Cette fois-ci, ma t\u00e2che \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rente mais tout aussi essentielle : m'attaquer aux probl\u00e8mes de vibration du syst\u00e8me de ventilation par aspiration.<\/p>\n<p>L'usine de calcaire, avec ses conditions difficiles et poussi\u00e9reuses, impose de lourdes contraintes \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement, ce qui rend n\u00e9cessaire un entretien r\u00e9gulier. En ce qui concerne la ventilation par aspiration, tout d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre peut entra\u00eener une pl\u00e9thore de probl\u00e8mes tels qu'une augmentation de la consommation d'\u00e9nergie, des contraintes m\u00e9caniques et une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette mission, le Balanset-1A a de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 mon instrument de choix, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir une analyse pr\u00e9cise des vibrations et un \u00e9quilibrage du rotor. Voici comment j'ai proc\u00e9d\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mesure initiale des vibrations<\/strong>: La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 enregistrer les niveaux de vibration existants du syst\u00e8me de ventilation par aspiration. Des niveaux de vibration \u00e9lev\u00e9s indiquent souvent des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres qui peuvent conduire \u00e0 un fonctionnement inefficace, voire \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Placement des poids de test<\/strong>: Sur la base des relev\u00e9s initiaux, j'ai fix\u00e9 des poids de test \u00e0 des points sp\u00e9cifiques des pales du ventilateur d'extraction. Cela a permis au Balanset-1A d'enregistrer tout changement de vibration, qui a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour calculer les actions correctives n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesures correctives<\/strong>: Arm\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises, j'ai ajust\u00e9 les poids d'\u00e9quilibrage sur les pales du ventilateur d'extraction. Cette \u00e9tape \u00e9tait cruciale pour optimiser les performances du ventilateur et r\u00e9duire les niveaux de vibration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification des r\u00e9sultats<\/strong>: Apr\u00e8s les ajustements, une autre s\u00e9rie de mesures des vibrations a confirm\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s de l'op\u00e9ration d'\u00e9quilibrage. Les niveaux de vibration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits, assurant un fonctionnement plus efficace et plus s\u00fbr du syst\u00e8me de ventilation par aspiration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les op\u00e9rateurs de l'usine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfaits de l'am\u00e9lioration imm\u00e9diate des performances du syst\u00e8me, ce qui fait \u00e9cho au succ\u00e8s remport\u00e9 par l'\u00e9quilibrage du rotor du s\u00e9parateur lors de ma pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente visite.
