Dans un atelier de r\u00e9paration, il s'agissait d'\u00e9quilibrer la roue d'un ventilateur. En utilisant le Balanset-1A dispositif d'\u00e9quilibrage dynamique du rotor<\/strong>Le processus a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 par la mesure de la vibration initiale.   3. En fonction des donn\u00e9es obtenues, des poids correctifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appos\u00e9s ou la masse a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9e. L'appareil a calcul\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision l'angle et le poids n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9quilibrer le rotor.<\/li>\n
  4. Les r\u00e9sultats ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Le r\u00e9sultat est impressionnant. Apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9quilibrage, les valeurs de vibration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 1,7 mm\/s et 0,8 mm\/s respectivement, ce qui a permis d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de la roue du ventilateur.
