Der Vorgang wird bei Bedarf wiederholt, bis das gew\u00fcnschte Auswuchtniveau erreicht ist.<\/p>\n<h3>Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Exzentrizit\u00e4t<\/h3>\n<p>Nach dem Auswuchten ist es wichtig, Folgendes zu ber\u00fccksichtigen: <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/de\/glossary\/eccentricity\/\">Exzentrizit\u00e4t<\/a> indem der Rotor in der Halterung um 180 Grad gedreht und die Messung wiederholt wird. Die Balanset-1A-Software verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine spezielle Funktion zur Exzentrizit\u00e4tskompensation.<\/p>\n<h2>Dynamischer Ausgleichsvorgang in der Praxis:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rotationsfrequenz:<\/strong> Normalerweise liegt die Arbeitsdrehzahl dieser Wellen zwischen 300 und 500 Umdrehungen pro Minute (U\/min). Anschlie\u00dfend wurde eine weitere Runde der Feinabstimmung durchgef\u00fchrt, indem 200 Gramm und 400 Gramm hinzugef\u00fcgt wurden. Aufgrund der r\u00e4umlichen Gegebenheiten wurden die Gewichte \u00fcbereinander geschwei\u00dft. Schlie\u00dflich wurden diese provisorischen Gewichte durch pr\u00e4zisionsgeschnittene, \u00e4sthetisch ansprechende Gegengewichte ersetzt, die speziell f\u00fcr diese Welle angefertigt wurden. Die endg\u00fcltigen Schwingungswerte betrugen beeindruckende 0,1 mm\/sec in beiden Ebenen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_2721\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img
