Ova asimetrija, bilo da potje\u010de iz napajanja ili unutar <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/motor-defects\/\">motor<\/a> namota, proizvodi neuravnote\u017eenesile elektromagnetskog polja, prekomjerno zagrijavanje namota, struje negativnog redosljeda, pulzacije momenta i karakteristi\u010dno <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/vibration\/\">vibracija<\/a> pri dvostrukoj <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/electrical-frequency\/\">frekvencija mre\u017ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to neuravnote\u017eenost elektri\u010dkog polja \u010dini zavaravaju\u0107om je odnos sila: \u010dak i mala neuravnote\u017ea napona od 2\u20133% mo\u017ee izazvati neuravnote\u017eenost struje \u0161est do deset puta ve\u0107u, tiho erodiraju\u0107i u\u010dinkovitost motora, rezervu topline i trajnost izolacije. To je jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih \u2014 i najzanemarenije \u2014 problema u industrijskim pogonima, koji nastaje zbog problema u napajanju, lo\u0161e distribucije unutar postrojenja ili nedostataka unutar samog motora. Budu\u0107i da njegov vibracijski potpis dijeli frekvencije s nekoliko stvarnih mehani\u010dkih kvarova, to je tako\u0111er jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pogre\u0161no dijagnosticiranih uvjeta koje tim odr\u017eavanja nai\u0111e.<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u0160to je neuravnote\u017ea faza? Neuravnote\u017ea napona, struje i faznog kuta<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;Neuravnote\u017ea faza&#8221; je svakodnevno ime na proizvodnom podu za isti uvjet i pojavljuje se u tri razli\u010dita ali povezana oblika. Va\u017eno je znati koji mjeri\u0161: neuravnote\u017ea napona je uzrok koji napajanje name\u0107e motoru, dok je neuravnote\u017ea struje poja\u010dana <em>u\u010dinak<\/em> koju motor trpi kao odgovor.<\/p>\n<h3>Nebalansiranost napona<\/h3>\n<p>Neuravnote\u017ea napona je nejednakovrijednost triju napona od linije do linije (ili od linije do nule). Mjeri se \u010ditanjem napona izme\u0111u svakog para faza \u2014 AB, BC i CA \u2014 i izra\u017eava se u postotcima koriste\u0107i NEMA definiciju: <strong>% naponske neuravnote\u017eenosti = (maksimalno odstupanje od prosjeka \u00f7 prosjek) \u00d7 100<\/strong>. Kao razra\u0111eni primjer, faze od 477 V, 480 V i 483 V u prosjeku daju 480 V; maksimalno odstupanje je 3 V, \u0161to daje 0,625% neuravnote\u017ee. NEMA MG-1 smatra da je sve ispod 1% prihvatljivo, dok IEC praksa tolerira do oko 2%. Neuravnote\u017ea napona je parametar koji treba prvo pratiti jer je upstream pokreta\u010d gotovo svega \u0161to slijedi.<\/p>\n<h3>Nebalansiranost struje<\/h3>\n<p>Neuravnote\u017ea struje je nejednakovrijednost triju struja faze (I<sub>A<\/sub>, ja<sub>B<\/sub>, ja<sub>C<\/sub>), mjerene steznom mjerilicom i izra\u010dunate istom formulom maksimalnog odstupanja. Glavna \u010dinjenica o neuravnote\u017ei struje je njena osjetljivost: budu\u0107i da je negativni redoslijed impedancije motora nizak, skromna neuravnote\u017ea napona se poja\u010dava u neuravnote\u017eenost struje otprilike <strong>\u0161est do deset puta ve\u0107a<\/strong>. Jedva primjetna neuravnote\u017ea napona od 1% mo\u017ee se zato pojaviti kao neuravnote\u017ea struje od 6\u201310% \u2014 \u0161to je upravo razlog za\u0161to je struja osjetljivija rana mjera upozorenja, i za\u0161to rastu\u0107i neuravnote\u017eenost struje na ina\u010de stabilnom napajanju pokazuje na razvijaju\u0107i se kvavar unutar motora.<\/p>\n<h3>Nebalansiranost faznog kuta<\/h3>\n<p>Tre\u0107i oblik je kutni: tri fazora vi\u0161e nisu razmaknutih to\u010dno za 120\u00b0, \u010dak i ako su njihove veli\u010dine jednake. To je manje \u010desto od neuravnote\u017ee veli\u010dine i ne mo\u017ee se vidjeti obi\u010dnim voltmetrom \u2014 potreban je analizator kvalitete snage koji razrije\u0161ava fazorisanje. Kutna neuravnote\u017ea proizvodi istu pulsiranu torku i dodatno zagrijavanje kao neuravnote\u017ea veli\u010dine, i ta dva \u010desto nastaju zajedno.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Kako elektri\u010dka neuravnote\u017ea proizvodi vibracije u motorima<\/h2>\n<p>Povezanost izme\u0111u elektr\u010dke asimetrije i mehani\u010dke vibracije prolazi kroz magnetsko polje u zra\u010dnom rasporu. U uravnote\u017eenoj ma\u0161ini rotiraju\u0107e polje je glatko i radijalne magnetske sile zbrajaju se u stalan, simetri\u010dan potisak. Neuravnote\u017ea prekida tu simetriju i unosi <em>negativni redoslijed<\/em> komponentu \u2014 polje koje rotira unatrag u odnosu na glavno polje \u2014 koji se udara o njega i modulira magnetsku silu.<\/p>\n<p>Dominantan rezultat je vibracija na <strong>dvaput frekvencija mre\u017ee<\/strong>: 100 Hz pri napajanju 50 Hz ili 120 Hz pri napajanju 60 Hz. Ova komponenta linijske frekvencije 2\u00d7 \u010disto je elektromagnetskog podrijetla \u2014 to je pulsiraju\u0107a privla\u010dna sila preko <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/air-gap\/\">zra\u010dni razmak<\/a>, nije mehani\u010dka sila od rotiraju\u0107e mase.
