Desta vez, a minha tarefa era diferente, mas igualmente cr\u00edtica: resolver os problemas de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o de exaust\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A f\u00e1brica de calc\u00e1rio, com as suas condi\u00e7\u00f5es duras e poeirentas, imp\u00f5e grandes exig\u00eancias ao equipamento, tornando a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o regular uma necessidade. No que diz respeito \u00e0 ventila\u00e7\u00e3o de exaust\u00e3o, qualquer desequil\u00edbrio pode levar a uma s\u00e9rie de problemas, como o aumento do consumo de energia, o stress mec\u00e2nico e o desgaste prematuro.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta miss\u00e3o, o Balanset-1A foi novamente o meu instrumento de elei\u00e7\u00e3o, dada a sua efic\u00e1cia na an\u00e1lise exacta das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es e na equilibragem do rotor. Eis como procedi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Medi\u00e7\u00e3o da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o inicial<\/strong>: O primeiro passo consistiu em registar os n\u00edveis de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o existentes no sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o por exaust\u00e3o. N\u00edveis de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o elevados indicam frequentemente desequil\u00edbrios que podem levar a um funcionamento ineficiente ou mesmo \u00e0 falha do equipamento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de pesos de teste<\/strong>: Com base nas leituras iniciais, coloquei pesos de teste em pontos espec\u00edficos das p\u00e1s do exaustor. Isto permitiu que o Balanset-1A captasse quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es nas vibra\u00e7\u00f5es, que foram depois utilizadas para calcular as ac\u00e7\u00f5es correctivas necess\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medidas de corre\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: Munido de dados precisos, regulei os pesos de equil\u00edbrio das p\u00e1s do exaustor. Esta etapa foi crucial para otimizar o desempenho do ventilador e reduzir os n\u00edveis de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados<\/strong>: Ap\u00f3s os ajustes, uma nova ronda de medi\u00e7\u00f5es de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o confirmou o sucesso da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio. Os n\u00edveis de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o foram significativamente reduzidos, garantindo um funcionamento mais eficiente e seguro do sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o por exaust\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Os operadores da f\u00e1brica ficaram satisfeitos com a melhoria imediata do desempenho do sistema, fazendo eco do sucesso que tivemos com a equilibragem do rotor do separador durante a minha visita anterior.
