Utilizando el <strong>Dispositivo de equilibrado din\u00e1mico del rotor Balanset-1A<\/strong>El proceso se inici\u00f3 con la medici\u00f3n de la vibraci\u00f3n inicial. Siguiendo el procedimiento establecido:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se midi\u00f3 la vibraci\u00f3n inicial.<\/li>\n<li>Se colocaron pesas de calibraci\u00f3n o de prueba. El dispositivo Balanset-1A midi\u00f3 con precisi\u00f3n la variaci\u00f3n de la vibraci\u00f3n con un peso de masa conocida en un punto determinado.<\/li>\n<li>En funci\u00f3n de los datos obtenidos, se colocaron pesos correctores o se elimin\u00f3 masa. El dispositivo calculaba con precisi\u00f3n el \u00e1ngulo y el peso necesarios para equilibrar el rotor.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n se verificaron los resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El resultado fue impresionante. Tras el equilibrado, los valores de vibraci\u00f3n se redujeron significativamente a 1,7 mm\/s y 0,8 mm\/s respectivamente, garantizando el funcionamiento eficaz del impulsor del ventilador.
