Bien que les nouveaux mod\u00e8les Balanset-1A soient livr\u00e9s dans des bo\u00eetiers en aluminium plus compacts, le Balanset-1 original s'av\u00e8re toujours un outil fiable et efficace pour des t\u00e2ches aussi sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d'\u00e9quilibrage s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en quatre \u00e9tapes cruciales :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mesure initiale des vibrations<\/strong>: La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le niveau de vibration initial de la roue du ventilateur \u00e0 cage d'\u00e9cureuil afin d'\u00e9tablir une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la proc\u00e9dure d'\u00e9quilibrage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poids d'\u00e9talonnage et de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>: L'appareil Balanset-1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour mettre en place des poids d'essai et mesurer les changements de vibration qui en r\u00e9sultent en un point connu du rotor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesures correctives<\/strong>: Sur la base des donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es, l'appareil a calcul\u00e9 les ajustements n\u00e9cessaires en termes de poids et d'angle. Des poids correctifs ont alors \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence pour neutraliser le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification des r\u00e9sultats<\/strong>: La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier les r\u00e9sultats pour s'assurer que l'\u00e9quilibrage avait r\u00e9ussi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le Balanset-1 original, bien que de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, fournissait des mesures pr\u00e9cises et fiables qui ont permis d'\u00e9quilibrer avec succ\u00e8s la roue du ventilateur \u00e0 cage d'\u00e9cureuil. Bien que des mod\u00e8les plus r\u00e9cents comme le Balanset-1A se pr\u00e9sentent dans des bo\u00eetiers en aluminium plus petits, l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'appareil d'origine en mati\u00e8re
