Ktor\u00e9 rota\u010dn\u00e9 jednotky kombajnov a kosa\u010diek vy\u017eaduj\u00fa vyv\u00e1\u017eenie<\/h2>\n<p>Takmer v\u0161etky rota\u010dn\u00e9 jednotky v kombajnoch a rota\u010dn\u00fdch kosa\u010dk\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa zna\u010dn\u00fa hmotnos\u0165 alebo r\u00fdchlos\u0165 ot\u00e1\u010dania, potrebuj\u00fa vyv\u00e1\u017eenie. Zoberme si najkritickej\u0161ie jednotky:<\/p>\n<h3>Ml\u00e1tiaci bubon kombajnu<\/h3>\n<p>Toto je hlavn\u00fd rotor v klasickom kombajne, zodpovedn\u00fd za ml\u00e1tenie obilia. V rota\u010dn\u00fdch kombajnoch sa namiesto bubna pou\u017e\u00edva dlh\u00fd hlavn\u00fd rotor (axi\u00e1lny rotor), ktor\u00fd vykon\u00e1va ml\u00e1tenie aj separ\u00e1ciu. Tak\u00fdto rotor je v podstate dlh\u00e1 skrutka\/bubon, ktor\u00fd potrebuje kritick\u00e9 dynamick\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017eenie. Sklad\u00e1 sa zo s\u00faboru sn\u00edma\u010dov a elektronick\u00e9ho modulu pripojen\u00e9ho k notebooku: s\u00faprava obsahuje dva vibra\u010dn\u00e9 sn\u00edma\u010de (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/accelerometer\/\">akcelerometre<\/a>) na meranie vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed rotora, optick\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d ot\u00e1\u010dok na meranie ot\u00e1\u010dok a uhlovej polohy, rozhranie (<a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/vibration-analyzer\/\">analyz\u00e1tor vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/a>) a softv\u00e9r. Cel\u00e1 s\u00faprava v\u00e1\u017ei nieko\u013eko kilogramov a je ulo\u017een\u00e1 v malom kufr\u00edku, v\u010faka \u010domu sa d\u00e1 \u013eahko prepravova\u0165 priamo z farmy na farmu. Hlavnou my\u0161lienkou tohto zariadenia je, aby vyva\u017eovanie rotora mohli vykon\u00e1va\u0165 priamo na mieste zamestnanci farmy bez zd\u013ahav\u00e9ho \u0161kolenia a nadmern\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov.<\/p>\n<p>Proces vyva\u017eovania s pou\u017eit\u00edm Balanset-1A je nasleduj\u00faci. Najprv sa priprav\u00ed rotor: bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 je prvorad\u00e1 \u2013 rotor sa o\u010dist\u00ed od ne\u010dist\u00f4t a slamy a skontroluje sa, \u010di s\u00fa v\u0161etky no\u017ee alebo kladiv\u00e1 neporu\u0161en\u00e9 a vo\u013ene sa ot\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa (najm\u00e4 v seka\u010dke slamy, kde m\u00f4\u017ee zaseknut\u00fd n\u00f4\u017e periodicky sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 nerovnov\u00e1hu) a odstr\u00e1nia sa v\u0161etky cudzie pr\u00eddavn\u00e9 zariadenia (napr\u00edklad rozhadzova\u010de, ak prek\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa). Potom sa na skri\u0148u v bl\u00edzkosti podpier rotora nain\u0161taluj\u00fa sn\u00edma\u010de vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed \u2013 zvy\u010dajne kolmo na os ot\u00e1\u010dania, na ka\u017edom konci skrine, kde s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 lo\u017eisk\u00e1. Na rotor (napr. na kladke) je pripevnen\u00e1 mal\u00e1 reflexn\u00e1 zna\u010dka a oproti nej na magnetickom stojane je umiestnen\u00fd optick\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d (tachometer). V\u0161etky sn\u00edma\u010de s\u00fa pripojen\u00e9 k bloku Balanset-1A, ktor\u00fd je n\u00e1sledne pripojen\u00fd k notebooku s balan\u010dn\u00fdm programom. Oper\u00e1tor potom v programe nastav\u00ed parametre: zvol\u00ed sa re\u017eim vyva\u017eovania (zvy\u010dajne dvojrovinn\u00fd pre dlh\u00e9 rotory) a zad\u00e1 sa charakteristika sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho z\u00e1va\u017eia (jeho hmotnos\u0165 a in\u0161tala\u010dn\u00fd polomer). Teraz je mo\u017en\u00e9 na\u0161tartova\u0165 rotor \u2013 bu\u010f na\u0161tartovan\u00edm motora kombajnu na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky ml\u00e1ti\u010dky, alebo zapojen\u00edm v\u00fdvodov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea traktora za kosa\u010dku, alebo pomocou elektromotora, ak je rotor odstr\u00e1nen\u00fd a namontovan\u00fd na stacion\u00e1rnych podper\u00e1ch. Podobn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia nast\u00e1va pri kombajnoch: ak sa po v\u00fdmene no\u017eov v seka\u010dke slamy objav\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha, farm\u00e1r nemus\u00ed cel\u00fa seka\u010dku demontova\u0165, ale m\u00f4\u017ee ju za p\u00e1r hod\u00edn vyv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 priamo na kombajne. Skuto\u010dn\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom je vyv\u00e1\u017eenie choppera na kombajne Claas: po sez\u00f3ne sa stratilo jedno z klad\u00edv a rotor za\u010dal silne vibrova\u0165. Zariadenie vykazovalo r\u00fdchlos\u0165 vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed asi 15\u201317 mm\/s (\u010do je na r\u00e1me badate\u013en\u00e9). Zaisten\u00edm dvoch s\u00e1d podlo\u017eiek s celkovou hmotnos\u0165ou asi 90 gramov na opa\u010dn\u00fdch koncoch rotora sa vibr\u00e1cie zn\u00ed\u017eili na menej ako 2 mm\/s.
