Z anal\u00fdzy technick\u00fdch \u0161pecifik\u00e1ci\u00ed prilo\u017een\u00fdch k t\u00fdmto \u017eiadostiam vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z nich obsahuje rad charakterist\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vplyv na v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 lehoty a n\u00e1klady na stroje a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00fdrazne zu\u017euj\u00fa okruh potenci\u00e1lnych dod\u00e1vate\u013eov. Z nich vynikaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 dve po\u017eiadavky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Po\u017eiadavka zabezpe\u010di\u0165 konkr\u00e9tne <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/residual-unbalance\/\">zvy\u0161kov\u00e1 nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165<\/a>, ktor\u00e1 by nemala prekro\u010di\u0165 hodnotu 0,1 g*mm\/kg (\u00b5m).<\/li>\n<li>Po\u017eiadavka na zaradenie vyva\u017eova\u010dky do registra meradiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analyzujme opodstatnenos\u0165 a uskuto\u010dnite\u013enos\u0165 implement\u00e1cie t\u00fdchto po\u017eiadaviek z poh\u013eadu skuto\u010dn\u00e9ho spotrebite\u013ea.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Anal\u00fdza po\u017eiadaviek na presnos\u0165 stroja<\/h2>\n<p>Over\u00edme platnos\u0165 po\u017eiadaviek z\u00e1kazn\u00edka na presnos\u0165 pomocou technickej \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie vyva\u017eova\u010dky ur\u010denej na vyva\u017eovanie rotorov elektromotorov, turbod\u00fachadiel a kompresorov s hmotnos\u0165ou od 10 do 1500 kg. \u0160pecifik\u00e1cia stanovuje toleranciu \u0161pecifickej zostatkovej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti, ktor\u00e1 by pod\u013ea z\u00e1kazn\u00edka nemala presiahnu\u0165 0,1 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>Na overenie tejto po\u017eiadavky sa odvol\u00e1vame na tabu\u013eku 1 v <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/iso-1940-1\/\">ISO 1940-1<\/a> \u201eMechanick\u00e9 vibr\u00e1cie \u2013 Po\u017eiadavky na kvalitu vyva\u017eovania rotorov.\u201c Na z\u00e1klade odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v tejto tabu\u013eke predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee presnos\u0165 vyva\u017eovania <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/rotor\/\">rotory<\/a> elektromotorov, turb\u00edn a kompresorov, ktor\u00fa m\u00e1 objednan\u00fd stroj zabezpe\u010di\u0165, musia sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 po\u017eiadavky kvality G2.5 <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/g-grade\/\">stupe\u0148<\/a>. Za predpokladu, \u017ee o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 ot\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e1 frekvencia vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho rotora je napr\u00edklad 200 Hz (\u010do s ve\u013ekou rezervou pokr\u00fdva ot\u00e1\u010dky v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny zn\u00e1mych strojov), m\u00f4\u017eeme \u013eahko vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 pr\u00edpustn\u00fa zostatkov\u00fa \u0161pecifick\u00fa nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 pre statick\u00e9 (jednoplo\u0161n\u00e9) vyva\u017eovanie pomocou vzorca 5 z normy: eper = 2500 \/ (6,28 * 200) = 1,99 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>S prihliadnut\u00edm na odpor\u00fa\u010dania tej istej normy ISO 1940-1 (dnes nahradenej normou <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/iso-21940-11\/\">ISO 21940-11<\/a>), uveden\u00e9 v bode 7, by mala by\u0165 pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 hodnota stanoven\u00e1 pre asymetrick\u00fd rotor s dvoma lo\u017eiskami pri dynamickom vyva\u017eovan\u00ed aspo\u0148 0,3 * eper, \u010do by v na\u0161om pr\u00edpade znamenalo 0,6 g*mm\/kg, a nie 0,1 g*mm\/kg, ako sa vy\u017eadovalo v p\u00f4vodnej technickej \u0161pecifik\u00e1cii. Toto rozdelenie pr\u00edpustnej <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/glossary\/balancing-tolerance\/\">vyva\u017eovacia tolerancia<\/a> Rozstup medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma korek\u010dn\u00fdmi rovinami je mo\u017en\u00e9 skontrolova\u0165 pomocou n\u00e1\u0161ho <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sk\/calculators\/residual-unbalance-iso1940\/\">Kalkula\u010dka zostatkovej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti (ISO 21940-11)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00fdmi slovami, ako ukazuje na\u0161a anal\u00fdza, po\u017eiadavky na presnos\u0165 vyva\u017eovacieho stroja v tejto technickej \u0161pecifik\u00e1cii (a mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch dokumentoch) s\u00fa zjavne prehnan\u00e9. Praktick\u00e1 realiz\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto nadmern\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek zah\u0155\u0148a v\u00fdrobcu v rie\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch a technologick\u00fdch \u00faloh, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u010dajne vznikaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe strojov s mimoriadne vysokou presnos\u0165ou, \u010do nepochybne ovplyv\u0148uje n\u00e1klady a \u010das v\u00fdroby strojov. Okrem toho tieto po\u017eiadavky nie s\u00fa v\u017edy technicky realizovate\u013en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je tie\u017e poznamena\u0165, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka tak\u00fdchto vysoko presn\u00fdch strojov m\u00f4\u017ee od potenci\u00e1lneho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka vy\u017eadova\u0165 splnenie viacer\u00fdch dodato\u010dn\u00fdch podmienok, ako je potreba teplotne stabiln\u00fdch a \u010dist\u00fdch priestorov, z\u00e1kladov izoluj\u00facich vibr\u00e1cie at\u010f., pri\u010dom n\u00e1klady na ich vytvorenie m\u00f4\u017eu dokonca prev\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s obstaran\u00edm stroja. Na mo\u017en\u00fa n\u00e1mietku z\u00e1stupcu z\u00e1kazn\u00edka (autora vy\u0161\u0161ie uvedenej technickej \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie), \u017ee splnenie tejto po\u017eiadavky umo\u017e\u0148uje dosiahnu\u0165 na stroji v\u00fdrazne ni\u017e\u0161iu zvy\u0161kov\u00fa nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165, skuto\u010dne zodpovedaj\u00facu triede G0.4, mo\u017eno odporu\u010di\u0165 obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 sa s odpor\u00fa\u010daniami normy GOST 22061-76 \u201cStroje a technologick\u00e9 zariadenia. Syst\u00e9m tried kvality vyv\u00e1\u017eenia. Z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 ustanovenia\u201d (n\u00e1rodn\u00e1 norma, ktorej modern\u00fdm medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdm ekvivalentom je ISO 21940-11, predt\u00fdm ISO 1940-1), ktor\u00e1 platila pred zaveden\u00edm ISO 1940-1.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dasti 3 tejto normy, ktor\u00fa pripravili najlep\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00edci v oblasti vyva\u017eovania zo Sovietskeho zv\u00e4zu, sa od\u00f4vodnene uv\u00e1dza:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobkov zaraden\u00fdch do 1. triedy kvality vyv\u00e1\u017eenia (trieda G0.4 pod\u013ea ISO 1940-1) sa maj\u00fa vyva\u017eova\u0165 vo vlastn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch, vo vlastnom telese, za v\u0161etk\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a pomocou vlastn\u00e9ho pohonu.<\/li>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobkov zaraden\u00fdch do 2. triedy kvality vyva\u017eovania (trieda G1.0) by sa mali vyva\u017eova\u0165 vo vlastn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch alebo vo vlastnom puzdre so \u0161peci\u00e1lnym pohonom, ak nie je k dispoz\u00edcii vlastn\u00fd pohon.<\/li>\n<li>Rotory v\u00fdrobkov zaraden\u00fdch do 3. a\u017e 11. triedy kvality vyva\u017eovania (triedy G2.5 a\u017e G4000) sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyva\u017eova\u0165 ako \u010dasti alebo mont\u00e1\u017ene jednotky.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Podstatou t\u00fdchto odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed je, \u017ee snaha dosiahnu\u0165 na vyva\u017eovacom stroji stupne kvality G0,4 a G1,0 je \u010dasto technicky a ekonomicky nezmyseln\u00e1. Po in\u0161tal\u00e1cii rotorov do stroja sa dosiahnut\u00e1 presnos\u0165 str\u00e1ca a na jej obnovenie je potrebn\u00e9 dodato\u010dn\u00e9 vyva\u017eovanie zostavy rotorov (vo vlastn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch a s vlastn\u00fdm pohonom), ktor\u00e9 sa vykon\u00e1va pomocou prenosn\u00e9ho vibra\u010dn\u00e9ho vyva\u017eovacieho zariadenia.<\/p>\n<p>Ako n\u00e1zorn\u00fd pr\u00edklad tohto tvrdenia mo\u017eno uvies\u0165 vyva\u017eovanie br\u00fasneho kot\u00fa\u010da ur\u010den\u00e9ho na pou\u017eitie na vysoko presnej valcovej br\u00faske (trieda presnosti &#8220;C&#8221;). Pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek u\u017e spom\u00ednanej tabu\u013eky 1 normy ISO 1940-1 by kvalita vyv\u00e1\u017eenia br\u00fasneho kot\u00fa\u010da mala zodpoveda\u0165 aspo\u0148 triede G0.4. Vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 frekvencia ot\u00e1\u010dania br\u00fasneho kot\u00fa\u010da po\u010das prev\u00e1dzky bude 6000 rpm (100 Hz), pomocou zn\u00e1meho vzorca 7 z ISO 1940-1 ur\u010dujeme pr\u00edpustn\u00fa zvy\u0161kov\u00fa \u0161pecifick\u00fa nevyv\u00e1\u017eenos\u0165 eper, ktor\u00e1 bude 0.64 g*mm\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, after balancing on the balancing machine, ensuring this tolerance, the displacement of the center of mass of the grinding wheel relative to the technological axis (balancing machine mandrel axis) should not exceed 0.64 \u00b5m. Since the allowable radial runout of the spindle of a class &#8220;C&#8221; grinding machine according to the national standard GOST 11654-90 is 2 \u00b5m, after mounting our grinding wheel on it (re-baselining the wheel from the technological axis to the working axis), the residual specific imbalance can significantly increase and exceed the tolerance recommended by ISO 1940-1 by at least three times. In such and other similar cases, as noted earlier, additional balancing is required to compensate for errors arising during the assembly stage.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9ho m\u00f4\u017eeme tvrdi\u0165, \u017ee v preva\u017enej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov mo\u017eno po\u017eiadavky na presnos\u0165 stredne \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch a \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch vyva\u017eovac\u00edch strojov obmedzi\u0165 na \u00farove\u0148 zostatkovej \u0161pecifickej nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti 0,5 g*mm\/kg alebo dokonca 1,0 g*mm\/kg. Realiz\u00e1cia tohto odpor\u00fa\u010dania v praxi umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdrobcovi v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 zlo\u017eitos\u0165 a n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdrobu stroja, pri\u010dom z\u00e1kazn\u00edk (za predpokladu realiz\u00e1cie racion\u00e1lneho technologick\u00e9ho postupu) m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 po\u017eadovan\u00fa presnos\u0165 vyva\u017eovania. Hlavnou v\u00fdnimkou z tohto pravidla m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 mal\u00e9 \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 vyva\u017eovacie stroje pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 napr\u00edklad na vyva\u017eovanie rotorov gyroskopov, automobilov\u00fdch turbod\u00fachadiel at\u010f. O potrebe zahrn\u00fa\u0165 vyva\u017eovacie stroje do registra meradiel<\/h2>\n<p>V posledn\u00fdch rokoch sa v na\u0161ej krajine podaril prekvapuj\u00faci objav, ktor\u00fd by mohol zmias\u0165 \"v pokoji zosnul\u00fdch\" odborn\u00edkov z ENIMS**, ktor\u00ed vyvinuli klasifik\u00e1tor strojov na rezanie kovov. Nie\u010dou \"\u013eahkou rukou\" sa na trhu strojov objavil \u00faplne nov\u00fd typ zariadenia - \"vyva\u017eovacie stroje s meran\u00edm vibr\u00e1ci\u00ed\", ktor\u00e9 musia ma\u0165 certifik\u00e1t ruskej \u0161t\u00e1tnej normy a pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 ozna\u010denie.*)<\/p>\n<p>A v\u0161etko by bolo v poriadku, ale zrazu sa uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee \"pokrokov\u00ed\" z\u00e1kazn\u00edci za\u010dali do svojich technick\u00fdch \u0161pecifik\u00e1ci\u00ed povinne zara\u010fova\u0165 po\u017eiadavky na zaradenie vyva\u017eovac\u00edch strojov do registra merac\u00edch pr\u00edstrojov. Pok\u00fasme sa pochopi\u0165, nako\u013eko je t\u00e1to po\u017eiadavka pr\u00e1vne a technicky opodstatnen\u00e1, ako aj jej ekonomick\u00fa realizovate\u013enos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00favod je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 pochopi\u0165, ako t\u00e1to po\u017eiadavka s\u00favis\u00ed s odpor\u00fa\u010daniami existuj\u00facich regula\u010dn\u00fdch dokumentov. Za\u010dnime normou ISO 8-82 \"Stroje na rezanie kovov. V\u0161eobecn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na sk\u00fa\u0161ky presnosti\". T\u00e1to norma stanovuje z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pojmy a princ\u00edpy klasifik\u00e1cie strojov pod\u013ea presnosti, v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na sk\u00fa\u0161ky presnosti a v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na met\u00f3dy overovania presnosti. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee odkazy na postupy hodnotenia kvalitat\u00edvnych charakterist\u00edk strojov v tejto norme pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa len term\u00edn \"overovanie\" a nie je tu \u017eiadna zmienka o potrebe zaradenia strojov do Registra merac\u00edch pr\u00edstrojov, a teda o potrebe ich \"kalibr\u00e1cie\".<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm dokumentom, ktor\u00e9mu treba venova\u0165 pozornos\u0165, je ISO 21940-21 (predt\u00fdm ISO 2953) &#8220;Mechanick\u00e9 vibr\u00e1cie \u2013 Vyva\u017eovanie rotorov \u2013 \u010cas\u0165 21: Opis a hodnotenie vyva\u017eovac\u00edch strojov.&#8221; T\u00e1to norma, ktor\u00e1 stanovuje konkr\u00e9tne po\u017eiadavky na technick\u00e9 charakteristiky vyva\u017eovac\u00edch strojov a na met\u00f3dy ich &#8220;overovania&#8221;, takisto neobsahuje po\u017eiadavky predpokladaj\u00face potrebu kalibr\u00e1cie t\u00fdchto strojov a ich zaradenia do Registra merac\u00edch pr\u00edstrojov. V tejto s\u00favislosti treba poznamena\u0165, \u017ee po\u017eiadavky t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa kalibr\u00e1cie ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa aj v norm\u00e1ch pre in\u00e9 typy obr\u00e1bac\u00edch strojov, ako s\u00fa ISO normy pre br\u00fasky a CNC stroje, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu taktie\u017e obsahova\u0165 r\u00f4zne meracie syst\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem toho sa podobn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky nenach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v technickej dokument\u00e1cii v\u0161etk\u00fdch zn\u00e1mych modelov zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch vyva\u017eovac\u00edch strojov, \u010do je pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho n\u00e1zoru tie\u017e d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd precedens. Na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00fdch argumentov mo\u017eno vyvodi\u0165 nasleduj\u00face z\u00e1very:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Existuj\u00face regula\u010dn\u00e9 a technick\u00e9 dokumenty vypracovan\u00e9 pre obr\u00e1bacie stroje, a najm\u00e4 pre vyva\u017eovacie stroje, neobsahuj\u00fa po\u017eiadavky na ich zaradenie do registra meradiel, a teda ani potrebu ich kalibr\u00e1cie. V d\u00f4sledku toho zahrnutie tak\u00fdchto po\u017eiadaviek do technick\u00fdch \u0161pecifik\u00e1ci\u00ed po\u010das s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00fdch postupov verejn\u00e9ho obstar\u00e1vania \"de facto\" v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady strojov a v\u00fddavky na ich n\u00e1sledn\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku a, ako sa n\u00e1m zd\u00e1, \"de iure\" poru\u0161uje pr\u00e1va v\u00fdrobcov strojov v dobrej viere, ktor\u00ed dodr\u017eiavaj\u00fa literu a ducha existuj\u00facich regula\u010dn\u00fdch dokumentov.<\/li>\n<li>Rutinn\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky meracieho syst\u00e9mu mo\u017eno a treba vykon\u00e1va\u0165 ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 vyva\u017eovacieho stroja v s\u00falade s po\u017eiadavkami a odpor\u00fa\u010daniami normy ISO 21940-21 (predt\u00fdm ISO 2953), ktor\u00e9 predpokladaj\u00fa pou\u017eitie referen\u010dn\u00e9ho rotora, s\u00fapravy sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed a kalibrovan\u00fdch v\u00e1h po\u010das kontrol.
