Tipos de veios de transmiss\u00e3o<\/h2> <p>Uma transmiss\u00e3o por junta universal (veio de transmiss\u00e3o) \u00e9 um mecanismo que transmite o bin\u00e1rio entre veios que se intersectam no centro da junta universal e que podem mover-se em rela\u00e7\u00e3o um ao outro num \u00e2ngulo. Num ve\u00edculo, a \u00e1rvore de transmiss\u00e3o transmite o bin\u00e1rio da caixa de velocidades (ou caixa de transfer\u00eancia) para os eixos motrizes, no caso de uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00e1ssica ou de tra\u00e7\u00e3o integral. Nos ve\u00edculos com tra\u00e7\u00e3o integral, a junta universal liga normalmente o veio motor da caixa de velocidades ao veio motor da caixa de transfer\u00eancia e os veios motores da caixa de transfer\u00eancia aos veios motores das transmiss\u00f5es principais dos eixos motores.<\/p> <p>As unidades montadas no chassi (como a caixa de c\u00e2mbio e a caixa de transfer\u00eancia) podem se mover em rela\u00e7\u00e3o umas \u00e0s outras devido \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o de seus suportes e do pr\u00f3prio chassi. J\u00e1 os eixos de tra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o fixados ao chassi por meio da suspens\u00e3o e podem se mover em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao chassi e \u00e0s unidades montadas nele devido \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos el\u00e1sticos da suspens\u00e3o. Esse movimento pode alterar n\u00e3o apenas os \u00e2ngulos dos eixos de transmiss\u00e3o que conectam as unidades, mas tamb\u00e9m a dist\u00e2ncia entre elas.<\/p> <p>A transmiss\u00e3o por junta universal tem uma desvantagem significativa: a rota\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o uniforme dos veios. Se um veio roda uniformemente, o outro n\u00e3o roda, e esta n\u00e3o uniformidade aumenta com o \u00e2ngulo entre os veios. Esta limita\u00e7\u00e3o impede a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma junta universal de acionamento em muitas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, como na transmiss\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos com tra\u00e7\u00e3o dianteira, em que a quest\u00e3o principal \u00e9 a transmiss\u00e3o do bin\u00e1rio \u00e0s rodas motrizes. Elas s\u00e3o normalmente instaladas na transmiss\u00e3o das rodas controladas principais, onde o \u00e2ngulo entre os eixos pode chegar a 45\u00b0, e o centro da junta universal deve coincidir com o ponto de intersec\u00e7\u00e3o dos eixos de rota\u00e7\u00e3o da roda e seu eixo de giro.<\/p> <p>As juntas universais el\u00e1sticas transmitem torque entre eixos com eixos que se cruzam em um \u00e2ngulo de 2 a 3\u00b0 devido \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e1stica dos elementos de conex\u00e3o. Uma junta homocin\u00e9tica r\u00edgida n\u00e3o uniforme transmite torque de um eixo para outro por meio da conex\u00e3o m\u00f3vel de pe\u00e7as r\u00edgidas. Ela consiste em dois garfos \u2013 3 e 5, nos furos cil\u00edndricos dos quais as extremidades A, B, V e G do elemento de conex\u00e3o \u2013 a cruzeta 4, s\u00e3o instaladas em mancais. Os garfos s\u00e3o rigidamente conectados aos eixos 1 e 2. O garfo 5 pode girar em torno do eixo BG da cruzeta e, ao mesmo tempo, juntamente com a cruzeta, girar em torno do eixo AV, permitindo assim a transmiss\u00e3o de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de um eixo para outro com um \u00e2ngulo vari\u00e1vel entre eles.<\/p> <p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/kardan2.jpg\" alt=\"Diagrama de uma junta universal de velocidade n\u00e3o uniforme r\u00edgida\" width=\"253\" height=\"240\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4291\" \/><\/p> <h3>Figura 2. Diagrama de uma junta universal r\u00edgida de velocidade n\u00e3o uniforme<\/h3> <p>Se o veio 7 rodar em torno do seu eixo num \u00e2ngulo \u03b1, ent\u00e3o o veio 2 rodar\u00e1 num \u00e2ngulo \u03b2 durante o mesmo per\u00edodo. A rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre os \u00e2ngulos de rota\u00e7\u00e3o dos veios 7 e 2 \u00e9 determinada pela express\u00e3o <strong>tan\u03b1 = tan\u03b2 * cos\u03b3<\/strong>, onde \u03b3 \u00e9 o \u00e2ngulo em que os eixos dos eixos est\u00e3o posicionados. Esta express\u00e3o indica que o \u00e2ngulo \u03b2 \u00e0s vezes \u00e9 menor, igual ou maior que o \u00e2ngulo \u03b1. A igualdade desses \u00e2ngulos ocorre a cada 90\u00b0 de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo 7. Portanto, com rota\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme do eixo 1, a velocidade angular do eixo 2 \u00e9 n\u00e3o uniforme e varia de acordo com uma lei senoidal. A n\u00e3o uniformidade da rota\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo 2 torna-se mais significativa \u00e0 medida que o \u00e2ngulo \u03b3 entre os eixos do eixo aumenta.<\/p> <p>Se a rota\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o uniforme do eixo 2 for transmitida aos eixos das unidades, ocorrer\u00e3o cargas pulsantes adicionais na transmiss\u00e3o, aumentando com o \u00e2ngulo \u03b3. Para evitar que a rota\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o uniforme do eixo 2 seja transmitida aos eixos das unidades, s\u00e3o utilizadas duas juntas universais no acionamento por junta universal. S\u00e3o instaladas de modo a que os \u00e2ngulos \u03b31 e \u03b32 sejam iguais; as forquilhas das juntas universais, fixadas no veio 4 de rota\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o uniforme, devem ser posicionadas no mesmo plano.<\/p> <p>O projeto das principais pe\u00e7as dos acionamentos por junta universal \u00e9 mostrado na Figura 3. Uma junta universal de velocidade n\u00e3o uniforme consiste em dois garfos (1) conectados por uma cruzeta (3). Um dos garfos \u00e0s vezes possui um flange, enquanto o outro \u00e9 soldado ao tubo do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o ou possui uma extremidade estriada (6) (ou luva) para conex\u00e3o ao eixo de transmiss\u00e3o. Os munh\u00f5es da cruzeta s\u00e3o instalados nos olhais de ambos os garfos em rolamentos de agulha (7). Cada rolamento \u00e9 alojado em uma caixa (2) e mantido no olhal do garfo com uma tampa, que \u00e9 fixada ao garfo com dois parafusos travados por abas na arruela. Em alguns casos, os rolamentos s\u00e3o fixados nos garfos com an\u00e9is de reten\u00e7\u00e3o. Para reter a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o no rolamento e proteg\u00ea-lo de \u00e1gua e sujeira, h\u00e1 uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o de borracha autoapert\u00e1vel. A cavidade interna da cruzeta \u00e9 preenchida com graxa por meio de uma graxeira, que chega aos rolamentos. A cruzeta normalmente possui uma v\u00e1lvula de seguran\u00e7a para proteger a veda\u00e7\u00e3o contra danos causados pela press\u00e3o da graxa bombeada para dentro da cruzeta. Pormenores de uma junta universal r\u00edgida de velocidade n\u00e3o uniforme<\/h3> <p>O \u00e2ngulo m\u00e1ximo entre os eixos de eixos conectados por juntas universais r\u00edgidas de velocidade n\u00e3o uniforme geralmente n\u00e3o excede 20\u00b0, visto que a efici\u00eancia diminui significativamente em \u00e2ngulos maiores. Se o \u00e2ngulo entre os eixos do eixo variar entre 0...2%, os munh\u00f5es da cruzeta s\u00e3o deformados pelos rolamentos de agulha, causando a falha r\u00e1pida da junta universal.<\/p> <p>Nas transmiss\u00f5es de ve\u00edculos de esteira de alta velocidade, s\u00e3o frequentemente utilizadas juntas universais com acoplamentos de engrenagem, que permitem a transmiss\u00e3o de torque entre eixos com eixos que se cruzam em \u00e2ngulos de at\u00e9 1,5...2\u00b0.<\/p> <p>As \u00e1rvores de transmiss\u00e3o s\u00e3o normalmente tubulares, utilizando tubos de a\u00e7o especial sem costura ou soldados. As jugos das juntas universais, os casquilhos estriados ou as pontas s\u00e3o soldados aos tubos. Para reduzir as cargas transversais que actuam sobre a \u00e1rvore de transmiss\u00e3o, o equil\u00edbrio din\u00e2mico \u00e9 realizado com as juntas universais montadas. O desequil\u00edbrio \u00e9 corrigido atrav\u00e9s da soldadura de placas de equil\u00edbrio \u00e0 \u00e1rvore de transmiss\u00e3o ou, por vezes, atrav\u00e9s da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de placas de equil\u00edbrio sob as tampas de apoio das juntas universais. A posi\u00e7\u00e3o relativa das pe\u00e7as de liga\u00e7\u00e3o estriadas ap\u00f3s a montagem e a equilibragem do acionamento por cardan na f\u00e1brica \u00e9 normalmente marcada com etiquetas especiais.<\/p> <p>A liga\u00e7\u00e3o de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do acionamento da junta universal \u00e9 normalmente feita sob a forma de uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o estriada, permitindo o movimento axial das pe\u00e7as do acionamento da junta universal. \u00c9 constitu\u00edda por uma ponta estriada que se encaixa na manga estriada do acionamento por junta universal. A lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 introduzida na liga\u00e7\u00e3o estriada atrav\u00e9s de um encaixe para massa lubrificante ou aplicada durante a montagem e substitu\u00edda ap\u00f3s uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o prolongada do ve\u00edculo. Normalmente, s\u00e3o instalados um vedante e uma tampa para evitar fugas de massa lubrificante e contamina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p> <p>Para veios de transmiss\u00e3o longos, s\u00e3o normalmente utilizados suportes interm\u00e9dios nas transmiss\u00f5es por juntas universais. Um suporte interm\u00e9dio consiste normalmente num suporte aparafusado \u00e0 barra transversal da estrutura do ve\u00edculo, no qual \u00e9 montado um rolamento de esferas num anel el\u00e1stico de borracha. O rolamento \u00e9 selado em ambos os lados com tampas e tem um dispositivo de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O anel el\u00e1stico de borracha ajuda a compensar as imprecis\u00f5es de montagem e o desalinhamento do rolamento que podem ocorrer devido a deforma\u00e7\u00f5es da estrutura.<\/p> <p>Uma junta universal com rolamentos de agulhas (Figura 4a) \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por jugos, uma cruz, rolamentos de agulhas e vedantes. Os copos com rolamentos de agulhas s\u00e3o montados nos munh\u00f5es da cruz e selados com vedantes. Os copos s\u00e3o fixados nas jugos com an\u00e9is de press\u00e3o ou tampas fixadas com parafusos. A lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o das juntas universais \u00e9 efectuada atrav\u00e9s de uma graxeira, atrav\u00e9s de furos internos na cruz. Uma v\u00e1lvula de seguran\u00e7a \u00e9 utilizada para eliminar o excesso de press\u00e3o de \u00f3leo na junta. Durante a rota\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme da forquilha de acionamento, a forquilha accionada roda de forma n\u00e3o uniforme: avan\u00e7a e atrasa-se em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 forquilha de acionamento duas vezes por rota\u00e7\u00e3o. Para eliminar a rota\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o uniforme e reduzir as cargas de in\u00e9rcia, s\u00e3o utilizadas duas juntas universais.<\/p> <p>No acionamento das rodas motrizes dianteiras, est\u00e3o instaladas juntas universais de velocidade constante. A transmiss\u00e3o por junta de velocidade constante dos ve\u00edculos GAZ-66 e ZIL-131 \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por jugos 2 e 5 (figura 4b), quatro esferas 7 e uma esfera central 8. A forquilha de acionamento 2 est\u00e1 integrada no veio do eixo interior, enquanto a forquilha de acionamento \u00e9 forjada juntamente com o veio do eixo exterior, na extremidade do qual est\u00e1 fixado o cubo da roda. O momento motor da forquilha 2 para a forquilha 5 \u00e9 transmitido atrav\u00e9s de esferas 7, que se deslocam ao longo de ranhuras circulares nas forquilhas. A esfera central 8 serve para centrar os garfos e \u00e9 mantida no lugar por pinos 3, 4. A frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o das forquilhas 2 e 5 \u00e9 a mesma devido \u00e0 simetria do mecanismo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s forquilhas. Avarias no acionamento da junta universal<\/h2> <p>As avarias na transmiss\u00e3o por junta universal manifestam-se normalmente como pancadas fortes nas juntas universais que ocorrem quando o ve\u00edculo est\u00e1 em movimento, especialmente durante as mudan\u00e7as de velocidade e aumentos s\u00fabitos da velocidade da cambota do motor (por exemplo, quando se passa da travagem do motor para a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o). Um sinal de mau funcionamento da junta universal pode ser o seu aquecimento a uma temperatura elevada (superior a 100\u00b0C). Isto acontece devido ao desgaste significativo dos casquilhos e munh\u00f5es da junta universal, dos rolamentos de agulhas, das cruzetas e das liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas, resultando no desalinhamento da junta universal e em cargas axiais de impacto significativas nos rolamentos de agulhas. A danifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos vedantes de corti\u00e7a da cruz da junta universal conduz a um desgaste r\u00e1pido do munh\u00e3o e do seu rolamento.<\/p> <p>Durante a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, a transmiss\u00e3o por junta universal \u00e9 verificada atrav\u00e9s de uma rota\u00e7\u00e3o manual brusca do veio de transmiss\u00e3o em ambas as direc\u00e7\u00f5es. O grau de rota\u00e7\u00e3o livre do eixo determina o desgaste das juntas universais e das liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas. A cada 8-10 mil quil\u00f3metros, \u00e9 verificado o estado das liga\u00e7\u00f5es aparafusadas das flanges do veio de transmiss\u00e3o da caixa de velocidades e do veio de transmiss\u00e3o da caixa de velocidades principal com as flanges das juntas universais finais e a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do suporte interm\u00e9dio do veio de transmiss\u00e3o. Verifica-se tamb\u00e9m o estado das botas de borracha das liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas e das juntas de corti\u00e7a da cruz da junta universal. Todos os parafusos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o devem ser totalmente apertados (bin\u00e1rio de aperto de 8-10 kgf-m).<\/p> <p>As chumaceiras de agulhas das juntas universais s\u00e3o lubrificadas com \u00f3leo l\u00edquido utilizado nas unidades de transmiss\u00e3o; as liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas na maioria dos ve\u00edculos s\u00e3o lubrificadas com massas (US-1, US-2, 1-13, etc.); a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de massa lubrificante para lubrificar as chumaceiras de agulhas \u00e9 estritamente proibida. Em alguns ve\u00edculos, as liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas s\u00e3o lubrificadas com \u00f3leo de transmiss\u00e3o. A chumaceira de apoio interm\u00e9dia, montada numa manga de borracha, praticamente n\u00e3o necessita de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que \u00e9 lubrificada durante a montagem na f\u00e1brica. Para garantir uma prote\u00e7\u00e3o fi\u00e1vel contra a sujidade e uma boa lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o da uni\u00e3o estriada, a arcada deslizante (6), ligada ao veio secund\u00e1rio (2) da caixa de velocidades, \u00e9 colocada numa extens\u00e3o (1) fixada \u00e0 caixa da caixa de velocidades. Al\u00e9m disso, esta localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da liga\u00e7\u00e3o estriada (fora da zona entre as juntas) aumenta significativamente a rigidez da transmiss\u00e3o por junta universal e reduz a probabilidade de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es do veio quando a liga\u00e7\u00e3o estriada deslizante se desgasta.<\/p> <p>O eixo cardan \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por um tubo de parede fina, soldado eletricamente (8), no qual duas culatras id\u00eanticas (9) s\u00e3o encaixadas por press\u00e3o em cada extremidade e, em seguida, soldadas por soldagem a arco. Os alojamentos dos rolamentos de agulha (18) da cruzeta (25) s\u00e3o encaixados por press\u00e3o nos olhais das culatras (9) e fixados com an\u00e9is de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de mola (20). Cada rolamento de junta universal cont\u00e9m 22 agulhas (21). Tampas estampadas (24) s\u00e3o encaixadas por press\u00e3o nos munh\u00f5es salientes das cruzetas, nos quais s\u00e3o instalados an\u00e9is de corti\u00e7a (23). Os rolamentos s\u00e3o lubrificados por meio de uma graxeira angular (17) aparafusada em um furo roscado no centro da cruzeta, conectado a canais passantes nos munh\u00f5es da cruzeta. No lado oposto da cruzeta da junta universal, uma v\u00e1lvula de seguran\u00e7a (16) est\u00e1 localizada em seu centro, projetada para liberar o excesso de graxa durante o enchimento da cruzeta e dos mancais, e para evitar o ac\u00famulo de press\u00e3o dentro da cruzeta durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o (a v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 ativada a uma press\u00e3o de cerca de 3,5 kg\/cm\u00b2). Portanto, ao desmontar o eixo, todas as suas pe\u00e7as devem ser cuidadosamente marcadas para que possam ser remontadas em suas posi\u00e7\u00f5es originais. O n\u00e3o cumprimento desta instru\u00e7\u00e3o interrompe o balanceamento do eixo, causando vibra\u00e7\u00f5es que podem danificar a transmiss\u00e3o e a carroceria do ve\u00edculo. Se houver desgaste nas cruzetas e nos rolamentos, substituir os rolamentos e as cruzetas e equilibrar dinamicamente o veio montado<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table> <h2 id=\"driveshaft-balancing\">3. Equilibragem de veios de transmiss\u00e3o<\/h2> <p>Depois de reparar e montar o veio de transmiss\u00e3o, este \u00e9 equilibrado dinamicamente numa m\u00e1quina. A Figura 7 apresenta um modelo de m\u00e1quina de equilibragem. A m\u00e1quina \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por um prato (18), uma estrutura pendular (8) montada em quatro hastes el\u00e1sticas verticais (3), assegurando a sua oscila\u00e7\u00e3o no plano horizontal. Um suporte e um cabe\u00e7ote dianteiro (9), fixados num suporte (4), est\u00e3o montados nos tubos longitudinais da estrutura pendular (8). O cabe\u00e7ote traseiro (6) est\u00e1 sobre uma travessa m\u00f3vel (5), permitindo o equil\u00edbrio din\u00e2mico de veios de transmiss\u00e3o de diferentes comprimentos. Os fusos do cabe\u00e7ote est\u00e3o montados em rolamentos de esferas de precis\u00e3o. O fuso do cabe\u00e7ote dianteiro (9) \u00e9 acionado por um motor el\u00e9trico instalado na base da m\u00e1quina, atrav\u00e9s de uma correia trapezoidal e de um veio interm\u00e9dio, no qual est\u00e1 montado um membro (10) (disco graduado). Para evitar as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es de resson\u00e2ncia da estrutura, s\u00e3o instalados amortecedores (2) cheios de \u00f3leo sob os suportes (4).<\/p> <p>Durante o balanceamento din\u00e2mico, o conjunto do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o com o garfo deslizante \u00e9 instalado e fixado na m\u00e1quina. Uma extremidade do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o \u00e9 conectada por um garfo flangeado ao flange do cabe\u00e7ote dianteiro, e a outra extremidade, pelo pesco\u00e7o de suporte do garfo deslizante, \u00e0 luva estriada do cabe\u00e7ote traseiro. Em seguida, a facilidade de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o \u00e9 verificada e uma extremidade da estrutura pendular da m\u00e1quina \u00e9 fixada com o fixador. Ap\u00f3s a partida da m\u00e1quina, o membro do retificador \u00e9 girado no sentido anti-hor\u00e1rio, levando a agulha do milivolt\u00edmetro \u00e0 sua leitura m\u00e1xima. A leitura do milivolt\u00edmetro corresponde \u00e0 magnitude do desequil\u00edbrio. A escala do milivolt\u00edmetro \u00e9 graduada em gramas-cent\u00edmetros ou gramas de contrapeso. Continuando a girar o membro do retificador no sentido anti-hor\u00e1rio, a leitura do milivolt\u00edmetro \u00e9 zerada e a m\u00e1quina \u00e9 parada. Com base na leitura do membro do retificador, o deslocamento angular (\u00e2ngulo de deslocamento do desequil\u00edbrio) \u00e9 determinado e, girando manualmente o eixo de transmiss\u00e3o, esse valor \u00e9 definido no membro do eixo intermedi\u00e1rio. O ponto de soldagem da placa de balanceamento ser\u00e1 na parte superior do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o, e a parte ponderada na parte inferior, no plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o. Em seguida, a placa de balanceamento \u00e9 fixada e amarrada com um fio fino a uma dist\u00e2ncia de 10 mm da solda. A m\u00e1quina \u00e9 ligada e o balanceamento da extremidade do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o com a placa \u00e9 verificado. O desbalanceamento n\u00e3o deve ser superior a 70 g\/cm. Em seguida, liberando uma extremidade e prendendo a outra extremidade da estrutura do p\u00eandulo com o suporte de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o, o balanceamento din\u00e2mico da outra extremidade do eixo de transmiss\u00e3o \u00e9 realizado de acordo com a sequ\u00eancia tecnol\u00f3gica descrita acima.<\/p> <p>Os veios de transmiss\u00e3o t\u00eam algumas caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas de equilibragem. Para a maioria das pe\u00e7as, a base da equilibragem din\u00e2mica s\u00e3o os colos de apoio (por exemplo, rotores de motores el\u00e9tricos, turbinas, fusos, cambotas, etc.), mas nos veios de transmiss\u00e3o s\u00e3o as flanges. Durante a montagem, existem folgas inevit\u00e1veis em diferentes liga\u00e7\u00f5es que conduzem ao desequil\u00edbrio. Se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel obter o desequil\u00edbrio m\u00ednimo durante a equilibragem, o veio \u00e9 rejeitado. A precis\u00e3o da equilibragem \u00e9 influenciada pelos seguintes fatores:<\/p> <ul> <li>Folga na liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a correia de aterragem da flange do veio de transmiss\u00e3o e o orif\u00edcio interior da flange de aperto dos apoios de cabe\u00e7a esquerdo e direito;<\/li> <li>Desloca\u00e7\u00e3o radial e final das superf\u00edcies de base da flange;<\/li> <li>Folgas nas conex\u00f5es articuladas e estriadas. A presen\u00e7a de graxa na cavidade da conex\u00e3o estriada pode levar a um desequil\u00edbrio &quot;flutuante&quot;. Se isso impedir a obten\u00e7\u00e3o da precis\u00e3o de balanceamento necess\u00e1ria, o eixo cardan ser\u00e1 balanceado sem graxa.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Alguns desequil\u00edbrios podem ser completamente imposs\u00edveis de corrigir. Se se observar um aumento do atrito nas juntas universais do veio de transmiss\u00e3o, a influ\u00eancia m\u00fatua dos planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta. Isto conduz a uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho e da precis\u00e3o da equilibragem.<\/p> <p>De acordo com OST 37.001.053-74, os seguintes padr\u00f5es de desequil\u00edbrio s\u00e3o estabelecidos: eixos de transmiss\u00e3o com duas juntas (dois suportes) s\u00e3o balanceados dinamicamente e com tr\u00eas (tr\u00eas suportes) - montados com o suporte intermedi\u00e1rio; os flanges (garfos) de eixos de transmiss\u00e3o e acoplamentos com peso superior a 5 kg s\u00e3o balanceados estaticamente antes da montagem do eixo ou acoplamento; as normas de desequil\u00edbrio residual para eixos de transmiss\u00e3o em cada extremidade ou no suporte intermedi\u00e1rio de eixos de transmiss\u00e3o de tr\u00eas juntas s\u00e3o avaliadas por desequil\u00edbrio espec\u00edfico;<\/p> <p>A norma m\u00e1xima permitida de desequil\u00edbrio residual espec\u00edfico em cada extremidade do eixo ou no suporte intermedi\u00e1rio, bem como para eixos card\u00e3 de tr\u00eas articula\u00e7\u00f5es em qualquer posi\u00e7\u00e3o na mesa de balanceamento, n\u00e3o deve exceder: para transmiss\u00f5es de autom\u00f3veis de passeio e caminh\u00f5es de carga leve (at\u00e9 1 t) e \u00f4nibus de pequeno porte \u2013 6 g-cm\/kg, para os demais \u2013 10 g-cm\/kg. A norma m\u00e1xima permitida de desequil\u00edbrio residual do eixo card\u00e3 ou do eixo card\u00e3 de tr\u00eas articula\u00e7\u00f5es deve ser garantida na mesa de balanceamento a uma frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente \u00e0s suas frequ\u00eancias na transmiss\u00e3o \u00e0 velocidade m\u00e1xima do ve\u00edculo.<\/p> <p>Para eixos cardan e eixos cardan de tr\u00eas articula\u00e7\u00f5es de caminh\u00f5es com capacidade de carga igual ou superior a 4 t, \u00f4nibus de pequeno e grande porte, \u00e9 permitida uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o na bancada de balanceamento para 70% da frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o dos eixos de transmiss\u00e3o na velocidade m\u00e1xima do ve\u00edculo. De acordo com a norma OST 37.001.053-74, a frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de balanceamento dos eixos cardan deve ser igual a:<\/p> <p>n<sub>b<\/sub> = (0,7 ... 1,0) n<sub>r<\/sub>,<\/p> <p>em que n<sub>b<\/sub> \u2013 frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do balanceamento (deve corresponder aos principais dados t\u00e9cnicos do suporte, n=3000 min<sup>-1<\/sup>; n<sub>r<\/sub> \u2013 frequ\u00eancia m\u00e1xima de rota\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho, m\u00edn.<sup>-1<\/sup>.<\/p> <p>Na pr\u00e1tica, devido \u00e0 folga nas juntas e nas liga\u00e7\u00f5es estriadas, o eixo de transmiss\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode ser equilibrado na frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o recomendada. Neste caso, \u00e9 escolhida uma outra frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o, na qual \u00e9 efectuado o equil\u00edbrio.<\/p> <h2 id=\"modern-balancing-machines\">4. Procedimento de equilibragem do veio de transmiss\u00e3o<\/h2> <p>O processo de equilibragem de veios de transmiss\u00e3o na m\u00e1quina de equilibragem ser\u00e1 analisado utilizando o sistema de medi\u00e7\u00e3o Balanset-4 como exemplo. O Balanset-4 \u00e9 um kit port\u00e1til de equilibragem concebido para equilibrar rotores em 1, 2, 3 e 4 planos de corre\u00e7\u00e3o, quer rodem nos seus pr\u00f3prios apoios, quer estejam montados numa m\u00e1quina de equilibragem. O dispositivo inclui at\u00e9 quatro sensores de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, um sensor de \u00e2ngulo de fase, uma unidade de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro canais e um computador port\u00e1til.<\/p> <p>Todo o processo de equilibragem, incluindo a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, processamento e visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a magnitude e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pesos correctivos, \u00e9 executado automaticamente e n\u00e3o requer que o utilizador tenha compet\u00eancias e conhecimentos adicionais para al\u00e9m das instru\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas. Os resultados de todas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de equilibragem s\u00e3o guardados no arquivo de equilibragem e podem ser impressos como relat\u00f3rios, se necess\u00e1rio.
