Dies geschieht, wenn der lokale statische Druck der Fl\u00fcssigkeit unter ihren Dampfdruck f\u00e4llt, so dass die Fl\u00fcssigkeit bei Umgebungstemperatur kurzzeitig kocht und dann wieder kondensiert, wenn sich der Druck erholt.
