Ces rotors doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences de qualit\u00e9 strictes en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9quilibrage, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision d'\u00e9quilibrage de classe 1 selon la norme GOST 22061-76, la norme sovi\u00e9tique de qualit\u00e9 d'\u00e9quilibrage (son \u00e9quivalent international moderne est la norme ISO 21940-11, anciennement ISO 1940-1), \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que leur fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement varie de 42 000 \u00e0 60 000 tr\/min.<\/p>\n<h4>Processus technologique<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape<\/strong>: \u00c0 ce stade, lorsque la vitesse de rotation du rotor ne d\u00e9passe pas 8 000 tr\/min et que le rotor reste rigide, les principales composantes de ses balourds de force et de couple sont compens\u00e9es. Avec nos appareils, un niveau de vibration r\u00e9siduelle stable inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,01 mm\/s est syst\u00e9matiquement atteint dans une plage de fr\u00e9quence de 3 500 \u00e0 8 000 tr\/min (un r\u00e9sultat d'essai sur banc obtenu sur ce banc d\u00e9di\u00e9 isol\u00e9 des vibrations, et non une valeur typique de mesure sur site).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape<\/strong>: L'\u00e9quilibrage ult\u00e9rieur du rotor est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence de travail, qui peut atteindre 42 000 ou 60 000 tr\/min, selon la conception de la pompe. \u00c0 cette fr\u00e9quence, qui d\u00e9passe la vitesse de rotation critique, le rotor devient flexible et se d\u00e9forme, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des mesures d'\u00e9quilibrage suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>R\u00e9sultats<\/h4>\n<p>La vibration r\u00e9siduelle du rotor, finalement obtenue dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, ne d\u00e9passe pas 0,3 mm\/s. Cela garantit une longue p\u00e9riode de fonctionnement sans probl\u00e8me pour ce composant critique. La dur\u00e9e totale du processus d'\u00e9quilibrage de ce produit unique ne d\u00e9passe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<h4>Efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique<\/h4>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt de l'un des bancs d'\u00e9quilibrage, \u00e9quip\u00e9 de notre dispositif d'\u00e9quilibrage, n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 que de 3 000 $ pour le client.
