L'installation comprend deux ventilateurs, chacun aliment\u00e9 par un moteur de 400 chevaux. Le Balanset-1A a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour cette t\u00e2che en raison de sa pr\u00e9cision et de son efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Processus :<\/em><\/strong> Le Balanset-1A a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la roue du ventilateur. Une fois le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre d\u00e9termin\u00e9, les poids appropri\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la roue pour compenser le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et r\u00e9duire les vibrations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9sultat :<\/em><\/strong> L'\u00e9quilibrage dynamique a permis d'obtenir les avantages suivants :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Niveaux de bruit r\u00e9duits, am\u00e9liorant l'exp\u00e9rience de l'utilisateur dans la soufflerie.<\/li>\n<li>Dur\u00e9e de vie prolong\u00e9e des roulements, r\u00e9duisant les besoins de maintenance et les temps d'arr\u00eat.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la consommation d'\u00e9nergie, ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies.<\/li>\n<li>Diminution du risque de pannes, garantissant un fonctionnement fiable de l'installation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En conclusion, l'\u00e9quilibrage dynamique avec le Balanset-1A s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 crucial pour le fonctionnement efficace et fiable de la roue du ventilateur dans la soufflerie.
