De data aceasta, sarcina mea era diferit\u0103, dar la fel de important\u0103: rezolvarea problemelor de vibra\u021bii ale sistemului de ventila\u021bie de evacuare.<\/p>\n<p>Instala\u021bia de prelucrare a calcarului, cu condi\u021biile sale dure \u0219i pr\u0103fuite, solicit\u0103 foarte mult echipamentele, ceea ce face ca \u00eentre\u021binerea regulat\u0103 s\u0103 fie o necesitate. C\u00e2nd vine vorba de ventila\u021bia de evacuare, orice dezechilibru poate duce la o multitudine de probleme, cum ar fi cre\u0219terea consumului de energie, stresul mecanic \u0219i uzura prematur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru aceast\u0103 misiune, Balanset-1A a fost din nou instrumentul meu preferat, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere eficacitatea sa \u00een furnizarea de analize precise ale vibra\u021biilor \u0219i de echilibrare a rotorului. Iat\u0103 cum am procedat:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>M\u0103surarea ini\u021bial\u0103 a vibra\u021biilor<\/strong>: Prima etap\u0103 a constat \u00een \u00eenregistrarea nivelurilor de vibra\u021bii existente ale sistemului de ventila\u021bie prin evacuare. Nivelurile ridicate de vibra\u021bii indic\u0103 adesea dezechilibre care ar putea duce la o func\u021bionare ineficient\u0103 sau chiar la defectarea echipamentului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plasarea greut\u0103\u021bilor de testare<\/strong>: Pe baza citirilor ini\u021biale, am ata\u0219at greut\u0103\u021bi de testare la anumite puncte specifice de pe paletele ventilatorului de evacuare. Acest lucru a permis Balanset-1A s\u0103 capteze orice modific\u0103ri ale vibra\u021biilor, care au fost apoi folosite pentru a calcula ac\u021biunile corective necesare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u0103suri corective<\/strong>: \u00cenarmat cu date precise, am reglat greut\u0103\u021bile de echilibrare de pe paletele ventilatorului de evacuare. Acest pas a fost crucial pentru optimizarea performan\u021belor ventilatorului \u0219i pentru reducerea nivelului de vibra\u021bii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verificarea rezultatelor<\/strong>: Dup\u0103 ajust\u0103ri, o alt\u0103 rund\u0103 de m\u0103sur\u0103tori de vibra\u021bii a confirmat succesul opera\u021biunii de echilibrare. Nivelurile de vibra\u021bii au fost reduse semnificativ, asigur\u00e2nd o func\u021bionare mai eficient\u0103 \u0219i mai sigur\u0103 a sistemului de ventila\u021bie prin evacuare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Operatorii uzinei au fost mul\u021bumi\u021bi de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea imediat\u0103 a performan\u021belor sistemului, ca un ecou al succesului pe care l-am avut cu echilibrarea rotorului separatorului \u00een timpul vizitei mele anterioare.
