Met behulp van de <strong>Balanset-1A dynamisch rotoruitbalanceerapparaat<\/strong>werd het proces gestart met het meten van de begintrilling. Volgens de vastgestelde procedure:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>De begintrilling werd gemeten.<\/li>\n<li>Er werden kalibratie- of testgewichten ingesteld. Het Balanset-1A apparaat mat nauwkeurig de variatie in trillingen met een gewicht van bekende massa op een gespecificeerd punt.<\/li>\n<li>Op basis van de verkregen gegevens werden correctieve gewichten aangebracht of massa verwijderd. Het apparaat berekende nauwkeurig de hoek en het gewicht die nodig waren om de rotor in balans te brengen.<\/li>\n<li>De resultaten werden vervolgens geverifieerd.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Het resultaat was indrukwekkend. Na het balanceren werden de trillingswaarden aanzienlijk verlaagd tot respectievelijk 1,7 mm\/s en 0,8 mm\/s, waardoor de ventilatorwaaier effici\u00ebnt blijft werken.
