Na het onderhoud vertoonde de machine <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/nl\/glossary\/vibration\/\">trillingen<\/a> niveaus, oplopend tot 8-9 mm\/s, ruim boven de aanvaardbare normen.<\/p>\n<h2>De gevolgen van hoge trillingen<\/h2>\n<p>Hoge trillingsniveaus in machines zoals brekers kunnen leiden tot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verhoogde slijtage<\/li>\n<li>Verhoogd energieverbruik<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijke veiligheidsrisico's<\/li>\n<li>Verstoring van de productiekwaliteit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>De balanceringsinterventie<\/h2>\n<p>Om dit dringende probleem aan te pakken, <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/nl\/glossary\/balanceren\/\">balanceren<\/a> werden balanceerprocedures uitgevoerd op de betrokken breker. De ingreep bestond uit:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eerste meting om verhoogde trillingen te bevestigen<\/li>\n<li>Kalibratie met <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/nl\/glossary\/trial-weight\/\">testgewichten<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Toevoegen <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/nl\/glossary\/correction-weight\/\">correctiegewichten<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Verificatie van resultaten door meting na het balanceren<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Succesvolle trillingsvermindering<\/h2>\n<p>Als gevolg van de balanceerinspanningen werden de trillingsniveaus met succes teruggebracht tot aanvaardbare normen, waardoor slechts een kleine <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/nl\/glossary\/residual-unbalance\/\">resterende onbalans<\/a> resterende onbalans op de rotor overbleef. De metingen na het balanceren gaven trillingsniveaus van 1,5 mm\/s en 1,7 mm\/s aan, waardoor zowel de levensduur van de breker als de veiligheid van de werkzaamheden in de fabriek werden gewaarborgd.
