href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/bilanzierung\/\">Auswuchten<\/a> Prozess abgeschlossen ist. Es handelt sich um den kleinen, bewusst tolerierten Restbetrag der Unwucht, der im Rotor verbleiben darf, weil eine weitere Reduzierung keinen praktischen Nutzen br\u00e4chte. Mit anderen Worten: Restunwucht ist kein Versagen des Wuchtens \u2013 sie ist das <em>Ziel<\/em> des Auswuchtens.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Definition: Was ist eine Restunwucht?<\/h2>\n<p>Jeder reale Rotor tr\u00e4gt eine gewisse Unwucht. Perfekte Wucht \u2013 eine Massenachse, die exakt mit der Wellenachse zusammenf\u00e4llt \u2013 ist nicht erreichbar, und sie anzustreben ist wirtschaftlich sinnlos. Die Aufgabe des Wuchtens besteht daher nicht darin, die Unwucht zu beseitigen, sondern sie unter ein Niveau zu senken, bei dem die <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/vibration\/\">Vibration<\/a> die sie erzeugt, f\u00fcr die Maschine unsch\u00e4dlich ist. Die Unwucht, die nach Erreichen dieses Niveaus verbleibt, ist die Restunwucht.<\/p>\n<p>Restunwucht wird als Masse multipliziert mit einem Radius angegeben \u2013 \u00fcblicherweise in <strong>Gramm-Millimeter (g\u00b7mm)<\/strong> oder Gramm-Zoll \u2013 da die Fliehkraft, die ein Rotor erf\u00e4hrt, sowohl von der au\u00dfermittig liegenden Masse als auch von ihrem Abstand zur Achse abh\u00e4ngt. Ein 1 g schwerer Punkt bei einem Radius von 100 mm (100 g\u00b7mm) ist in seiner Wirkung einem 2 g schweren Punkt bei 50 mm gleichwertig.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Wuchttoleranz \u2013 Wie viel ist zul\u00e4ssig?<\/h2>\n<p>Die maximal zul\u00e4ssige Restunwucht wird durch eine <strong>Ausgleichstoleranz<\/strong>. Die international anerkannte Methode stammt von <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/iso-1940-1\/\">ISO 1940-1<\/a>, die nun in die moderne <strong>ISO 21940-11<\/strong> Reihe. Sie definiert <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/g-grade\/\">Auswuchtg\u00fcteklassen (G-Klassen)<\/a> \u2014 G6.3, G2.5, G1.0 und so weiter \u2014 wobei die Zahl die zul\u00e4ssige Bahngeschwindigkeit des Rotorschwerpunkts in mm\/s angibt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>eine niedrigere G-Zahl bedeutet eine engere Toleranz<\/strong> und einem kleineren zul\u00e4ssigen Restunwucht. Messen und \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen der Restunwucht<\/h2>\n<p>Wuchten ist ein iterativer Prozess: die aktuelle Unwucht messen, eine <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/correction-weight\/\">Korrekturgewicht<\/a>, erneut messen und wiederholen, bis der Messwert unter den Toleranzwert f\u00e4llt. Ein vollst\u00e4ndiger Wuchtbericht sollte stets sowohl die <strong>anf\u00e4nglich<\/strong> Unwucht und die endg\u00fcltige <strong>Rest<\/strong> Unwucht je Ebene angeben \u2014 beispielsweise: &#8220;0,5 g\u00b7mm linke Ebene, 0,8 g\u00b7mm rechte Ebene, innerhalb G2.5 bei 3000 U\/min.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bei montierten Maschinen erfolgt diese \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung vor Ort und nicht auf einer Auswuchtmaschine. Restunwucht vs. Anfangsunwucht<\/h2>\n<p>Es ist hilfreich, zwei Begriffe klar voneinander zu unterscheiden. <strong>Anfangsunwucht<\/strong> ist das, was der Rotor vor jeglicher Korrektur aufweist \u2013 oft erheblich und der eigentliche Grund, weshalb die Vibration \u00fcberhaupt aufgefallen ist. <strong>Restunwucht<\/strong> ist das, was nach der Korrektur absichtlich verbleibt und gegen den Toleranzwert gepr\u00fcft wird.
