Jedn\u00fdm z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch ukazovate\u013eov v\u00fdkonnosti t\u00fdchto chladi\u010dov je ich \u00farove\u0148 vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed a hluku, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu priamo ovplyvni\u0165 kvalitu a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 elektronick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa nain\u0161talovan\u00e9. Ni\u017e\u0161ie \u00farovne vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed a hluku s\u00fa obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre zdravotn\u00edcke zariadenia, kde aj najmen\u0161ia nerovnov\u00e1ha m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky.<\/p>\n<h2>Preh\u013ead projektu<\/h2>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno sme dostali objedn\u00e1vku od v\u00fdrobcu zdravotn\u00edckeho zariadenia na vyv\u00e1\u017eenie d\u00e1vky 100 chladi\u010dov. Vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee chladi\u010de sa nakoniec stan\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou zdravotn\u00edckych zariaden\u00ed, i\u0161lo o vysoko rizikov\u00fa \u00falohu. Cie\u013e bol jednoduch\u00fd, ale n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd: minimalizova\u0165 \u00farove\u0148 vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed na \u010do najni\u017e\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<h2>Vyva\u017eovac\u00ed stojan<\/h2>\n<p>Na dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013ea sme za\u010dali kon\u0161trukciou \u0161pecializovan\u00e9ho vyva\u017eovacieho stojana. Stojan pozost\u00e1val z \u013eahkej plo\u0161iny zavesenej na pevn\u00fdch oce\u013eov\u00fdch strun\u00e1ch. Kon\u0161trukcia zabezpe\u010dila, aby plo\u0161ina zostala stabiln\u00e1 a minimalizovala ak\u00e9ko\u013evek vonkaj\u0161ie faktory, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ovplyvni\u0165 proces vyva\u017eovania.<\/p>\n<h2>Proces vyva\u017eovania<\/h2>\n<p>Ke\u010f bol stojan pripraven\u00fd, prist\u00fapili sme k samotn\u00e9mu vyva\u017eovaniu. Ako korek\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eie sme pou\u017eili epoxidov\u00fa r\u00fdchlo tvrdn\u00facu zmes. T\u00fato zmes sme opatrne nan\u00e1\u0161ali na lopatky chladi\u010dov, aby sme vyrovnali pr\u00edpadn\u00fa nerovnov\u00e1hu. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee hmotnos\u0165 korek\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e\u00ed bola neuverite\u013ene presn\u00e1 a nepresahovala nieko\u013eko stot\u00edn gramu. T\u00e1to \u00farove\u0148 presnosti bola nevyhnutn\u00e1 na dosiahnutie po\u017eadovanej rovnov\u00e1hy a zabezpe\u010denie spo\u013eahlivosti zdravotn\u00edckych zariaden\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch bud\u00fa tieto chladi\u010de nain\u0161talovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky<\/h2>\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed procesu vyva\u017eovania sme vykonali s\u00e9riu sk\u00fa\u0161ok na meranie \u00farovn\u00ed zvy\u0161kov\u00fdch vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky boli ohromuj\u00face. V priemere sa \u00farovne zvy\u0161kov\u00fdch vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed zn\u00ed\u017eili viac ne\u017e 10-n\u00e1sobne, v rozsahu od 0.01 do 0.05 mm\/s v celej d\u00e1vke chladi\u010dov. Nielen\u017ee sme splnili \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie v\u00fdrobcu, ale stanovili sme aj nov\u00fd \u0161tandard v oblasti vyva\u017eovania chladi\u010dov pre zdravotn\u00edcke zariadenia. Tento projekt sl\u00fa\u017ei ako d\u00f4kaz \u00fa\u010dinnosti presn\u00e9ho vyva\u017eovania pri zvy\u0161ovan\u00ed kvality a spo\u013eahlivosti elektronick\u00fdch komponentov.
