Walaupun model Balanset-1A yang lebih baharu hadir dalam sarung aluminium yang lebih padat, Balanset-1 asal masih terbukti sebagai alat yang boleh dipercayai dan berkesan untuk tugas khusus sedemikian.<\/p>\n<p>Proses penyeimbangan dijalankan dalam empat langkah penting:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pengukuran getaran awal<\/strong>Langkah pertama melibatkan menilai tahap getaran awal roda kipas sangkar tupai untuk menetapkan garis dasar bagi prosedur penyeimbangan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kalibrasi dan Berat Uji<\/strong>Peranti Balanset-1 digunakan untuk menetapkan berat ujian dan mengukur perubahan getaran yang terhasil pada titik tertentu pada rotor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Langkah-langkah pembetulan<\/strong>: Berdasarkan data yang dikumpul, peranti itu mengira pelarasan yang diperlukan dari segi berat dan sudut.
