Vaikka uudemmat Balanset-1A-mallit ovat pienikokoisemmissa alumiinikoteloissa, alkuper\u00e4inen Balanset-1 osoittautuu edelleen luotettavaksi ja tehokkaaksi ty\u00f6kaluksi t\u00e4llaisiin erikoisteht\u00e4viin.<\/p>\n<p>Tasapainotusprosessi toteutettiin nelj\u00e4ss\u00e4 keskeisess\u00e4 vaiheessa:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Alkut\u00e4rin\u00e4mittaus<\/strong>: Ensimm\u00e4isess\u00e4 vaiheessa arvioitiin oravah\u00e4kkituulettimen juoksupy\u00f6r\u00e4n alkuper\u00e4inen v\u00e4r\u00e4htelytaso tasapainotusmenettelyn perustason m\u00e4\u00e4ritt\u00e4miseksi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kalibrointi- ja testipainot<\/strong>: Balanset-1-laitetta k\u00e4ytettiin testipainojen asettamiseen ja siit\u00e4 aiheutuvien v\u00e4r\u00e4htelymuutosten mittaamiseen roottorin tunnetussa kohdassa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Korjaavat toimenpiteet<\/strong>: Ker\u00e4ttyjen tietojen perusteella laite laski tarvittavat s\u00e4\u00e4d\u00f6t painon ja kulman suhteen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen korjaavat painot asetettiin vastaavasti ep\u00e4tasapainon neutraloimiseksi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuloksen todentaminen<\/strong>: Viimeisess\u00e4 vaiheessa tarkistettiin tulokset, jotta voitiin varmistaa, ett\u00e4 tasapainotus oli onnistunut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alkuper\u00e4inen Balanset-1-laite, vaikka se olikin ensimm\u00e4isen sukupolven laite, antoi tarkkoja ja luotettavia lukemia, joiden avulla oravah\u00e4kkituulettimen juoksupy\u00f6r\u00e4n tasapainotus onnistui.
