Zulke hoge trillingen kunnen schadelijk zijn voor de prestaties van de mulcher en kunnen leiden tot vroegtijdige slijtage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusie:<\/strong><br \/>\nHet dynamische uitbalanceringsproces van de rotor heeft de trillingen effectief teruggebracht tot slechts 1,2 mm\/s. De aanzienlijke vermindering van trillingen biedt meerdere voordelen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Lagere geluidsniveaus:<\/strong> Minder trillingen betekent een stillere werking, wat leidt tot een betere werkomgeving.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verlengde lagerlevensduur:<\/strong> Door de verminderde belasting op de lagers wordt hun levensduur aanzienlijk verlengd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verminderd brandstofverbruik:<\/strong> Effici\u00ebnte operaties leiden tot brandstofbesparing en zijn daardoor op de lange termijn kosteneffectief.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minder storingen:<\/strong> De kans op onverwachte storingen neemt af met een geoptimaliseerde werking, waardoor ononderbroken prestaties worden gegarandeerd.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kortom, het dynamisch uitbalanceren van de rotor heeft niet alleen de directe prestaties van de AHWI Mulcher verbeterd, maar belooft ook een langere en effici\u00ebnte levensduur.
