determinada <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/natural-frequency\/\">frequ\u00eancia natural<\/a>. Mesmo quando o resto do eixo se curva e se desloca durante o seu movimento, o ponto nodal permanece fixo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o neutra do eixo. Os pontos nodais s\u00e3o caracter\u00edsticas fundamentais de <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/mode-shape\/\">formas modais<\/a>, e saber onde se situam \u00e9 decisivo para <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/rotor-dynamics\/\">din\u00e2mica do rotor<\/a> an\u00e1lise, para <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/equilibrio-2\/\">equilibragem<\/a> estrat\u00e9gia e para decidir onde instalar os sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Se os avaliarmos mal, o trabalho de equil\u00edbrio falha ou o sistema de monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o deixa de detetar a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o real; se os compreendermos, ambos se tornam simples.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Pontos nodais em diferentes modos de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Cada modo de um eixo tem o seu pr\u00f3prio padr\u00e3o de n\u00f3s e antin\u00f3s, que se torna mais complexo \u00e0 medida que o n\u00famero do modo aumenta.<\/p>\n<h3>Primeiro Modo de Flex\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>O primeiro modo de flex\u00e3o (fundamental) normalmente apresenta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>nenhum n\u00f3 interno<\/strong> \u2014 sem ponto de desvio nulo ao longo do v\u00e3o do eixo;<\/li>\n<li><strong>posi\u00e7\u00f5es dos rolamentos como n\u00f3s aproximados<\/strong> \u2014 numa estrutura com apoios simples, os rolamentos funcionam como pontos pr\u00f3ximos dos n\u00f3s;<\/li>\n<li><strong>deflex\u00e3o m\u00e1xima<\/strong> perto do ponto m\u00e9dio entre os apoios; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma forma simples de arco<\/strong> \u2014 o eixo curva-se numa \u00fanica curva suave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Segundo Modo de Flex\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>O segundo modo apresenta um padr\u00e3o mais complexo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>um n\u00f3 interno<\/strong> \u2014 um \u00fanico ponto, geralmente pr\u00f3ximo do ponto m\u00e9dio da extens\u00e3o, onde a deflex\u00e3o \u00e9 nula;<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma forma em curva de S<\/strong> \u2014 o eixo curva-se em dire\u00e7\u00f5es opostas de cada lado do n\u00f3;<\/li>\n<li><strong>dois antin\u00f3s<\/strong> \u2014 deflex\u00e3o m\u00e1xima em cada lado do n\u00f3; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>uma frequ\u00eancia mais elevada<\/strong> \u2014 a sua frequ\u00eancia natural \u00e9 bastante superior \u00e0 do primeiro modo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Terceiro Modo e Superior<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>terceiro modo:<\/strong> dois pontos nodais internos e tr\u00eas antin\u00f3s;<\/li>\n<li><strong>quarto modo:<\/strong> tr\u00eas n\u00f3s e quatro antinodos;<\/li>\n<li><strong>regra geral:<\/strong> o modo N tem (N \u2212 1) pontos nodais internos; e<\/li>\n<li><strong>complexidade crescente:<\/strong> Os modos superiores apresentam padr\u00f5es de ondas cada vez mais complexos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Significado f\u00edsico dos pontos nodais<\/h2>\n<h3>Deforma\u00e7\u00e3o nula \u2014 mas tens\u00e3o m\u00e1xima<\/h3>\n<p>Num ponto nodal, durante a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 frequ\u00eancia natural desse modo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>o deslocamento lateral \u00e9 nulo e o veio passa pelo seu eixo neutro;<\/li>\n<li>no entanto, a tens\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o atinge normalmente o seu valor m\u00e1ximo, uma vez que a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da curva de deflex\u00e3o \u00e9 mais acentuada nesse ponto; e<\/li>\n<li>as for\u00e7as de corte tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o maiores no n\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta combina\u00e7\u00e3o contraintuitiva \u2014 menos movimento, mais tens\u00e3o \u2014 \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual um n\u00f3 pode ser um excelente ponto de apoio, mas um local inadequado para avaliar o estado do rotor apenas com base no movimento.<\/p>\n<h3>Sensibilidade Zero<\/h3>\n<p>Uma for\u00e7a ou massa aplicada num ponto nodal tem um efeito m\u00ednimo nesse modo espec\u00edfico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acrescentando <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/pt\/glossary\/correction-weight\/\">pesos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> num n\u00f3 pouco contribui para equilibrar esse modo;<\/li>\n<li>os sensores colocados num n\u00f3 detetam vibra\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas para esse modo; e<\/li>\n<li>Um apoio ou restri\u00e7\u00e3o num n\u00f3 altera apenas ligeiramente a frequ\u00eancia natural do modo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3.
