href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/multi-plane-balancing\/\">balanceamento multiplano<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/flexible-rotor\/\">rotores flex\u00edveis<\/a>. Seu nome vem de uma regra de planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o formalizada na ISO 21940-12 (antiga ISO 11342): para balancear um rotor atrav\u00e9s de <em>N<\/em> velocidades cr\u00edticas flexurais (resson\u00e2ncia) quando o balanceamento de corpo r\u00edgido de baixa velocidade tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 realizado, o rotor geralmente precisa de N <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/correction-plane\/\">planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> para os N modos flex\u00edveis mais dois para o desbalanceamento de corpo r\u00edgido (est\u00e1tico e de momento) \u2014 N+2 planos no total. N\u00e3o confunda isso com a contagem de corridas: no procedimento pr\u00e1tico por coeficientes de influ\u00eancia descrito neste artigo, <em>N<\/em> denota o n\u00famero de planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o realmente usados, e o trabalho ent\u00e3o leva N+2 corridas \u2014 uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial de refer\u00eancia, N <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/trial-weight\/\">massa-de-teste<\/a> corridas (uma para cada plano) e uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o final. O m\u00e9todo estende a l\u00f3gica do <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/two-plane-balancing\/\">balanceamento em dois planos<\/a> para rotores que necessitam de tr\u00eas ou mais planos, uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o comum em turbinas de alta velocidade, compressores, geradores e rolos longos de m\u00e1quinas de papel.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Defini\u00e7\u00e3o: O que \u00e9 o M\u00e9todo N+2<\/h2>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/rigid-rotor\/\">rotor r\u00edgido<\/a> operando abaixo de sua primeira <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/critical-speed\/\">velocidade cr\u00edtica<\/a> pode ser trazido para dentro da toler\u00e2ncia com corre\u00e7\u00e3o simples em um ou dois planos, porque sua <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/unbalance\/\">desbalanceamento<\/a> distribui\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o muda de forma com a velocidade. Um rotor flex\u00edvel \u00e9 diferente: uma vez que opera na ou acima de uma velocidade cr\u00edtica, ele se curva, e essa curvatura redistribui o desbalanceamento efetivo ao longo de seu comprimento. Corrigi-lo, portanto, exige v\u00e1rios planos distribu\u00eddos ao longo do eixo e um m\u00e9todo que possa desembara\u00e7ar como cada plano influencia a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os outros lugares. O m\u00e9todo N+2 \u00e9 esse procedimento sistem\u00e1tico de contabilidade \u2014 uma maneira disciplinada de caracterizar completamente o rotor e, em seguida, resolver para a melhor corre\u00e7\u00e3o em cada plano de uma s\u00f3 vez.<\/p>\n<h2>2. A Base Matem\u00e1tica<\/h2>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo N+2 \u00e9 constru\u00eddo sobre o <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/influence-coefficient\/\">m\u00e9todo dos coeficientes de influ\u00eancia<\/a>, generalizado de um ou dois planos para muitos.<\/p>\n<h3>A Matriz de Coeficientes de Influ\u00eancia<\/h3>\n<p>Para um rotor com N planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o e M locais de medi\u00e7\u00e3o (tipicamente M \u2265 N), o sistema \u00e9 descrito por uma matriz M\u00d7N de coeficientes de influ\u00eancia. Cada coeficiente \u03b1<sub>ij<\/sub> captura como uma massa unit\u00e1ria colocada no plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o <em>j<\/em> afeta a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o registrada no local de medi\u00e7\u00e3o <em>i<\/em>. Com quatro planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o e quatro locais de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u03b1<sub>11<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>12<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>13<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>14<\/sub> descrevem como cada um dos quatro planos afeta o local de medi\u00e7\u00e3o 1;<\/li>\n<li>\u03b1<sub>21<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>22<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>23<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>24<\/sub> descrevem os efeitos no local de medi\u00e7\u00e3o 2;<\/li>\n<li>e assim por diante para os locais 3 e 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Isso produz uma matriz 4\u00d74 que requer a determina\u00e7\u00e3o de dezesseis coeficientes de influ\u00eancia. Cada coeficiente \u00e9 uma quantidade complexa, carregando tanto uma magnitude quanto um <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/phase\/\">fase<\/a> \u00e2ngulo, porque a resposta do rotor atrasa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 for\u00e7a aplicada.<\/p>\n<h3>Resolvendo o Sistema<\/h3>\n<p>Uma vez que todos os coeficientes s\u00e3o conhecidos, o software de balanceamento resolve um sistema de M equa\u00e7\u00f5es vetoriais simult\u00e2neas para encontrar as N massas de corre\u00e7\u00e3o (W<sub>1<\/sub>, W<sub>2<\/sub>, \u2026 W<sub>n<\/sub>) que minimizam <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/vibration\/\">vibra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> em todos os M locais de uma s\u00f3 vez. Isso depende de <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/vector-addition\/\">matem\u00e1tica vetorial<\/a> e algoritmos de invers\u00e3o de matriz (ou m\u00ednimos quadrados). Quando M excede N, o sistema \u00e9 superdeterminado e uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o por m\u00ednimos quadrados encontra o conjunto de corre\u00e7\u00f5es que fornece a menor vibra\u00e7\u00e3o residual em todos os sensores \u2014 um resultado mais robusto na presen\u00e7a de ru\u00eddo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>3. O Procedimento N+2, Passo a Passo<\/h2>\n<p>O procedimento segue uma sequ\u00eancia que escala naturalmente com o n\u00famero de planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3>Rodada 1 \u2014 Medi\u00e7\u00e3o Inicial de Refer\u00eancia<\/h3>\n<p>O rotor \u00e9 operado na velocidade de balanceamento em sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial desbalanceada. A amplitude de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/phase\/\">fase<\/a> s\u00e3o registrados em todos os M locais \u2014 geralmente em cada rolamento e, \u00e0s vezes, em posi\u00e7\u00f5es intermedi\u00e1rias para capturar o movimento no meio do v\u00e3o.
