Kali ini, tugas saya berbeda, tetapi sama pentingnya: mengatasi masalah getaran pada sistem ventilasi pembuangan.<\/p>\n<p>Pabrik batu kapur, dengan kondisinya yang keras dan berdebu, memberikan beban yang berat pada peralatan, sehingga perawatan rutin menjadi suatu keharusan. Dalam hal ventilasi pembuangan, ketidakseimbangan apa pun dapat menyebabkan banyak masalah seperti peningkatan konsumsi energi, tekanan mekanis, dan keausan dini.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk misi ini, Balanset-1A sekali lagi menjadi instrumen pilihan saya, karena keefektifannya dalam memberikan analisis getaran dan penyeimbangan rotor yang akurat. Berikut ini adalah bagaimana saya melanjutkannya:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pengukuran Getaran Awal<\/strong>: Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah mencatat tingkat getaran yang ada pada sistem ventilasi pembuangan. Tingkat getaran yang tinggi sering kali mengindikasikan ketidakseimbangan yang dapat menyebabkan pengoperasian yang tidak efisien atau bahkan kegagalan peralatan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Penempatan Pemberat Uji<\/strong>: Berdasarkan pembacaan awal, saya memasangkan pemberat uji pada titik-titik tertentu pada bilah kipas angin. Hal ini memungkinkan Balanset-1A menangkap setiap perubahan dalam getaran, yang kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung tindakan korektif yang diperlukan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tindakan Korektif<\/strong>: Berbekal data yang tepat, saya menyesuaikan bobot penyeimbang pada bilah kipas angin. Langkah ini sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan performa kipas dan mengurangi tingkat getaran.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifikasi Hasil<\/strong>: Setelah penyesuaian, putaran pengukuran getaran lainnya mengonfirmasi keberhasilan operasi penyeimbangan. Tingkat getaran berkurang secara signifikan, sehingga memastikan pengoperasian sistem ventilasi pembuangan yang lebih efisien dan lebih aman.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Operator pabrik merasa puas dengan peningkatan langsung dalam kinerja sistem, menggemakan kesuksesan yang kami dapatkan dengan penyeimbangan rotor pemisah selama kunjungan saya sebelumnya.
