Uvod<\/h2>\n<p>Kada se bubanj za mlatanje kombajna po\u010dne tresti i cijeli stroj se po\u010dne tresati usred \u017eetve, uzrok je gotovo uvijek isti: neuravnote\u017eenost <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/rotor\/\">rotor<\/a>. Rotori poljoprivrednih strojeva (valjci za mlatanje kombajna, sjeckalice slame, rotacijske kosa\u010dice itd.) rotiraju se velikim brzinama i nose zna\u010dajnu masu. \u010cak i blagi <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/unbalance\/\">neravnote\u017ea<\/a> u takvim rotorima mo\u017ee uzrokovati sna\u017ene <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/vibration\/\">vibracije<\/a>, utje\u010du\u0107i na rad cijele ma\u0161ine. <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/balancing\/\">balansiranje<\/a> balansiranje rotora klju\u010dno je za servisiranje kombajna i kosilica te odre\u0111uje pouzdanost i u\u010dinkovitost opreme. Me\u0111utim, u praksi se ovom aspektu \u010desto posve\u0107uje premalo pa\u017enje. Stvarni primjeri i ekonomski izra\u010duni pokazat \u0107e poljoprivrednicima i upraviteljima farmi da pravilno balansiranje nije tro\u0161ak, nego ulaganje u neprekidan rad i dug vijek trajanja opreme.<\/p>\n<h2>2. \u0160to je neravnote\u017ea i njezine posljedice<\/h2>\n<p>Neravnote\u017ea rotora je neravnomjerna raspodjela mase u odnosu na os rotacije. Drugim rije\u010dima, rotor ima &quot;te\u0161ku&quot; stranu ili dio koji uzrokuje vibracije pri rotaciji. Razlikuju se dvije glavne vrste neravnote\u017ee: stati\u010dka i dinami\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/static-balancing\/\">Stati\u010dka neravnote\u017ea<\/a> Stati\u010dka neravnote\u017ea nastaje kada se te\u017ei\u0161te rotora ne poklapa s njegovom osi rotacije. Na primjer, ako je rotor slobodno obje\u0161en ili postavljen na vodoravne prizme, okrenut \u0107e se s te\u0161kim dijelom prema dolje. U stati\u010dkom stanju takav rotor mo\u017ee izgledati uravnote\u017een (te\u017ei krajevi na suprotnim stranama kao da se me\u0111usobno kompenziraju), ali kada se vrti, centrifugalne sile tih dijelova djeluju u razli\u010ditim ravninama, uzrokuju\u0107i vibracije. Jake vibracije od neuravnote\u017eenog rotora dovode do pove\u0107anih dinami\u010dkih optere\u0107enja na le\u017eajevima i nosa\u010dima, uzrokuju\u0107i njihov prerani kvar. Jedinice koje bi trebale trajati godinama istro\u0161e se za nekoliko mjeseci \u2013 na primjer, le\u017eajevi se moraju mijenjati svaka 2-3 mjeseca. <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/bearing-defects\/\">kvarovi le\u017eaja<\/a> kao \u0161to je lju\u0161tenje za\u0161titnog sloja.<\/p>\n<p>Neuravnote\u017eeni rotiraju\u0107i dijelovi tako\u0111er uzrokuju zamor metala u okviru i pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107enjima: pojavljuju se pukotine, vijci se olabave i nosa\u010di se deformiraju. Nagomilavanje takvih skrivenih o\u0161te\u0107enja mo\u017ee dovesti do iznenadnog ozbiljnog kvara \u2013 na primjer, uni\u0161tenje ku\u0107i\u0161ta jedinice ili odvajanje rotiraju\u0107eg dijela.<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, vibracije smanjuju performanse i u\u010dinkovitost stroja. Dio energije tro\u0161i se na oscilacije umjesto na koristan rad. U te\u0161kim slu\u010dajevima oprema mo\u017ee izgubiti znatan dio svoje produktivnosti ako njezini mehanizmi nisu izbalansirani. Kombajn s vibriraju\u0107im bubnjem lo\u0161ije vr\u0161i i \u010disti zrno, a gubici usjeva mogu porasti. Za operatera jake vibracije zna\u010de smanjenu udobnost i umor; kabina je bu\u010dna, a sitni dijelovi zveckaju.<\/p>\n<p>U nekim slu\u010dajevima, neuravnote\u017eenost tako\u0111er postaje sigurnosni problem: te\u0161ki fragment koji se okre\u0107e (npr. no\u017e za sjeckalicu slame kada pukne zatvara\u010d) predstavlja opasnost, a pretjerane vibracije mogu ote\u017eati upravljanje strojevima. Stoga neuravnote\u017eenost nije samo blaga vibracija, ve\u0107 ozbiljan problem koji dovodi do pove\u0107anog tro\u0161enja, nezgoda, smanjene u\u010dinkovitosti i ljudskih rizika.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Koje rotacijske jedinice kombajna i kosilica zahtijevaju balansiranje<\/h2>\n<p>Gotovo sve rotacijske jedinice u kombajnima i rotacijskim kosilicama, koje imaju zna\u010dajnu masu ili brzinu rotacije, trebaju balansiranje. Razmotrimo najkriti\u010dnije jedinice:<\/p>\n<h3>Bubanj kombajna<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo je glavni rotor u klasi\u010dnom kombajnu, odgovoran za vr\u0161idbu \u017eitarica. Bubanj obi\u010dno ima velik promjer, te\u017ei stotine kilograma i vrti se velikom brzinom (npr. 500\u20131000 okretaja u minuti). Proizvo\u0111a\u010di bubanj tvorni\u010dki balansiraju, ali se s vremenom ravnote\u017ea mo\u017ee poremetiti zbog istro\u0161enosti baca\u010da, nakupljanja prljav\u0161tine, zamjene dijelova nakon popravka itd. Neuravnote\u017een bubanj za vr\u0161idbu uzrokuje vibracije koje se prenose na cijelo tijelo kombajna, ubrzavaju\u0107i tro\u0161enje le\u017eajeva i okvira. Posebno su pogo\u0111eni konkava, udara\u010di bubnja i pogonski remeni. Kod klasi\u010dnih kombajna iza bubnja nalazi se baca\u010d (izbaciva\u010dki bubanj) koji ubrzava prolaz mase prema slamotresu \u2013 i on se tako\u0111er vrti velikom brzinom te uzrokuje vibracije kada je neuravnote\u017een. Kod rotacijskih kombajna umjesto bubnja koristi se dugi glavni rotor (aksijalni rotor) koji obavlja i vr\u0161idbu i separaciju. Takav rotor u biti je duga\u010dak vijak\/bubanj koji zahtijeva pa\u017eljivo dinami\u010dko balansiranje. Bilo koja od tih jedinica (bubanj, baca\u010d, rotor) mora biti pa\u017eljivo uravnote\u017eena, ina\u010de \u0107e vibracije smanjiti u\u010dinkovitost vr\u0161idbe i mogu onesposobiti skupe komponente (slamotresi, sita, le\u017eajevi itd.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_0463-scaled.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_0463-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Spojite komponente bubnja za tucanje kombajna o\u0161te\u0107ene neuravnote\u017eeno\u0161\u0107u rotora\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5819\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Sjeckalica slame<\/h3>\n<p>Ova se jedinica postavlja na izlazu iz kombajna i slu\u017ei za sjeckanje i rasipanje slame. Rotor sjeckalice slame obi\u010dno je cilindri\u010dna osovina s rotiraju\u0107im no\u017eevima ili \u010deki\u0107ima. Vrti se vrlo brzo (\u010desto 2500\u20134000 okretaja u minuti) kako bi fino usitnio slamu. Neuravnote\u017eenost sjeckalice jedan je od \u010destih uzroka vibracija u kombajnu, jer se no\u017eevi s vremenom mogu otupiti, imati razli\u010dite mase (npr. ako su neki novi, a drugi istro\u0161eni), a ponekad se no\u017eevi \u010dak i odlome, \u0161to dovodi do ozbiljne neuravnote\u017eenosti mase. Osim toga, ku\u0107i\u0161te sjeckalice relativno je tanko i mo\u017ee se deformirati. Neuravnote\u017eena sjeckalica slame uzrokuje osjetno podrhtavanje stra\u017enjeg dijela kombajna; to dovodi do pucanja pri\u010dvrsnih elemenata, o\u0161te\u0107enja le\u017eajeva, pa \u010dak i loma samog ku\u0107i\u0161ta sjeckalice. Sjeckalicu slame treba balansirati pri svakom ve\u0107em odr\u017eavanju no\u017eeva. Posebnost ove jedinice jest da zbog strukturne savitljivosti (tankog ku\u0107i\u0161ta) tijekom balansiranja treba obratiti pozornost na odsutnost pukotina i pouzdano pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107enje svih dijelova.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_20220504_173129-scaled.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_20220504_173129-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Rotor kombajna pripremljen za balansiranje na terenu\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4824\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Rotacijske kosilice i mal\u010deri<\/h3>\n<p>Kategorija rotacijskih kosilica uklju\u010duje poljoprivredne strojeve za ko\u0161nju trave ili usitnjavanje biljnih ostataka, kod kojih se rezni alati okre\u0107u. To uklju\u010duje bubanj i disk kosilice za sijeno, rotacijske mal\u010dere, sjeckalice (na no\u0161enim ili vu\u010denim jedinicama). Svaka kosilica koja ima brzo rotiraju\u0107i bubanj\/osovinu s no\u017eevima sklona je problemima s neravnote\u017eom. Na primjer, sjeckalica trave ili mal\u010der s masivnom osovinom i mnogo zakretno obje\u0161enih no\u017eeva (poput sjeckalice slame kombajna). Prilikom zamjene no\u017eeva ili nailaska na strane predmete, ovaj rotor lako gubi ravnote\u017eu. Kao rezultat, kosilica po\u010dinje vibrirati, \u0161to je opasno za izvod snage traktora i za sam okvir agregata - pojavljuju se pukotine u ku\u0107i\u0161tu, potporni le\u017eajevi otkazuju. Balansiranje rotora kosilice jednako je va\u017eno kao i kod kombajna. Vrijedno je napomenuti da su poku\u0161aji balansiranja duga\u010dke osovine kosilice &quot;na oko&quot; (stati\u010dki) obi\u010dno neuspje\u0161ni - potrebno je dinami\u010dko balansiranje (pogledajte odjeljak Metode balansiranja u nastavku). Kombajn ima ventilator za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje zrna koji se okre\u0107e velikom brzinom \u2013 nakupljena pra\u0161ina ili savijene lopatice uzrokuju neravnote\u017eu, smanjuju\u0107i u\u010dinkovitost \u010di\u0161\u0107enja i uni\u0161tavaju\u0107i le\u017eajeve ventilatora. Dodatno, rasipa\u010di pljeve i slame (disk ili no\u017e, ugra\u0111eni iza sjeckalice) trebaju biti uravnote\u017eeni \u2013 obi\u010dno je to par diskova s no\u017eevima, njihova neuravnote\u017eenost uzrokuje vibracije tijela kombajna. U opremi za preradu \u017eitarica \u2013 pu\u017enicama, bubnjevima za drobilice, rotorima centrifuga \u2013 balansiranje je tako\u0111er obavezno, iako ono izlazi iz okvira razmatrane teme. Metode balansiranja rotora<\/h2>\n<p>Postoji nekoliko pristupa balansiranju rotora, koji se razlikuju u uvjetima izvo\u0111enja, to\u010dnosti i potrebnoj opremi. Zatim se rotoru dodaju utezi za uravnote\u017eenje (npr. plo\u010de se pri\u010dvrste vijcima, podlo\u0161ke se zavare ili se izbu\u0161e male rupe u te\u0161kim podru\u010djima radi olak\u0161anja). Tvorni\u010dko balansiranje osigurava da novi dijelovi zadovoljavaju stroge tolerancije vibracija. <strong>Prednosti:<\/strong> visoka to\u010dnost, kori\u0161tenje stacionarne opreme i kontrola kvalitete. <strong>Protiv:<\/strong> neravnote\u017ea se mo\u017ee ponovno pojaviti tijekom rada (npr. zbog istro\u0161enosti ili popravka), a na terenu nema mogu\u0107nosti tvorni\u010dkog stroja.<\/p>\n<h3>Stati\u010dko balansiranje (na licu mjesta bez opreme)<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo je najjednostavnija metoda koju farmeri \u010desto koriste na &quot;staromodan na\u010din&quot;. Rotor se demontira i postavlja na prizme ili visi na osi, omogu\u0107uju\u0107i mu da slobodno rotira pod gravitacijom. Te\u017ea strana se okre\u0107e prema dolje, nakon \u010dega se uteg dodaje na suprotnu stranu (ili uklanja s te\u0161ke strane, ako je mogu\u0107e). Stoga se stati\u010dko balansiranje mo\u017ee primijeniti samo na relativno male i uske dijelove (remenice, zama\u0161njake), a za duge rotore poljoprivrednih strojeva neu\u010dinkovito je.<\/p>\n<h3>Dinami\u010dko balansiranje na stroju<\/h3>\n<p>Ova metoda uklju\u010duje balansiranje rotora u specijaliziranim radionicama ili servisnim centrima gdje postoji balansna ma\u0161ina. Rotor (npr. bubanj kombajna) uklanja se iz stroja i postavlja u balansnu ma\u0161inu, gdje se vrti na odre\u0111enoj brzini. Zatim se utezi fiksiraju na rotor (npr. vijcima ili zavarivanjem) na odre\u0111enim mjestima i ponovno se provjeravaju vibracije. <strong>Prednosti:<\/strong> visoka to\u010dnost dinami\u010dkog balansiranja \u2013 mogu\u0107e je posti\u0107i minimalne zaostale vibracije prema standardima (GOST, ISO, itd.). Stru\u010dnjaci tako\u0111er \u010desto istovremeno dijagnosticiraju stanje rotora \u2013 identificiraju otpu\u0161tanje osovine, zakrivljenost, pukotine \u2013 i mogu odmah rije\u0161iti te probleme prije balansiranja. <strong>Nedostaci:<\/strong> potreba za potpunim rastavljanjem rotora i njegovom dostavom u radionicu, \u0161to nije uvijek mogu\u0107e odmah. Sveukupno, dinami\u010dko balansiranje u vlastitim le\u017eajevima danas je prepoznato kao optimalno rje\u0161enje za velike poljoprivredne strojeve \u2013 ono pru\u017ea gotovo tvorni\u010dko balansiranje bez dugotrajnog zastoja opreme.<\/p>\n<h3>Usporedba metoda<\/h3>\n<p>Ukratko, stati\u010dko balansiranje je prikladno samo za najjednostavnije slu\u010dajeve s uskim rotorima i ne rje\u0161ava problem vibracija \u010dak ni umjereno \u0161irokih rotora. Dinami\u010dko balansiranje jedini je pouzdan na\u010din za uklanjanje svih vrsta neravnote\u017ee na rotorima velike brzine. Balansiranje u uvjetima servisne radionice osigurava visoku to\u010dnost, ali je povezano sa zastojima i logistikom. Prijenosno balansiranje na licu mjesta omogu\u0107uje brzo vra\u0107anje opreme u rad i dovoljno je precizno za ve\u0107inu zadataka. Najbolji pristup za farmu je redovito preventivno balansiranje: pregledajte i uravnote\u017eite rotore prije nego \u0161to vibracije dovedu do kvara. Balansiranje pomo\u0107u ure\u0111aja Balanset-1A<\/h2>\n<p>Balanset-1A je prijenosni vibrometar-balanser posebno dizajniran za dinami\u010dko balansiranje rotora izravno na njihovom mjestu rada. Ure\u0111aj omogu\u0107uje balansiranje u jednoj ravnini (stati\u010dko) kao i u dvije ravnine (potpuno dinami\u010dko) za \u0161irok raspon vrsta opreme. Sastoji se od skupa senzora i elektroni\u010dkog modula povezanog s prijenosnim ra\u010dunalom: komplet uklju\u010duje dva senzora vibracija (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/accelerometer\/\">Akcelerometri<\/a>) za mjerenje vibracija rotora, opti\u010dki tahometarski senzor za o\u010ditavanje rotacija i kutnog polo\u017eaja, su\u010delni blok (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/hr\/glossary\/vibration-analyzer\/\">analizator vibracija<\/a>), i softver. Cijeli komplet te\u017ei nekoliko kilograma i smje\u0161ten je u maloj kutiji, \u0161to ga \u010dini lakim za prijevoz izravno s farme na farmu. \u010cak i in\u017eenjer bez dubokog znanja o dijagnostici vibracija mo\u017ee koristiti Balanset-1A: ure\u0111aj i softver automatiziraju proces mjerenja i izra\u010duna, pru\u017eaju\u0107i korisniku jasne upute. Najprije se priprema rotor: sigurnost je najva\u017enija \u2013 rotor se \u010disti od prljav\u0161tine i slame, provjerava se jesu li svi no\u017eevi ili \u010deki\u0107i netaknuti i slobodno se okre\u0107u (posebice u sjeckalici slame, gdje zaglavljeni no\u017e mo\u017ee povremeno uzrokovati neravnote\u017eu), te se uklanjaju svi strani dodaci (primjerice, posipa\u010di ako smetaju).
