e o que o balanceamento corrige?<\/h2>\n\n<p>O rotor \u00e9 um corpo que gira em torno de um determinado eixo e \u00e9 sustentado por suas superf\u00edcies de apoio nos mancais. As superf\u00edcies de apoio do rotor transmitem cargas aos mancais por meio de rolamentos ou mancais de deslizamento. Em um rotor balanceado, a for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga que atua sobre qualquer elemento do rotor \u00e9 equilibrada pela for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga que atua sobre o elemento sim\u00e9trico. Por exemplo, for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas F1 e F2, iguais em magnitude e opostas em dire\u00e7\u00e3o, atuam sobre os elementos 1 e 2 (marcados em verde na Fig. 1). Isso \u00e9 verdade para todos os elementos sim\u00e9tricos do rotor e, portanto, a for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga total que atua sobre o rotor \u00e9 0 e o rotor est\u00e1 balanceado.<\/p>\n<p>Mas se a simetria do rotor for quebrada (o elemento assim\u00e9trico est\u00e1 marcado em vermelho na Fig. 1), ent\u00e3o a for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga desbalanceada F3 atua sobre o rotor. Ao girar, essa for\u00e7a muda de dire\u00e7\u00e3o com a rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor. A carga din\u00e2mica resultante dessa for\u00e7a \u00e9 transmitida aos rolamentos, resultando em desgaste acelerado.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, sob a influ\u00eancia dessa for\u00e7a de dire\u00e7\u00e3o vari\u00e1vel, h\u00e1 uma deforma\u00e7\u00e3o c\u00edclica dos mancais e da funda\u00e7\u00e3o, nos quais o rotor est\u00e1 fixado, ou seja, h\u00e1 vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Para eliminar o desbalanceamento do rotor e a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o acompanhante, massas de balanceamento devem ser instaladas para restaurar a simetria do rotor.<\/p>\n<p>O balanceamento de rotores \u00e9 uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o para corrigir o desbalanceamento adicionando massas de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>A tarefa do balanceamento \u00e9 encontrar o tamanho e a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o (\u00e2ngulo) de uma ou mais massas de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-rotors\">Tipos de rotores e tipos de desbalanceamento<\/h2>\n<p>Levando em conta a resist\u00eancia do material do rotor e a magnitude das for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas que atuam sobre ele, os rotores podem ser divididos em dois tipos - rotores r\u00edgidos e flex\u00edveis.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">Os rotores r\u00edgidos deformam-se insignificamente sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga nos modos de trabalho e a influ\u00eancia dessa deforma\u00e7\u00e3o nos c\u00e1lculos pode ser negligenciada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A deforma\u00e7\u00e3o de rotores flex\u00edveis n\u00e3o pode mais ser negligenciada. A deforma\u00e7\u00e3o de rotores flex\u00edveis complica a solu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema de balanceamento e requer a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de outros modelos matem\u00e1ticos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o problema de balanceamento de rotores r\u00edgidos. Deve-se notar que o mesmo rotor em baixas velocidades pode se comportar como r\u00edgido e em altas velocidades - como flex\u00edvel. A seguir, consideraremos apenas o balanceamento de rotores r\u00edgidos.<\/p>\n<p>Dependendo da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das massas desbalanceadas ao longo do comprimento do rotor, dois tipos de desbalanceamento podem ser distinguidos - est\u00e1tico e din\u00e2mico (moment\u00e2neo). Consequentemente, referem-se ao balanceamento est\u00e1tico e din\u00e2mico do rotor. O desbalanceamento est\u00e1tico do rotor ocorre sem a rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor, ou seja, em est\u00e1tica, quando o rotor \u00e9 invertido pela gravidade com seu \u201cponto pesado\u201d para baixo. Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1tica, ou seja, quando o rotor n\u00e3o gira, apenas a gravidade atua sobre o rotor e as massas se equilibram. Na din\u00e2mica, quando o rotor gira, as for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas Fc1 e Fc2 come\u00e7am a atuar sobre as massas M1 e M2. Essas for\u00e7as s\u00e3o iguais em magnitude e opostas em dire\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, como s\u00e3o aplicadas em lugares diferentes ao longo do comprimento do eixo e n\u00e3o est\u00e3o na mesma linha, essas for\u00e7as n\u00e3o se compensam. As for\u00e7as Fc1 e Fc2 criam um torque aplicado ao rotor. Portanto, esse desbalanceamento tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamado de desbalanceamento de momento. Consequentemente, for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas n\u00e3o compensadas atuam nas posi\u00e7\u00f5es dos rolamentos, que podem exceder muito os valores calculados e reduzir a vida \u00fatil dos rolamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Como esse tipo de desbalanceamento ocorre apenas dinamicamente durante a rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor, \u00e9 chamado de desbalanceamento din\u00e2mico. N\u00e3o pode ser corrigido em condi\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1ticas por balanceamento \u201cem facas\u201d ou m\u00e9todos semelhantes. Para eliminar o desbalanceamento din\u00e2mico, duas massas compensadoras devem ser instaladas, que produzam um momento igual em magnitude e oposto em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao momento resultante das massas M1 e M2. As massas compensadoras n\u00e3o precisam ser definidas opostas e iguais em magnitude \u00e0s massas M1 e M2. O principal \u00e9 que elas produzam um momento que compense totalmente o momento de desbalanceamento.<\/p>\n<p>Em geral, as massas M1 e M2 podem n\u00e3o ser iguais entre si, portanto, haver\u00e1 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de desbalanceamento est\u00e1tico e din\u00e2mico. \u00c9 teoricamente comprovado que, para um rotor r\u00edgido, duas massas espa\u00e7adas ao longo do comprimento do rotor s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias e suficientes para eliminar seu desbalanceamento. Essas massas compensar\u00e3o tanto o torque resultante do desbalanceamento din\u00e2mico quanto a for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga resultante da assimetria da massa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao eixo do rotor (desbalanceamento est\u00e1tico). Tipicamente, o desbalanceamento din\u00e2mico \u00e9 caracter\u00edstico de rotores longos, como eixos, e o desbalanceamento est\u00e1tico \u00e9 caracter\u00edstico de rotores estreitos. No entanto, se o rotor estreito estiver inclinado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao eixo ou deformado (\u201coito\u201d), o desbalanceamento din\u00e2mico ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil de eliminar. E deve-se entender que o desbalanceamento aerodin\u00e2mico, ou melhor, a for\u00e7a aerodin\u00e2mica \u00e9 diretamente proporcional \u00e0 velocidade angular do rotor, e para sua compensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 usada a for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga da massa de corre\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 proporcional ao quadrado da velocidade angular. Portanto, o efeito de balanceamento s\u00f3 pode ocorrer em uma frequ\u00eancia de balanceamento espec\u00edfica. Em outras frequ\u00eancias de rota\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 um erro adicional.<\/p>\n<p>O mesmo pode ser dito sobre as for\u00e7as eletromagn\u00e9ticas em um motor el\u00e9trico, que tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o proporcionais \u00e0 velocidade angular. Portanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel eliminar todas as causas de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o em uma m\u00e1quina por meio do balanceamento.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vibration\">Vibra\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos<\/h2>\n<p>A vibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a rea\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto do mecanismo aos efeitos de uma for\u00e7a excitadora c\u00edclica. Essa for\u00e7a pode ser de natureza diferente.<br \/>A for\u00e7a centr\u00edfuga resultante do rotor desbalanceado \u00e9 uma for\u00e7a n\u00e3o compensada que atua sobre o \u201cponto pesado\u201d. \u00c9 essa for\u00e7a e a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o causada por ela que podem ser eliminadas pelo balanceamento do rotor.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00e7as de intera\u00e7\u00e3o de natureza \u201cgeom\u00e9trica\u201d resultantes de erros de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e montagem das partes acopladas. Essas for\u00e7as podem, por exemplo, surgir como resultado da n\u00e3o circularidade dos colos do eixo, erros nos perfis dos dentes nas engrenagens, ondula\u00e7\u00e3o das pistas de rolamento, desalinhamento dos eixos acoplados, etc. No caso de n\u00e3o circularidade dos munh\u00f5es, o eixo do eixo ser\u00e1 deslocado dependendo do \u00e2ngulo de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo. For\u00e7as hidrodin\u00e2micas resultantes da rota\u00e7\u00e3o dos impelidores de bombas hidr\u00e1ulicas, turbinas, etc.<br \/>For\u00e7as eletromagn\u00e9ticas resultantes do funcionamento de m\u00e1quinas el\u00e9tricas, por exemplo, enrolamentos assim\u00e9tricos do rotor, enrolamentos em curto-circuito, etc.<\/p>\n<p>A magnitude da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o (por exemplo, sua amplitude Av) depende n\u00e3o apenas da for\u00e7a excitadora Fv atuando sobre o mecanismo com frequ\u00eancia circular \u03c9, mas tamb\u00e9m da rigidez k do mecanismo, sua massa m, bem como do coeficiente de amortecimento C.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em 0;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/cdd9842bec0cd7097cf30b3e2a3e6268.png\" alt=\"Formula: vibration amplitude depends on excitatory force, stiffness, mass, and damping\" width=\"413\" height=\"67\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>Diversos tipos de sensores podem ser usados para medir a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e balancear mecanismos, incluindo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o absoluta projetados para medir a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o (aceler\u00f4metros) e sensores de velocidade de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o relativa \u2013 de corrente de Foucault ou capacitivos, projetados para medir o deslocamento de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>em alguns casos (quando o projeto do mecanismo o permite), sensores de for\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados para avaliar sua carga de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o; em particular, eles s\u00e3o amplamente utilizados para medir a carga de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o dos mancais de m\u00e1quinas de balanceamento de mancais r\u00edgidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Portanto, a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de uma m\u00e1quina \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7as externas. A magnitude da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o depende n\u00e3o apenas da magnitude da for\u00e7a que atua sobre o mecanismo, mas tamb\u00e9m da rigidez do projeto do mecanismo. Uma mesma for\u00e7a pode levar a vibra\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes. Em uma m\u00e1quina de rolamentos r\u00edgidos, mesmo que a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o seja pequena, os rolamentos podem estar sujeitos a cargas din\u00e2micas significativas. \u00c9 por isso que sensores de for\u00e7a, em vez de sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o (aceler\u00f4metros de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o), s\u00e3o usados ao balancear m\u00e1quinas de rolamentos r\u00edgidos.<\/p>\n<p>Sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o usados em mecanismos com apoios relativamente flex\u00edveis, quando a a\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas desbalanceadas leva a uma deforma\u00e7\u00e3o percept\u00edvel dos apoios e \u00e0 vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Sensores de for\u00e7a s\u00e3o usados para apoios r\u00edgidos, quando mesmo for\u00e7as significativas devido ao desbalanceamento n\u00e3o levam a vibra\u00e7\u00f5es significativas.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"resonance\">A resson\u00e2ncia \u00e9 um fator que impede o balanceamento<\/h2>\n<p>Anteriormente, mencionamos que os rotores s\u00e3o divididos em r\u00edgidos e flex\u00edveis. A rigidez ou flexibilidade do rotor n\u00e3o deve ser confundida com a rigidez ou mobilidade dos mancais (funda\u00e7\u00e3o) nos quais o rotor est\u00e1 instalado. Um rotor \u00e9 considerado r\u00edgido quando sua deforma\u00e7\u00e3o (flex\u00e3o) sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas pode ser negligenciada. A deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor flex\u00edvel \u00e9 relativamente grande e n\u00e3o pode ser negligenciada.<\/p>\n<p>Neste artigo, consideramos apenas o balanceamento de rotores r\u00edgidos. Um rotor r\u00edgido (n\u00e3o deform\u00e1vel) pode, por sua vez, ser montado em apoios r\u00edgidos ou m\u00f3veis (flex\u00edveis). \u00c9 claro que essa rigidez\/flexibilidade dos apoios tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 relativa, dependendo da velocidade do rotor e da magnitude das for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas resultantes. Um limite condicional \u00e9 a frequ\u00eancia das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais dos apoios do rotor.<\/p>\n<p>Para sistemas mec\u00e2nicos, a forma e a frequ\u00eancia das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais s\u00e3o determinadas pela massa e pela elasticidade dos elementos do sistema mec\u00e2nico. Ou seja, a frequ\u00eancia das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais \u00e9 uma caracter\u00edstica interna do sistema mec\u00e2nico e n\u00e3o depende de for\u00e7as externas. Ao se desviar do estado de equil\u00edbrio, os apoios, devido \u00e0 elasticidade, tendem a retornar \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio. Mas, devido \u00e0 in\u00e9rcia do rotor maci\u00e7o, esse processo tem a natureza de oscila\u00e7\u00f5es amortecidas. Essas vibra\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais do sistema rotor-apoios. Na \u00e1rea de resson\u00e2ncia, uma mudan\u00e7a na velocidade de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de 100 rpm pode levar a um aumento na vibra\u00e7\u00e3o de dezenas de vezes. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel da maneira usual, j\u00e1 que mesmo uma pequena mudan\u00e7a na velocidade causar\u00e1 uma mudan\u00e7a dr\u00e1stica nos par\u00e2metros de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Para o balanceamento na \u00e1rea de resson\u00e2ncia, s\u00e3o usados m\u00e9todos especiais n\u00e3o abordados neste artigo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel determinar a frequ\u00eancia das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais do mecanismo durante a parada por in\u00e9rcia (ao desligar a rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor) ou pelo m\u00e9todo de impacto, com subsequente an\u00e1lise espectral da resposta do sistema ao impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Para mecanismos cuja frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho est\u00e1 acima da frequ\u00eancia de resson\u00e2ncia, ou seja, trabalhando no regime supercr\u00edtico (p\u00f3s-ressonante), os mancais s\u00e3o considerados m\u00f3veis e para medi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o usados sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, principalmente aceler\u00f4metros, medindo a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos estruturais. Para mecanismos operando em modo preresonante, os mancais s\u00e3o considerados r\u00edgidos. Nesse caso, sensores de for\u00e7a s\u00e3o usados.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"linear-nonlinear\">Modelos lineares e n\u00e3o lineares de um sistema mec\u00e2nico. A n\u00e3o linearidade \u00e9 um fator que impede o balanceamento<\/h2>\n<p>Ao balancear rotores r\u00edgidos, s\u00e3o usados modelos matem\u00e1ticos chamados modelos lineares para os c\u00e1lculos de balanceamento. Um modelo linear significa que, nesse modelo, uma grandeza \u00e9 proporcional (linear) \u00e0 outra. Por exemplo, se a massa n\u00e3o compensada no rotor for dobrada, o valor da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 dobrado. Para rotores r\u00edgidos, um modelo linear pode ser usado, pois eles n\u00e3o se deformam.<\/p>\n<p>Para rotores flex\u00edveis, o modelo linear n\u00e3o pode mais ser usado. Para um rotor flex\u00edvel, se a massa do ponto pesado aumentar durante a rota\u00e7\u00e3o, ocorrer\u00e1 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o adicional e, al\u00e9m da massa, o raio da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto pesado tamb\u00e9m aumentar\u00e1. Portanto, para um rotor flex\u00edvel, a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1 mais do que o dobro e os m\u00e9todos usuais de c\u00e1lculo n\u00e3o funcionar\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a mudan\u00e7a de elasticidade dos apoios em suas grandes deforma\u00e7\u00f5es, por exemplo, quando, em pequenas deforma\u00e7\u00f5es dos apoios, alguns elementos estruturais funcionam e, em grandes deforma\u00e7\u00f5es, outros elementos estruturais s\u00e3o envolvidos. \u00c9 por isso que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode balancear mecanismos que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o fixados em uma funda\u00e7\u00e3o, mas, por exemplo, simplesmente colocados no ch\u00e3o. Os p\u00e9s do motor devem estar firmemente fixados, os suportes de parafuso devem ser apertados, a espessura da arruela deve fornecer rigidez de montagem suficiente, etc. Se os rolamentos estiverem quebrados, desalinhamento significativo do eixo e impactos s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis, o que tamb\u00e9m resultar\u00e1 em baixa linearidade e incapacidade de realizar um balanceamento de qualidade.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"devices\">Dispositivos de balanceamento e m\u00e1quinas de balanceamento<\/h2>\n<p>Como observado acima, o balanceamento \u00e9 o processo de alinhamento do eixo central principal de in\u00e9rcia com o eixo de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor.<\/p>\n<p>Este processo pode ser realizado por dois m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro m\u00e9todo envolve o usinamento dos munh\u00f5es do rotor de tal forma que o eixo passando pelos centros dos munh\u00f5es cruze o eixo central principal de in\u00e9rcia do rotor. Para balanceamento de rotores em seus pr\u00f3prios rolamentos, geralmente s\u00e3o usados dispositivos de balanceamento especializados (kits), que permitem medir a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor balanceado em sua frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o na forma vetorial, ou seja, medir tanto a amplitude quanto a fase da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Atualmente, os dispositivos acima s\u00e3o fabricados com base em tecnologia microprocessadora e (al\u00e9m da medi\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o) fornecem c\u00e1lculo autom\u00e1tico de par\u00e2metros de massas de corre\u00e7\u00e3o, que devem ser instaladas no rotor para compensar seu desbalanceamento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Esses dispositivos incluem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>uma unidade de medi\u00e7\u00e3o e computa\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em computador ou controlador industrial;<\/li>\n<li>Dois (ou mais) sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>Um sensor de \u00e2ngulo de fase;<\/li>\n<li>acess\u00f3rios para montagem dos sensores no local;<\/li>\n<li>software especializado, projetado para realizar um ciclo completo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o dos par\u00e2metros de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor em um, dois ou mais planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Atualmente, dois tipos de m\u00e1quinas de balanceamento s\u00e3o os mais comuns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e1quinas com mancais flex\u00edveis (com apoios flex\u00edveis);<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1quinas com mancais r\u00edgidos (com apoios r\u00edgidos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As m\u00e1quinas de mancais flex\u00edveis possuem mancais relativamente flex\u00edveis, por exemplo, baseados em molas planas. A frequ\u00eancia de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es naturais desses mancais \u00e9 geralmente 2 a 3 vezes menor que a frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor de balanceamento, que \u00e9 montado sobre eles. rotores r\u00edgidos<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><em>Importante!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>O balanceamento elimina apenas a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o causada pela distribui\u00e7\u00e3o assim\u00e9trica da massa do rotor em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao seu eixo de rota\u00e7\u00e3o. Outros tipos de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o eliminados pelo balanceamento!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Mecanismos t\u00e9cnicos, cujo projeto garante a aus\u00eancia de resson\u00e2ncias na frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, fixados de forma confi\u00e1vel na funda\u00e7\u00e3o, instalados em rolamentos em bom estado, est\u00e3o sujeitos ao balanceamento.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>M\u00e1quinas defeituosas devem ser reparadas antes do balanceamento. Caso contr\u00e1rio, o balanceamento de qualidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel. <\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>O balanceamento n\u00e3o substitui o reparo!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A principal tarefa do balanceamento \u00e9 encontrar a massa e a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o das massas compensat\u00f3rias que contrabalan\u00e7am as for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas.<br \/>Como mencionado acima, para rotores r\u00edgidos, geralmente \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio e suficiente instalar duas massas compensadoras. Isso eliminar\u00e1 tanto o desbalanceamento est\u00e1tico quanto o din\u00e2mico do rotor. Um marcador de rota\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fixado no rotor, geralmente com fita refletiva. O m\u00e9todo baseia-se no fato de que massas de teste de peso conhecido s\u00e3o colocadas no rotor em s\u00e9rie nos planos 1 e 2 e os pesos e a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o das massas de balanceamento s\u00e3o calculados com base nos resultados das mudan\u00e7as nos par\u00e2metros de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O local de instala\u00e7\u00e3o das massas \u00e9 chamado de plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.
