Zariadenie pozost\u00e1va z dvoch ventil\u00e1torov, z ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00fd je poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00fd motorom s v\u00fdkonom 400 kon\u00ed. Balanset-1A bol na t\u00fato \u00falohu vybran\u00fd v\u010faka svojej presnosti a \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Proces:<\/em><\/strong> Na meranie nevyv\u00e1\u017eenia obe\u017en\u00e9ho kolesa ventil\u00e1tora sa pou\u017eila s\u00faprava Balanset-1A. Po ur\u010den\u00ed nevyv\u00e1\u017eenia sa na obe\u017en\u00e9 koleso pridali pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1va\u017eia, aby sa nevyv\u00e1\u017eenie vyrovnalo a zn\u00ed\u017eili sa vibr\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>V\u00fdsledok:<\/em><\/strong> V\u00fdsledkom dynamick\u00e9ho vyva\u017eovania boli tieto v\u00fdhody:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ni\u017e\u0161ia hladina hluku, ktor\u00e1 zvy\u0161uje pohodlie pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov v aerodynamickom tuneli.<\/li>\n<li>Pred\u013a\u017een\u00e1 \u017eivotnos\u0165 lo\u017e\u00edsk, zn\u00ed\u017eenie po\u017eiadaviek na \u00fadr\u017ebu a prestojov.<\/li>\n<li>Zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby energie, \u010do vedie k \u00faspore n\u00e1kladov.<\/li>\n<li>Zn\u00ed\u017eenie rizika por\u00fach, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed spo\u013eahliv\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka zariadenia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee dynamick\u00e9 vyva\u017eovanie pomocou Balanset-1A sa uk\u00e1zalo ako k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre efekt\u00edvnu a spo\u013eahliv\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku obe\u017en\u00e9ho kolesa ventil\u00e1tora v aerodynamickom tuneli.
