Die Anlage besteht aus zwei Ventilatoren, die jeweils von einem 400-PS-Motor angetrieben werden. Das Balanset-1A wurde aufgrund seiner Pr\u00e4zision und Effektivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prozess:<\/em><\/strong> Das Balanset-1A wurde zur Messung der Unwucht des Ventilatorlaufrads verwendet. Sobald die Unwucht ermittelt war, wurden dem Laufrad entsprechende Gewichte hinzugef\u00fcgt, um die Unwucht auszugleichen und die Vibrationen zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Das Ergebnis:<\/em><\/strong> Durch das dynamische Auswuchten konnten folgende Vorteile erzielt werden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Geringerer Ger\u00e4uschpegel, was das Erlebnis f\u00fcr den Benutzer im Windkanal verbessert.<\/li>\n<li>Verl\u00e4ngerte Lebensdauer der Lager, geringere Wartungsanforderungen und Ausfallzeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Geringerer Energieverbrauch, was zu Kosteneinsparungen f\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<li>Verringertes Risiko von Ausf\u00e4llen, wodurch ein zuverl\u00e4ssiger Betrieb der Anlage gew\u00e4hrleistet wird.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass sich das dynamische Auswuchten mit Balanset-1A als entscheidend f\u00fcr den effizienten und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb des Ventilatorlaufrads im Windkanal erwiesen hat.
