Denne gang var min opgave anderledes, men lige s\u00e5 kritisk: at tackle vibrationsproblemerne i udst\u00f8dningsventilationssystemet.<\/p>\n<p>Kalkstensanl\u00e6gget stiller med sine barske og st\u00f8vede forhold store krav til udstyret, hvilket g\u00f8r regelm\u00e6ssig vedligeholdelse til en n\u00f8dvendighed. N\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder udsugningsventilation, kan enhver ubalance f\u00f8re til en lang r\u00e6kke problemer som f.eks. \u00f8get energiforbrug, mekanisk belastning og for tidlig slitage.<\/p>\n<p>Til denne mission var Balanset-1A igen mit foretrukne instrument, da det er effektivt til at foretage n\u00f8jagtige vibrationsanalyser og afbalancering af rotorer. Her er, hvordan jeg gik frem:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Indledende vibrationsm\u00e5ling<\/strong>: Det f\u00f8rste skridt var at registrere de eksisterende vibrationsniveauer i udsugningssystemet. H\u00f8je vibrationsniveauer indikerer ofte ubalancer, der kan f\u00f8re til ineffektiv drift eller endda udstyrssvigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Placering af testv\u00e6gte<\/strong>: Baseret p\u00e5 de f\u00f8rste afl\u00e6sninger fastgjorde jeg testv\u00e6gte til specifikke punkter p\u00e5 udst\u00f8dningsventilatorens vinger. Det gjorde det muligt for Balanset-1A at registrere eventuelle \u00e6ndringer i vibrationerne, som derefter blev brugt til at beregne de n\u00f8dvendige korrigerende handlinger.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Korrigerende foranstaltninger<\/strong>: Bev\u00e6bnet med pr\u00e6cise data justerede jeg afbalanceringsv\u00e6gtene p\u00e5 udst\u00f8dningsventilatorens vinger. Dette trin var afg\u00f8rende for at optimere ventilatorens ydeevne og reducere vibrationsniveauet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verificering af resultater<\/strong>: Efter justeringerne bekr\u00e6ftede endnu en runde vibrationsm\u00e5linger, at afbalanceringen havde v\u00e6ret en succes. Vibrationsniveauerne blev reduceret betydeligt, hvilket sikrede en mere effektiv og sikker drift af udst\u00f8dningsventilationssystemet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Anl\u00e6gsoperat\u00f8rerne var tilfredse med den \u00f8jeblikkelige forbedring af systemets ydeevne, og de gentog den succes, vi havde med afbalanceringen af separatorrotoren under mit tidligere bes\u00f8g.
