Instalasi ini terdiri dari dua kipas angin, masing-masing ditenagai oleh motor berkekuatan 400 hp. Balanset-1A dipilih untuk tugas ini karena ketepatan dan keefektifannya.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Proses:<\/em><\/strong> Balanset-1A digunakan untuk mengukur ketidakseimbangan pada baling-baling kipas. Setelah ketidakseimbangan ditentukan, beban yang sesuai ditambahkan ke impeler untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan dan mengurangi getaran.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Hasil:<\/em><\/strong> Sebagai hasil dari penyeimbangan dinamis, berikut ini adalah manfaat yang diperoleh:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tingkat kebisingan yang lebih rendah, meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna di terowongan angin.<\/li>\n<li>Umur bantalan yang lebih panjang, sehingga mengurangi kebutuhan perawatan dan waktu henti.<\/li>\n<li>Mengurangi konsumsi energi, yang mengarah pada penghematan biaya.<\/li>\n<li>Mengurangi risiko kerusakan, memastikan pengoperasian instalasi yang andal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kesimpulannya, penyeimbangan dinamis dengan Balanset-1A terbukti sangat penting untuk pengoperasian impeler kipas yang efisien dan andal di terowongan angin.
