Denne gangen hadde jeg en annen, men like viktig oppgave: \u00e5 l\u00f8se vibrasjonsproblemene i avtrekksventilasjonssystemet.<\/p>\n<p>De t\u00f8ffe og st\u00f8vete forholdene i et kalksteinsanlegg stiller store krav til utstyret, noe som gj\u00f8r regelmessig vedlikehold til en n\u00f8dvendighet. N\u00e5r det gjelder avtrekksventilasjon, kan enhver ubalanse f\u00f8re til en rekke problemer som \u00f8kt energiforbruk, mekanisk belastning og for tidlig slitasje.<\/p>\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 for dette oppdraget valgte jeg Balanset-1A, som er et effektivt instrument for n\u00f8yaktig vibrasjonsanalyse og rotorbalansering. Slik gikk jeg frem:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Innledende vibrasjonsm\u00e5ling<\/strong>: Det f\u00f8rste trinnet var \u00e5 registrere de eksisterende vibrasjonsniv\u00e5ene i avtrekksventilasjonssystemet. H\u00f8ye vibrasjonsniv\u00e5er indikerer ofte ubalanser som kan f\u00f8re til ineffektiv drift eller til og med svikt i utstyret.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plassering av testvekter<\/strong>: Basert p\u00e5 de innledende m\u00e5lingene festet jeg testvekter til bestemte punkter p\u00e5 eksosviftebladene. Dette gjorde det mulig for Balanset-1A \u00e5 registrere eventuelle vibrasjonsendringer, som deretter ble brukt til \u00e5 beregne n\u00f8dvendige korrigerende tiltak.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Korrigerende tiltak<\/strong>: Utstyrt med n\u00f8yaktige data justerte jeg balanseringsvektene p\u00e5 eksosviftebladene. Dette trinnet var avgj\u00f8rende for \u00e5 optimalisere viftens ytelse og redusere vibrasjonsniv\u00e5et.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifisering av resultater<\/strong>: Etter justeringene ble det gjennomf\u00f8rt en ny runde med vibrasjonsm\u00e5linger som bekreftet at balanseringen var vellykket. Vibrasjonsniv\u00e5ene ble betydelig redusert, noe som sikrer en mer effektiv og tryggere drift av avtrekksventilasjonssystemet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Anleggsoperat\u00f8rene var forn\u00f8yde med den umiddelbare forbedringen i systemets ytelse, noe som gjenspeiler suksessen vi hadde med balanseringen av separatorrotoren under mitt forrige bes\u00f8k.
