Mesmo que o restante do eixo se curve e varra seu movimento, o ponto nodal permanece estacion\u00e1rio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o neutra do eixo. Os pontos nodais s\u00e3o caracter\u00edsticas fundamentais de <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/mode-shape\/\">formas modais<\/a>, e saber onde eles se localizam \u00e9 decisivo para <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/rotor-dynamics\/\">din\u00e2mica de rotores<\/a> an\u00e1lise, para <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/balanceamento\/\">balanceamento<\/a> estrat\u00e9gia, e para decidir onde montar sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Pontos Nodais em Diferentes Modos de Vibra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Cada modo de um eixo tem seu pr\u00f3prio padr\u00e3o de n\u00f3s e antin\u00f3s, tornando-se mais intrincado \u00e0 medida que o n\u00famero do modo aumenta.<\/p>\n<h3>Primeiro Modo de Flex\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>O primeiro modo de flex\u00e3o (fundamental) geralmente possui:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>zero n\u00f3s internos<\/strong> \u2014 nenhum ponto de deflex\u00e3o zero ao longo do v\u00e3o do eixo;<\/li>\n<li><strong>localiza\u00e7\u00f5es dos rolamentos como n\u00f3s aproximados<\/strong> \u2014 em um layout simplesmente apoiado, os rolamentos atuam como pontos quase nodais;<\/li>\n<li><strong>deflex\u00e3o m\u00e1xima<\/strong> perto do meio do v\u00e3o entre os rolamentos; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma forma de arco simples<\/strong> \u2014 o eixo se curva em uma \u00fanica curva suave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Segundo Modo de Flex\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>O segundo modo apresenta um padr\u00e3o mais complexo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>um n\u00f3 interno<\/strong> \u2014 um \u00fanico ponto, geralmente perto do meio do v\u00e3o, onde a deflex\u00e3o \u00e9 zero;<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma forma de curva em S<\/strong> \u2014 o eixo se curva em dire\u00e7\u00f5es opostas em cada lado do n\u00f3;<\/li>\n<li><strong>dois antin\u00f3s<\/strong> \u2014 deflex\u00e3o m\u00e1xima em cada lado do n\u00f3; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma frequ\u00eancia mais alta<\/strong> \u2014 sua frequ\u00eancia natural est\u00e1 bem acima do primeiro modo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Terceiro Modo e Superiores<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>terceiro modo:<\/strong> dois pontos nodais internos e tr\u00eas antin\u00f3s;<\/li>\n<li><strong>quarto modo:<\/strong> tr\u00eas pontos nodais e quatro antin\u00f3s;<\/li>\n<li><strong>regra geral:<\/strong> o modo N possui (N \u2212 1) pontos nodais internos; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>complexidade crescente:<\/strong> modos mais altos apresentam padr\u00f5es de onda progressivamente mais intrincados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Significado F\u00edsico dos Pontos Nodais<\/h2>\n<h3>Deflex\u00e3o Zero \u2014 mas Tens\u00e3o M\u00e1xima<\/h3>\n<p>Em um ponto nodal, durante a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o na frequ\u00eancia natural desse modo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>o deslocamento lateral \u00e9 zero e o eixo passa pelo seu eixo neutro;<\/li>\n<li>contudo, a tens\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o est\u00e1 tipicamente no m\u00e1ximo, pois a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da curva de deflex\u00e3o \u00e9 mais acentuada nesse ponto; e<\/li>\n<li>as for\u00e7as de cisalhamento tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o maiores no n\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essa combina\u00e7\u00e3o contra-intuitiva \u2014 menor movimento, maior tens\u00e3o \u2014 \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual um n\u00f3 pode ser uma excelente localiza\u00e7\u00e3o para apoio, mas um local ruim para avaliar a sa\u00fade de um rotor apenas pelo movimento.<\/p>\n<h3>Sensibilidade Zero<\/h3>\n<p>Uma for\u00e7a ou massa aplicada em um ponto nodal tem efeito m\u00ednimo sobre esse modo particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>adicionar <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt-br\/glossary\/correction-weight\/\">correction weights<\/a> em um n\u00f3 pouco contribui para balancear esse modo;<\/li>\n<li>sensores posicionados em um n\u00f3 detectam vibra\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima para esse modo; e<\/li>\n<li>um apoio ou restri\u00e7\u00e3o em um n\u00f3 altera pouco a frequ\u00eancia natural do modo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3.
