O seu nome vem de uma regra de plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o formalizada na ISO 21940-12 (anteriormente ISO 11342): para equilibrar um rotor atrav\u00e9s de <em>N<\/em> velocidades cr\u00edticas de flex\u00e3o (resson\u00e2ncia) quando tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 efetuada equilibragem r\u00edgida a baixa velocidade, o rotor necessita geralmente de N <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/correction-plane\/\">planos de correc\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> para os N modos flex\u00edveis mais dois para o desequil\u00edbrio de corpo r\u00edgido (est\u00e1tico e de bin\u00e1rio) \u2014 N+2 planos no total. N\u00e3o confunda isto com o n\u00famero de execu\u00e7\u00f5es: no procedimento pr\u00e1tico de coeficientes de influ\u00eancia descrito neste artigo, <em>N<\/em> denota o n\u00famero de planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o efetivamente utilizados, e o trabalho passa ent\u00e3o a exigir N+2 execu\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 uma linha de base inicial, N <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/trial-weight\/\">peso experimental<\/a> execu\u00e7\u00f5es (uma por cada plano) e uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o final. O m\u00e9todo amplia a l\u00f3gica de <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/two-plane-balancing\/\">equilibragem em dois planos<\/a> para rotores que requerem tr\u00eas ou mais planos, uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o comum em turbinas de alta velocidade, compressores, geradores e cilindros longos de m\u00e1quinas de fabrico de papel.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Defini\u00e7\u00e3o: O que \u00e9 o M\u00e9todo N+2<\/h2>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/rigid-rotor\/\">rotor r\u00edgido<\/a> abaixo do seu primeiro <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/critical-speed\/\">velocidade cr\u00edtica<\/a> pode ser ajustado dentro da toler\u00e2ncia com uma corre\u00e7\u00e3o simples num ou em dois planos, uma vez que o seu <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/unbalance\/\">desequil\u00edbrio<\/a> A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o altera a sua forma com a velocidade. Um rotor flex\u00edvel \u00e9 diferente: assim que atinge ou ultrapassa uma velocidade cr\u00edtica, dobra-se, e essa flex\u00e3o redistribui o desequil\u00edbrio efetivo ao longo do seu comprimento. Corrigi-lo exige, portanto, v\u00e1rios planos distribu\u00eddos ao longo do eixo e um m\u00e9todo capaz de determinar como cada plano influencia a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os outros pontos. O m\u00e9todo N+2 \u00e9 esse procedimento de c\u00e1lculo sistem\u00e1tico \u2014 uma forma disciplinada de caracterizar completamente o rotor e, em seguida, determinar a melhor corre\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os planos de uma s\u00f3 vez.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Os fundamentos matem\u00e1ticos<\/h2>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo N+2 \u00e9 baseado em <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/influence-coefficient\/\">m\u00e9todo do coeficiente de influ\u00eancia<\/a>, generalizado de um ou dois planos para muitos.<\/p>\n<h3>A Matriz do Coeficiente de Influ\u00eancia<\/h3>\n<p>Para um rotor com N planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o e M pontos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o (normalmente M \u2265 N), o sistema \u00e9 descrito por uma matriz M\u00d7N de coeficientes de influ\u00eancia. Cada coeficiente \u03b1<sub>ij<\/sub> ilustra como um peso unit\u00e1rio colocado no plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o <em>j<\/em> afeta a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o registada no local da medi\u00e7\u00e3o <em>i<\/em>. Com quatro planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o e quatro pontos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u03b1<sub>11<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>12<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>13<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>14<\/sub> descrevem como cada um dos quatro planos afeta o ponto de medi\u00e7\u00e3o 1;<\/li>\n<li>\u03b1<sub>21<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>22<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>23<\/sub>, \u03b1<sub>24<\/sub> descrevem os efeitos no local de medi\u00e7\u00e3o 2;<\/li>\n<li>e assim por diante para as posi\u00e7\u00f5es 3 e 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Isso resulta numa matriz 4\u00d74 que requer a determina\u00e7\u00e3o de dezasseis coeficientes de influ\u00eancia. Cada coeficiente \u00e9 uma grandeza complexa, possuindo tanto uma magnitude como um <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/phase\/\">fase<\/a> \u00e2ngulo, uma vez que a resposta do rotor ocorre com um certo atraso em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 for\u00e7a aplicada.<\/p>\n<h3>Resolver o Sistema<\/h3>\n<p>Assim que todos os coeficientes forem conhecidos, o software de equil\u00edbrio resolve um sistema de M equa\u00e7\u00f5es vetoriais simult\u00e2neas para determinar os N pesos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o (W<sub>1<\/sub>, W<sub>2<\/sub>, ...
