premikajo drug glede na drugega. Ta ne\u017eelena prostost spremeni sicer linearni stroj v nelinearnega, kar povzro\u010da <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/vibration\/\">vibracije<\/a> bogata z ve\u010d <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/harmonics\/\">harmoniki<\/a> hitrosti delovanja, nepredvidljivih nihanj amplitude in izrazitih odstopanj v smeri, ki ne sledijo urejenim vzorcem preproste napake. Opredelitev: Kaj je mehanska ohlapnost<\/h2>\n<p>V bistvu gre pri ohlapnosti za izgubo strukturne celovitosti v poti prenosa obremenitve. Zdrav stroj prena\u0161a sile prek vija\u010dnih spojev, tesnih naleganj in podlivne mase, kot da bi bil celoten sklop eno trdno telo. Ko se spoj zrahlja, se lahko deli lo\u010dijo in ponovno usedejo ve\u010dkrat na obrat, pri \u010demer vsak udarec vnese energijo v \u0161irok pas frekvenc. Rezultat je zna\u010dilen &#8220;ropotav&#8221; spekter in stroj, ki se od ene meritve do druge obna\u0161a razli\u010dno. Vrste mehanske ohlapnosti<\/h2>\n<p>Strokovnjaki obi\u010dajno razvrstijo ohlapnost v tri skupine, od katerih ima vsaka svojo lokacijo in spektralni odtis.<\/p>\n<h3>2.1 Tip A: Vrtljiva ohlapnost (ohlapnost le\u017eaja)<\/h3>\n<p>Prevelika vmesna razdalja med le\u017eajem in gredjo ali ohi\u0161jem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le\u017eaj na gredi:<\/strong> Obrabljena povr\u0161ina gredi, neustrezen prileg, po\u0161kodovana le\u017eajna izvrtina<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le\u017eaj v ohi\u0161ju:<\/strong> Obrabljena izvrtina ohi\u0161ja, ohlapen pokrov le\u017eaja, neustrezno stisnjeno prileganje<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notranji le\u017eaj:<\/strong> prekomerno <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/bearing-clearance\/\">zra\u010dnost le\u017eaja<\/a> od obrabe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simptom:<\/strong> 1\u00d7, 2\u00d7, 3\u00d7 harmonike; ve\u010dja amplituda v radialnih smereh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2 Tip B: Strukturalna nestabilnost (podstavek \/ temelj)<\/h3>\n<p>Neustrezna pritrditev nevrte\u010dih se delov:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/pedestal-looseness\/\">Ohlapni podstavki<\/a>:<\/strong> pritrdilni vijaki niso zategnjeni, po\u0161kodovana malta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monta\u017ea na prosto stoje\u010do podlago:<\/strong> vijaki za pritrditev opreme so ohlapni ali manjkajo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Po\u0161kodovan okvir ali temelj:<\/strong> strukturna po\u0161kodba, ki omogo\u010da premikanje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simptom:<\/strong> Ve\u010d harmonikov (pogosto do 5\u00d7 ali ve\u010d); neenakomeren, nelinearen odziv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strukturna ohlapnost pogosto spremlja <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/soft-foot\/\">mehka noga<\/a>, kadar naprava ne stoji ravno na nogah; ti dve te\u017eavi imata podobne znake in se pogosto pojavljata skupaj, zato je smiselno preveriti obe hkrati.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Tip C: Ohlapnost sestavnih delov<\/h3>\n<p>Ohlapno pritrjeni sestavni deli na vrtljivem elementu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ohlapna krilna kolesa:<\/strong> krilno kolo je ohlapno na gredi, klju\u010d je obrabljen ali manjka.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ohlapne sklopke:<\/strong> osrednji sklopki so ohlapne na gredih.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ohlapne jermenice \/ zobniki:<\/strong> komponente, ki se prosto vrtijo na gredi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oblazinjeni prevleki \/ za\u0161\u010ditni prevleki:<\/strong> \u0161kripanje plo\u010devinastih plo\u0161\u010d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simptom:<\/strong> harmoniki in subharmoniki; mo\u017ene komponente 1\/2\u00d7, 1\/3\u00d7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Podsinhrone komponente tipa C so zna\u010dilne: del, ki se ponovno namesti enkrat na dva ali tri obrate, lahko ustvari pravi <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/subharmonic\/\">subharmoni\u010dni<\/a> polovico ali tretjino <a href=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/sl\/glossary\/running-speed\/\">obratovalna hitrost<\/a>, kar je znak, ki ga neravnovesje ali neporavnava redko povzro\u010da.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
