To plat\u00ed pre v\u0161etky symetrick\u00e9 prvky rotora, a preto je celkov\u00e1 odstrediv\u00e1 sila p\u00f4sobiaca na rotor 0 a rotor je vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Ak sa v\u0161ak symetria rotora naru\u0161\u00ed (asymetrick\u00fd prvok je na obr. 1 ozna\u010den\u00fd \u010dervenou farbou), p\u00f4sob\u00ed na rotor nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 odstrediv\u00e1 sila F3. Pri ot\u00e1\u010dan\u00ed t\u00e1to sila men\u00ed smer spolu s ot\u00e1\u010dan\u00edm rotora. Dynamick\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie vypl\u00fdvaj\u00face z tejto sily sa pren\u00e1\u0161a na lo\u017eisk\u00e1, \u010do vedie k zr\u00fdchlen\u00e9mu opotrebovaniu.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem toho pod vplyvom tejto sily s premenliv\u00fdm smerom doch\u00e1dza k cyklickej deform\u00e1cii podpier a z\u00e1kladu, na ktorom je rotor upevnen\u00fd, t. j. vznikaj\u00fa vibr\u00e1cie. Aby sa odstr\u00e1nila nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 rotora a sprievodn\u00e9 vibr\u00e1cie, musia sa nain\u0161talova\u0165 vyva\u017eovacie hmoty, ktor\u00e9 obnovia symetriu rotora.<\/p>\n<p>Vyva\u017eovanie rotora je oper\u00e1cia na korekciu nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti pridan\u00edm vyva\u017eovac\u00edch hm\u00f4t.<br \/>\u00dalohou vyva\u017eovania je n\u00e1js\u0165 ve\u013ekos\u0165 a polohu (uhol) jednej alebo viacer\u00fdch vyva\u017eovac\u00edch hm\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-rotors\">Typy rotorov a typy nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti<\/h2>\n<p>Vzh\u013eadom na pevnos\u0165 materi\u00e1lu rotora a ve\u013ekos\u0165 odstrediv\u00fdch s\u00edl, ktor\u00e9 na\u0148 p\u00f4sobia, mo\u017eno rotory rozdeli\u0165 na dva typy - tuh\u00e9 rotory a pru\u017en\u00e9 rotory.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tuh\u00e9 rotory sa pri pracovn\u00fdch re\u017eimoch p\u00f4soben\u00edm odstredivej sily deformuj\u00fa len nepatrne a vplyv tejto deform\u00e1cie na v\u00fdpo\u010dty mo\u017eno zanedba\u0165.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deform\u00e1ciu flexibiln\u00fdch rotorov u\u017e nemo\u017eno zanedb\u00e1va\u0165. Deform\u00e1cia flexibiln\u00fdch rotorov komplikuje rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mu vyva\u017eovania a vy\u017eaduje si pou\u017eitie in\u00fdch matematick\u00fdch modelov v porovnan\u00ed s probl\u00e9mom vyva\u017eovania tuh\u00fdch rotorov. Treba poznamena\u0165, \u017ee ten ist\u00fd rotor sa pri n\u00edzkych r\u00fdchlostiach m\u00f4\u017ee spr\u00e1va\u0165 ako tuh\u00fd a pri vysok\u00fdch r\u00fdchlostiach ako pru\u017en\u00fd. V nasleduj\u00facom texte budeme uva\u017eova\u0165 iba o vyva\u017eovan\u00ed tuh\u00fdch rotorov.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1vislosti od rozlo\u017eenia nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch hm\u00f4t pozd\u013a\u017e d\u013a\u017eky rotora mo\u017eno rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 dva typy nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti - statick\u00fa a dynamick\u00fa (momentov\u00fa). Pod\u013ea toho sa ozna\u010duje statick\u00e9 a dynamick\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017eenie rotora. Statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 rotora nast\u00e1va bez ot\u00e1\u010dania rotora, t. j. v statike, ke\u010f je rotor vplyvom gravit\u00e1cie oto\u010den\u00fd svoj\u00edm \"\u0165a\u017ek\u00fdm bodom\" smerom nadol. V statickej polohe, t. j. ke\u010f sa rotor neot\u00e1\u010da, p\u00f4sob\u00ed na rotor iba gravit\u00e1cia a hmotnosti sa navz\u00e1jom vyva\u017euj\u00fa. V dynamickej polohe, ke\u010f sa rotor ot\u00e1\u010da, za\u010dn\u00fa na hmotnosti M1 a M2 p\u00f4sobi\u0165 odstrediv\u00e9 sily Fc1 a Fc2. Tieto sily s\u00fa rovnakej ve\u013ekosti a opa\u010dn\u00e9ho smeru. Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u0161ak p\u00f4sobia na r\u00f4znych miestach pozd\u013a\u017e d\u013a\u017eky hriade\u013ea a nie s\u00fa na tej istej priamke, tieto sily sa navz\u00e1jom nekompenzuj\u00fa. Sily Fc1 a Fc2 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa kr\u00fatiaci moment p\u00f4sobiaci na rotor. Preto sa t\u00e1to nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 naz\u00fdva aj momentov\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165. V s\u00falade s t\u00fdm na polohy lo\u017e\u00edsk p\u00f4sobia nekompenzovan\u00e9 odstrediv\u00e9 sily, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu v\u00fdrazne prekro\u010di\u0165 vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 hodnoty a zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 \u017eivotnos\u0165 lo\u017e\u00edsk.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee k tomuto typu nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti doch\u00e1dza iba dynamicky po\u010das ot\u00e1\u010dania rotora, naz\u00fdva sa dynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165. V statick\u00fdch podmienkach ju nemo\u017eno korigova\u0165 vyva\u017eovan\u00edm \"na no\u017eoch\" alebo podobn\u00fdmi met\u00f3dami. Na odstr\u00e1nenie dynamickej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti je potrebn\u00e9 nain\u0161talova\u0165 dve kompenza\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eia, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa moment rovnakej ve\u013ekosti a opa\u010dn\u00e9ho smeru ako moment vznikaj\u00faci z hmotnost\u00ed M1 a M2. Kompenza\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eia nemusia by\u0165 nastaven\u00e9 oproti hmotnostiam M1 a M2 ani rovnakej ve\u013ekosti ako tieto hmotnosti. Hlavn\u00e9 je, aby vytv\u00e1rali moment, ktor\u00fd plne kompenzuje moment nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Vo v\u0161eobecnosti sa hmotnosti M1 a M2 nemusia rovna\u0165, tak\u017ee d\u00f4jde ku kombin\u00e1cii statickej a dynamickej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Teoreticky je dok\u00e1zan\u00e9, \u017ee pre tuh\u00fd rotor s\u00fa dve z\u00e1va\u017eia rozmiestnen\u00e9 od seba pozd\u013a\u017e d\u013a\u017eky rotora nevyhnutn\u00e9 a posta\u010duj\u00face na elimin\u00e1ciu jeho nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Tieto z\u00e1va\u017eia kompenzuj\u00fa kr\u00fatiaci moment vypl\u00fdvaj\u00faci z dynamickej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti aj odstrediv\u00fa silu vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facu z asymetrie hmoty vzh\u013eadom na os rotora (statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165). Dynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 je typicky charakteristick\u00e1 pre dlh\u00e9 rotory, ako s\u00fa hriadele, a statick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 je charakteristick\u00e1 pre \u00fazke rotory. To v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 vedie k \u201eindukovanej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti\u201c v d\u00f4sledku deform\u00e1cie \u00fazkeho rotora od odstrediv\u00fdch s\u00edl korek\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed. (Pozri napr\u00edklad \u201eMetodick\u00e9 pokyny na vyva\u017eovanie tuh\u00fdch rotorov (k norme GOST 22061-76; jej modern\u00fdm medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdm ekvivalentom je ISO 21940-11, predt\u00fdm ISO 1940-1)\u201c. SYST\u00c9M ROTOR-PODPORY.)<\/p>\n<p>Je to vidite\u013en\u00e9 pri \u00fazkych obe\u017en\u00fdch koles\u00e1ch ventil\u00e1torov, v ktor\u00fdch okrem silovej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti p\u00f4sob\u00ed aj aerodynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165. A treba si uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee aerodynamick\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165, resp. aerodynamick\u00e1 sila je priamo \u00famern\u00e1 uhlovej r\u00fdchlosti rotora a na jej kompenz\u00e1ciu sa pou\u017e\u00edva odstrediv\u00e1 sila korek\u010dnej hmoty, ktor\u00e1 je \u00famern\u00e1 \u0161tvorcu uhlovej r\u00fdchlosti. Preto sa vyva\u017eovac\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinok m\u00f4\u017ee uskuto\u010dni\u0165 len pri ur\u010ditej vyva\u017eovacej frekvencii. Pri in\u00fdch frekvenci\u00e1ch ot\u00e1\u010dania doch\u00e1dza k dodato\u010dnej chybe.<\/p>\n<p>To ist\u00e9 mo\u017eno poveda\u0165 o elektromagnetick\u00fdch sil\u00e1ch v elektromotore, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa tie\u017e \u00famern\u00e9 uhlovej r\u00fdchlosti. Vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm teda nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 v\u0161etky pr\u00ed\u010diny vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed stroja.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vibration\">Vibr\u00e1cie mechanizmov<\/h2>\n<p>Vibr\u00e1cie s\u00fa reakciou kon\u0161trukcie mechanizmu na \u00fa\u010dinky cyklickej budiacej sily. T\u00e1to sila m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 r\u00f4zny charakter.<br \/>Odstrediv\u00e1 sila vypl\u00fdvaj\u00faca z nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho rotora je nekompenzovan\u00e1 sila p\u00f4sobiaca na \"\u0165a\u017ek\u00fd bod\". Pr\u00e1ve t\u00fato silu a vibr\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00f4sobuje, je mo\u017en\u00e9 eliminova\u0165 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm rotora.<\/p>\n<p>Interak\u010dn\u00e9 sily \"geometrickej\" povahy vznikaj\u00face z v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch a mont\u00e1\u017enych ch\u00fdb spojovac\u00edch \u010dast\u00ed. Tieto sily m\u00f4\u017eu napr\u00edklad vznikn\u00fa\u0165 v d\u00f4sledku nekruhovitosti krkov hriade\u013eov, ch\u00fdb v profiloch zubov ozuben\u00fdch kolies, zvlnenia obe\u017en\u00fdch dr\u00e1\u017eok lo\u017e\u00edsk, nespr\u00e1vneho s\u00faosia spojovac\u00edch hriade\u013eov at\u010f. V pr\u00edpade nekruhovitosti \u010dapov sa os hriade\u013ea pos\u00fava v z\u00e1vislosti od uhla nato\u010denia hriade\u013ea. Hoci sa t\u00e1to vibr\u00e1cia vyskytuje aj pri ot\u00e1\u010dkach rotora, je takmer nemo\u017en\u00e9 ju eliminova\u0165 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Aerodynamick\u00e9 sily vznikaj\u00face pri ot\u00e1\u010dan\u00ed obe\u017en\u00fdch kolies ventil\u00e1torov a in\u00fdch lopatkov\u00fdch mechanizmov. Ve\u013ekos\u0165 vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed nielen od ve\u013ekosti sily p\u00f4sobiacej na mechanizmus, ale aj od tuhosti kon\u0161trukcie mechanizmu. Preto sa pri vyva\u017eovan\u00ed strojov s tuh\u00fdmi opierami pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa sk\u00f4r sn\u00edma\u010de sily ako sn\u00edma\u010de vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed (vibra\u010dn\u00e9 akcelerometre).<\/p>\n<p>Sn\u00edma\u010de vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na mechanizmoch s relat\u00edvne poddajn\u00fdmi podperami, ke\u010f p\u00f4sobenie nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch odstrediv\u00fdch s\u00edl vedie k v\u00fdraznej deform\u00e1cii podper a vibr\u00e1ci\u00e1m. Sn\u00edma\u010de sily sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri tuh\u00fdch podper\u00e1ch, ke\u010f ani v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sily sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165ou neved\u00fa k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm vibr\u00e1ci\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"resonance\">Rezonancia je faktorom, ktor\u00fd br\u00e1ni vyv\u00e1\u017eeniu<\/h2>\n<p>U\u017e sme spomenuli, \u017ee rotory sa delia na tuh\u00e9 a pru\u017en\u00e9. Tuhos\u0165 alebo pru\u017enos\u0165 rotora by sa nemala zamie\u0148a\u0165 s tuhos\u0165ou alebo pohyblivos\u0165ou podpier (z\u00e1kladov), na ktor\u00fdch je rotor nain\u0161talovan\u00fd. Rotor sa pova\u017euje za tuh\u00fd, ak mo\u017eno zanedba\u0165 jeho deform\u00e1ciu (ohyb) p\u00f4soben\u00edm odstrediv\u00fdch s\u00edl. Deform\u00e1cia pru\u017en\u00e9ho rotora je pomerne ve\u013ek\u00e1 a nemo\u017eno ju zanedba\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa zaober\u00e1me len vyva\u017eovan\u00edm pevn\u00fdch rotorov. Pevn\u00fd (nedeformovate\u013en\u00fd) rotor m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zase namontovan\u00fd na pevn\u00fdch alebo pohybliv\u00fdch (poddajn\u00fdch) podper\u00e1ch. Je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee aj t\u00e1to tuhos\u0165\/poddajnos\u0165 podpier je relat\u00edvna, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od r\u00fdchlosti rotora a ve\u013ekosti v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch odstrediv\u00fdch s\u00edl. Vykon\u00e1 sa druh\u00e9 spustenie a zmeraj\u00fa sa parametre vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 by sa mali zmeni\u0165 v d\u00f4sledku in\u0161tal\u00e1cie sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho z\u00e1va\u017eia. Potom sa sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eie z prvej roviny odstr\u00e1ni a nain\u0161taluje sa do druhej roviny. Vykon\u00e1 sa tretie sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 spustenie a zmeraj\u00fa sa parametre vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed. Sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eie sa odstr\u00e1ni a softv\u00e9r automaticky vypo\u010d\u00edta hmotnosti a uhly in\u0161tal\u00e1cie vyva\u017eovac\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010delom in\u0161tal\u00e1cie sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed je zisti\u0165, ako syst\u00e9m reaguje na zmeny nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. V\u00e1hy a umiestnenie sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed s\u00fa zn\u00e1me, tak\u017ee softv\u00e9r m\u00f4\u017ee vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 tzv. koeficienty vplyvu, ktor\u00e9 ukazuj\u00fa, ako zavedenie zn\u00e1mej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti ovplyv\u0148uje parametre vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed. Koeficienty vplyvu s\u00fa charakteristikami samotn\u00e9ho mechanick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a z\u00e1visia od tuhosti podpier a hmotnosti (zotrva\u010dnosti) syst\u00e9mu rotor - podpera.<\/p>\n<p>Pre rovnak\u00fd typ mechanizmov s rovnakou kon\u0161trukciou bud\u00fa koeficienty vplyvu bl\u00edzke. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 ich ulo\u017ei\u0165 do pam\u00e4te po\u010d\u00edta\u010da a pou\u017ei\u0165 ich na vyva\u017eovanie mechanizmov rovnak\u00e9ho typu bez sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch j\u00e1zd, \u010do v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje produktivitu vyva\u017eovania. Upozor\u0148ujeme, \u017ee hmotnos\u0165 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed by sa mala zvoli\u0165 tak, aby sa pri in\u0161tal\u00e1cii sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdrazne zmenili parametre vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed. V opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade sa zv\u00fd\u0161i chyba v\u00fdpo\u010dtu koeficientov vplyvu a zhor\u0161\u00ed sa kvalita vyva\u017eovania.<\/p>\n<p>Ako vid\u00edte na obr. 1, odstrediv\u00e1 sila p\u00f4sob\u00ed v radi\u00e1lnom smere, t. j. kolmo na os rotora. Preto musia by\u0165 sn\u00edma\u010de vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed nain\u0161talovan\u00e9 tak, aby ich os citlivosti smerovala tie\u017e v radi\u00e1lnom smere. Tuhos\u0165 z\u00e1kladu v horizont\u00e1lnom smere je zvy\u010dajne men\u0161ia, preto s\u00fa vibr\u00e1cie v horizont\u00e1lnom smere vy\u0161\u0161ie. Preto by sa sn\u00edma\u010de mali kv\u00f4li zv\u00fd\u0161eniu citlivosti nain\u0161talova\u0165 tak, aby ich os citlivosti smerovala tie\u017e horizont\u00e1lne. V praxi maj\u00fa tak\u00e9to stroje zvy\u010dajne nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 rotora aj nespr\u00e1vne zarovnanie hriade\u013ea, \u010do \u00falohu elimin\u00e1cie vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00fdrazne s\u0165a\u017euje. V tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch je potrebn\u00e9 stroj najsk\u00f4r vycentrova\u0165 a potom vyv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165. Prv\u00e1 met\u00f3da zah\u0155\u0148a porovnanie mno\u017estva zvy\u0161kovej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti ur\u010denej po\u010das procesu vyva\u017eovania s toleranciou zvy\u0161kovej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Tieto tolerancie pre r\u00f4zne triedy rotorov s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v norme ISO 21940-11 (predt\u00fdm ISO 1940-1).<\/p>\n<p>Dodr\u017eanie stanoven\u00fdch toleranci\u00ed v\u0161ak nem\u00f4\u017ee plne zaru\u010di\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fa spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 mechanizmu spojen\u00fa s dosiahnut\u00edm minim\u00e1lnej \u00farovne jeho vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed. Vysvet\u013euje sa to t\u00fdm, \u017ee ve\u013ekos\u0165 vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed mechanizmu nie je ur\u010den\u00e1 len ve\u013ekos\u0165ou sily spojenej so zvy\u0161kovou nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165ou jeho rotora, ale z\u00e1vis\u00ed aj od nieko\u013ek\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch parametrov vr\u00e1tane: tuhosti k kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch prvkov mechanizmu, jeho hmotnosti m, koeficientu tlmenia, ako aj frekvencie ot\u00e1\u010dania.
