over denne universelle standard findes der en r\u00e6kke specialiserede standarder, der er udviklet til specifikke maskintyper.
