popravi?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rotor je telo, ki se vrti okoli neke osi in ga dr\u017eijo le\u017eajne povr\u0161ine v nosilcih. Le\u017eajne povr\u0161ine rotorja prena\u0161ajo obremenitve na nosilce prek kotalnih ali drsnih le\u017eajev. V uravnote\u017eenem rotorju je centrifugalna sila, ki deluje na kateri koli element rotorja, uravnote\u017eena s centrifugalno silo, ki deluje na simetri\u010dni element. Za odpravo neuravnote\u017eenosti rotorja in spremljajo\u010dih vibracij je treba namestiti uravnote\u017eevalne mase, da se rotorju povrne simetrija.<\/p>\n<p>Uravnote\u017eenje rotorja je postopek za odpravo neuravnote\u017eenosti z dodajanjem uravnote\u017enih mas.<br \/>Naloga uravnote\u017eenja je poiskati velikost in polo\u017eaj (kot) ene ali ve\u010d korekcijskih mas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-rotors\">Vrste rotorjev in vrste neuravnote\u017eenosti<\/h2>\n<p>Glede na trdnost materiala rotorja in velikost centrifugalnih sil, ki delujejo nanj, lahko rotorje razdelimo na dve vrsti - toge rotorje in fleksibilne rotorje.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">Togi rotorji se pod vplivom centrifugalne sile pri delovnih na\u010dinih deformirajo neznatno in vpliv te deformacije pri izra\u010dunih lahko zanemarimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deformacije fleksibilnih rotorjev ni ve\u010d mogo\u010de zanemariti. Deformacija fleksibilnih rotorjev ote\u017euje re\u0161itev problema uravnote\u017eenja in zahteva uporabo drugih matemati\u010dnih modelov v primerjavi s problemom uravnote\u017eenja togih rotorjev. Treba je opozoriti, da se isti rotor pri nizkih hitrostih lahko obna\u0161a kot tog, pri visokih hitrostih pa kot fleksibilen. V nadaljevanju bomo obravnavali le uravnote\u017eenje togih rotorjev.<\/p>\n<p>Glede na porazdelitev neuravnote\u017eenih mas vzdol\u017e dol\u017eine rotorja lahko lo\u010dimo dve vrsti neuravnote\u017eenosti - stati\u010dno in dinami\u010dno (momentno). Skladno s tem govorimo o stati\u010dnem in dinami\u010dnem uravnote\u017eenju rotorja. Stati\u010dna neuravnote\u017eenost rotorja se pojavi brez vrtenja rotorja, tj. v statiki, ko se rotor zaradi gravitacije obrne s svojo &quot;te\u017eko to\u010dko&quot; navzdol. V stati\u010dnem polo\u017eaju, tj. ko se rotor ne vrti, na rotor deluje samo gravitacija, mase pa se medsebojno uravnote\u017eijo. V dinami\u010dnem polo\u017eaju, ko se rotor vrti, na mase M1 in M2 za\u010dneta delovati centrifugalni sili Fc1 in Fc2. Ti sili sta enake velikosti in nasprotne smeri. Ker pa delujeta na razli\u010dnih mestih vzdol\u017e gredi in nista na isti premici, se ti sili medsebojno ne kompenzirata. Sili Fc1 in Fc2 ustvarjata navor, ki deluje na rotor. Zato se ta neuravnote\u017eenost imenuje tudi momentna neuravnote\u017eenost. V skladu s tem na polo\u017eaje le\u017eajev delujejo nekompenzirane centrifugalne sile, ki lahko mo\u010dno prese\u017eejo izra\u010dunane vrednosti in skraj\u0161ajo \u017eivljenjsko dobo le\u017eajev.<\/p>\n<p>Ker se ta vrsta neuravnote\u017eenosti pojavlja le dinami\u010dno med vrtenjem rotorja, se imenuje dinami\u010dna neuravnote\u017eenost. V stati\u010dnih pogojih je ni mogo\u010de popraviti z uravnote\u017eenjem &quot;na no\u017eih&quot; ali podobnimi metodami. Za odpravo dinami\u010dne neuravnote\u017eenosti je treba namestiti dve kompenzacijski ute\u017ei, ki ustvarjata moment, ki je po velikosti enak in po smeri nasproten momentu, ki izhaja iz mas M1 in M2. Kompenzacijskih mas ni treba nastaviti nasproti in po velikosti enakim masam M1 in M2. Glavno je, da ustvarjata moment, ki v celoti kompenzira moment neuravnote\u017eenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Na splo\u0161no mase M1 in M2 morda nista enaki, zato bo pri\u0161lo do kombinacije stati\u010dnega in dinami\u010dnega neuravnote\u017eenosti. Teoreti\u010dno je dokazano, da sta za tog rotor dve ute\u017ei, razporejeni vzdol\u017e dol\u017eine rotorja, potrebni in zadostni za odpravo njegove neuravnote\u017eenosti. Te ute\u017ei bodo kompenzirale tako navor, ki nastane zaradi dinami\u010dne neuravnote\u017eenosti, kot tudi centrifugalno silo, ki nastane zaradi asimetrije mase glede na os rotorja (stati\u010dna neuravnote\u017eenost). Vendar to povzro\u010di tudi \u00bbinducirano neuravnote\u017eenost\u00ab zaradi deformacije ozkega rotorja pod vplivom centrifugalnih sil korekcijskih ute\u017ei. ROTOR-SUPPORTS SYSTEM.)<\/p>\n<p>To je opazno pri ozkih rotorjih ventilatorjev, pri katerih poleg neravnovesja sile deluje tudi aerodinami\u010dno neravnovesje. Razumeti je treba, da je aerodinami\u010dno neravnovesje oziroma aerodinami\u010dna sila neposredno sorazmerna s kotno hitrostjo rotorja, za njeno izravnavo pa se uporablja centrifugalna sila korekcijske mase, ki je sorazmerna s kvadratom kotne hitrosti. Zato se u\u010dinek uravnote\u017eenja lahko pojavi le pri dolo\u010deni frekvenci uravnote\u017eenja. Pri drugih frekvencah vrtenja se pojavi dodatna napaka.<\/p>\n<p>Enako lahko re\u010demo za elektromagnetne sile v elektromotorju, ki so prav tako sorazmerne s kotno hitrostjo. Zato z uravnote\u017eenjem ni mogo\u010de odpraviti vseh vzrokov vibracij v stroju.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vibration\">Vibracije mehanizmov<\/h2>\n<p>Vibracije so reakcija konstrukcije mehanizma na u\u010dinke cikli\u010dne vzbujevalne sile. Ta sila je lahko razli\u010dne narave.<br \/>Centrifugalna sila, ki nastane zaradi neuravnote\u017eenega rotorja, je nekompenzirana sila, ki deluje na \"te\u017eko to\u010dko\". Prav to silo in vibracije, ki jih povzro\u010da, je mogo\u010de odpraviti z uravnote\u017eenjem rotorja.<\/p>\n<p>Interakcijske sile &quot;geometrijske&quot; narave, ki izhajajo iz proizvodnih in monta\u017enih napak ujemajo\u010dih se delov. Te sile lahko na primer nastanejo zaradi neokroglosti vratov gredi, napak v profilih zob zobnikov, valovitosti tekalnih stez le\u017eajev, neusklajenosti ujemajo\u010dih se gredi itd. V primeru neokroglosti le\u017eajnih \u010depov se os gredi premika glede na kot vrtenja gredi. \u010ceprav se te vibracije pojavljajo tudi pri hitrosti rotorja, jih je skoraj nemogo\u010de odpraviti z uravnote\u017eenjem.<\/p>\n<p>Aerodinami\u010dne sile, ki nastanejo zaradi vrtenja rotorjev ventilatorjev in drugih mehanizmov z lopaticami. Hidrodinami\u010dne sile, ki so posledica vrtenja rotorjev hidravli\u010dnih \u010drpalk, turbin itd.<br \/>Elektromagnetne sile, ki so posledica delovanja elektri\u010dnih strojev, npr. asimetri\u010dnih rotorskih navitij, kratkega stika navitij itd.<\/p>\n<p>Velikost nihanja (npr. njegova amplituda Av) ni odvisna le od vzbujalne sile Fv, ki deluje na mehanizem s kro\u017eno frekvenco \u03c9, temve\u010d tudi od togosti k mehanizma, njegove mase m in koeficienta du\u0161enja C.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em 0;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/cdd9842bec0cd7097cf30b3e2a3e6268.png\" alt=\"Formula: amplituda vibracij je odvisna od vzbujevalne sile, togosti, mase in du\u0161enja\" width=\"413\" height=\"67\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>Za merjenje vibracij in balansiranje mehanizmov se lahko uporabljajo razli\u010dne vrste senzorjev, vklju\u010dno z:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>absolutni senzorji vibracij, namenjeni merjenju pospe\u0161ka vibracij (akcelerometri), in senzorji hitrosti vibracij;<\/li>\n<li>senzorji relativnih vibracij - vrtin\u010dnotokovski ali kapacitivni senzorji, zasnovani za merjenje vibracijskega premika;<\/li>\n<li>V nekaterih primerih (kadar zasnova mehanizma to omogo\u010da) se lahko za oceno njegove vibracijske obremenitve uporabijo tudi senzorji sile; zlasti se pogosto uporabljajo za merjenje vibracijske obremenitve trdno ule\u017eajenih nosilcev strojev za uravnote\u017eenje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vibracije so torej odziv stroja na delovanje zunanjih sil. Velikost vibracij ni odvisna le od velikosti sile, ki deluje na mehanizem, temve\u010d tudi od togosti konstrukcije mehanizma. Ena in ista sila lahko povzro\u010di razli\u010dne vibracije. V stroju s trdimi le\u017eaji so lahko le\u017eaji, tudi \u010de so vibracije majhne, izpostavljeni velikim dinami\u010dnim obremenitvam. Zato se pri uravnote\u017eenju strojev s trdimi le\u017eaji uporabljajo senzorji sile in ne vibracij (vibracijski merilniki pospe\u0161ka).<\/p>\n<p>Senzorji vibracij se uporabljajo na mehanizmih z razmeroma pro\u017enimi nosilci, kadar delovanje neuravnote\u017eenih centrifugalnih sil povzro\u010di opazno deformacijo nosilcev in vibracije. Senzorji sile se uporabljajo pri togih nosilcih, ko tudi znatne sile zaradi neuravnote\u017eenosti ne povzro\u010dajo znatnih vibracij.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"resonance\">Resonanca je dejavnik, ki prepre\u010duje uravnote\u017eenje<\/h2>\n<p>Prej smo omenili, da se rotorji delijo na toge in pro\u017ene. Togosti ali pro\u017enosti rotorja ne smemo zamenjevati s togostjo ali gibljivostjo podpor (temelja), na katerih je rotor name\u0161\u010den. Rotor velja za tog, kadar lahko zanemarimo njegovo deformacijo (upogibanje) pod vplivom centrifugalnih sil. Deformacija pro\u017enega rotorja je razmeroma velika in je ni mogo\u010de zanemariti.<\/p>\n<p>V tem \u010dlanku obravnavamo samo uravnote\u017eenje togih rotorjev. Togi (nedeformabilni) rotor je lahko name\u0161\u010den na toge ali gibljive (upogljive) podpore. Jasno je, da je tudi ta togost\/premi\u010dnost nosilcev relativna, odvisna od hitrosti rotorja in velikosti posledi\u010dnih centrifugalnih sil. Pogojna meja je frekvenca lastnih vibracij nosilcev rotorja.<\/p>\n<p>Pri mehanskih sistemih sta oblika in frekvenca lastnih vibracij odvisni od mase in elasti\u010dnosti elementov mehanskega sistema. To pomeni, da je frekvenca lastnih vibracij notranja zna\u010dilnost mehanskega sistema in ni odvisna od zunanjih sil. \u010ce so nosilci zaradi elasti\u010dnosti odmaknjeni iz ravnovesja, se ponavadi vrnejo v polo\u017eaj ravnovesja. Toda zaradi vztrajnosti masivnega rotorja ima ta proces naravo du\u0161enih nihanj. Te vibracije so lastne vibracije sistema rotorja in podpore. Njihova frekvenca je odvisna od razmerja med maso rotorja in elasti\u010dnostjo nosilcev.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;margin:1em 0;\">\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vibromera.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/6cf9ce259705c3c27b80b37a8f7a946e.png\" alt=\"Formula: naravna frekvenca je odvisna od razmerja med maso rotorja in elasti\u010dnostjo podpore\" width=\"397\" height=\"45\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto;\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ko se rotor za\u010dne vrteti in se frekvenca njegovega vrtenja pribli\u017ea frekvenci lastnih vibracij, se amplituda vibracij mo\u010dno pove\u010da, kar lahko privede do poru\u0161itve konstrukcije.<\/p>\n<p>Pojavi se pojav mehanske resonance. Na obmo\u010dju resonance lahko sprememba hitrosti vrtenja za 100 vrtljajev na minuto povzro\u010di desetkratno pove\u010danje vibracij. To ni mogo\u010de na obi\u010dajen na\u010din, saj \u017ee majhna sprememba hitrosti povzro\u010di drasti\u010dno spremembo parametrov vibracij. Za uravnote\u017eenje na podro\u010dju resonance se uporabljajo posebne metode, ki v tem \u010dlanku niso obravnavane.<\/p>\n<p>Dolo\u010diti je mogo\u010de frekvenco lastnih vibracij mehanizma pri izteku (pri izklopu vrtenja rotorja) ali z metodo udarca s poznej\u0161o spektralno analizo odziva sistema na udarec.<\/p>\n<p>Za mehanizme, katerih delovna frekvenca vrtenja je nad resonan\u010dno frekvenco, tj. ki delujejo v resonan\u010dnem re\u017eimu, se \u0161teje, da se podpore premikajo, za merjenje pa se uporabljajo senzorji vibracij, predvsem vibroakselerometri, ki merijo pospe\u0161ek konstrukcijskih elementov. Pri mehanizmih, ki delujejo v predresonan\u010dnem re\u017eimu, se podpore \u0161tejejo za toge. V tem primeru se uporabljajo senzorji sile.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"linear-nonlinear\">Linearni in nelinearni modeli mehanskega sistema. Nelinearnost je dejavnik, ki prepre\u010duje uravnote\u017eenje<\/h2>\n<p>Pri uravnote\u017eenju togih rotorjev se za izra\u010dune uravnote\u017eenja uporabljajo matemati\u010dni modeli, imenovani linearni modeli. Linearni model pomeni, da je v takem modelu ena koli\u010dina sorazmerna (linearna) z drugo. \u010ce se na primer podvoji nekompenzirana masa na rotorju, se podvoji tudi vrednost vibracij. Za toge rotorje se lahko uporabi linearni model, saj se ne deformirajo.<\/p>\n<p>Pri pro\u017enih rotorjih linearnega modela ni ve\u010d mogo\u010de uporabiti. \u010ce se pri pro\u017enem rotorju med vrtenjem pove\u010da masa te\u017eke to\u010dke, pride do dodatne deformacije, poleg mase pa se pove\u010da tudi polmer lokacije te\u017eke to\u010dke. Zato se pri pro\u017enem rotorju vibracije pove\u010dajo za ve\u010d kot dvakrat in obi\u010dajne metode izra\u010duna ne delujejo.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi sprememba elasti\u010dnosti podpor pri njihovih velikih deformacijah, na primer, ko pri majhnih deformacijah podpor delujejo nekateri konstrukcijski elementi, pri velikih pa so vklju\u010deni drugi konstrukcijski elementi. Zato ni mogo\u010de uravnote\u017eiti mehanizmov, ki niso pritrjeni na podlago, temve\u010d so na primer preprosto postavljeni na tla. Pri velikih vibracijah lahko sila neuravnote\u017eenosti odtrga mehanizem od tal, s \u010dimer se bistveno spremenijo togostne zna\u010dilnosti sistema. Noge motorja morajo biti varno pritrjene, pritrditev vijakov mora biti zategnjena, debelina podlo\u017ek mora zagotavljati zadostno togost pritrditve itd. \u010ce so le\u017eaji po\u0161kodovani, so mo\u017eni precej\u0161nji odmiki gredi in udarci, kar bo imelo za posledico tudi slabo linearnost in nezmo\u017enost izvedbe kakovostnega uravnote\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"devices\">Balansirne naprave in balansirni stroji<\/h2>\n<p>Kot je navedeno zgoraj, je uravnote\u017eenje postopek poravnave glavne osrednje vztrajnostne osi z osjo vrtenja rotorja.<\/p>\n<p>Ta postopek lahko izvedete na dva na\u010dina.<\/p>\n<p>Prva metoda vklju\u010duje strojno obdelavo rotorjevih \u010depov tako, da se os, ki poteka skozi sredi\u0161\u010da \u010depov, preseka z glavno osrednjo osjo vztrajnosti rotorja. Tak\u0161na tehnika se v praksi redko uporablja in v tem \u010dlanku ne bo podrobno obravnavana.<\/p>\n<p>Druga (najpogostej\u0161a) metoda vklju\u010duje premikanje, name\u0161\u010danje ali odstranjevanje korekcijskih ute\u017ei na rotorju, ki so name\u0161\u010dene tako, da je vztrajnostna os rotorja \u010dim bli\u017eje njegovi osi vrtenja.<\/p>\n<p>Premikanje, dodajanje ali odstranjevanje korekcijskih ute\u017ei med uravnote\u017eenjem se lahko izvede z razli\u010dnimi tehnolo\u0161kimi postopki, vklju\u010dno z vrtanjem, rezkanjem, povr\u0161inskim navarjanjem, varjenjem, vija\u010denjem ali odvijanjem, \u017eganjem z laserskim ali elektronskim \u017earkom, elektrolizo, elektromagnetnim navarjanjem itd.<\/p>\n<p>Postopek uravnote\u017eenja je mogo\u010de izvesti na dva na\u010dina:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>uravnote\u017eenje sestavljenih rotorjev (v lastnih le\u017eajih) z uporabo uravnote\u017eevalnih strojev;<\/li>\n<li>uravnote\u017eenje rotorjev na balansirnih strojih. Za uravnote\u017eenje rotorjev v lastnih le\u017eajih se obi\u010dajno uporabljajo specializirane naprave za uravnote\u017eenje (kompleti), ki omogo\u010dajo merjenje vibracij uravnote\u017eenega rotorja pri njegovi frekvenci vrtenja v vektorski obliki, tj. merjenje amplitude in faze vibracij. Trenutno so navedene naprave izdelane na podlagi mikroprocesorske tehnologije in (poleg merjenja in analize vibracij) omogo\u010dajo samodejni izra\u010dun parametrov korekcijskih ute\u017ei, ki jih je treba namestiti na rotor, da se izravna njegova neuravnote\u017eenost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Te naprave vklju\u010dujejo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>merilno in ra\u010dunsko enoto, ki temelji na ra\u010dunalniku ali industrijskem krmilniku;<\/li>\n<li>Dva (ali ve\u010d) senzorjev vibracij;<\/li>\n<li>Senzor faznega kota;<\/li>\n<li>dodatke za namestitev senzorjev na lokaciji;<\/li>\n<li>specializirana programska oprema, zasnovana za izvedbo celotnega cikla merjenja parametrov vibracij rotorja v eni, dveh ali ve\u010d korekcijskih ravninah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trenutno se najpogosteje uporabljata dve vrsti strojev za uravnote\u017eenje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stroji z mehkimi le\u017eaji (z mehkimi nosilci);<\/li>\n<li>Stroji s togimi oporami (s togimi nosilci).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stroji z mehkimi le\u017eaji imajo relativno upogljive nosilce, na primer tiste, ki temeljijo na plo\u0161\u010datih vzmeteh. Frekvenca lastnih nihanj teh nosilcev je obi\u010dajno 2-3-krat ni\u017eja od frekvence vrtenja uravnote\u017eenega rotorja, ki je name\u0161\u010den na njih. Senzorji vibracij (merilniki pospe\u0161ka, senzorji hitrosti vibracij itd.) se obi\u010dajno uporabljajo pri merjenju vibracij predresonan\u010dnih nosilcev stroja.<\/p>\n<p>Stroji za predresonan\u010dno uravnote\u017eenje uporabljajo razmeroma toge nosilce, katerih lastne frekvence vibracij morajo biti 2-3-krat vi\u0161je od frekvence vrtenja rotorja, ki se uravnote\u017euje. Za merjenje vibracijske obremenitve podpor predresonan\u010dnih strojev se obi\u010dajno uporabljajo pretvorniki sile.<\/p>\n<p>Prednost strojev za predresonan\u010dno uravnote\u017eenje je v tem, da se uravnote\u017eenje na njih lahko izvaja pri relativno nizkih hitrostih rotorja (do 400 - 500 vrt\/min), kar mo\u010dno poenostavi zasnovo stroja in njegove osnove ter pove\u010da produktivnost in Druge vrste vibracij se z uravnote\u017eenjem ne odpravijo!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Tehni\u010dni mehanizmi, katerih zasnova zagotavlja odsotnost resonanc pri delovni frekvenci vrtenja, ki so zanesljivo pritrjeni na temelje in name\u0161\u010deni v uporabne le\u017eaje, so predmet uravnote\u017eenja.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Okvarjene stroje je treba pred uravnote\u017eenjem popraviti. V nasprotnem primeru kakovostno uravnote\u017eenje ni mogo\u010de. <\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Uravnote\u017eenje ne more nadomestiti popravila!<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Glavna naloga uravnote\u017eenja je dolo\u010diti maso in polo\u017eaj kompenzacijskih ute\u017ei, ki delujejo proti centrifugalnim silam.<br \/>Kot je navedeno zgoraj, je pri togih rotorjih na splo\u0161no potrebno in zadostno namestiti dve kompenzacijski ute\u017ei. S tem se odpravi stati\u010dna in dinami\u010dna neuravnote\u017eenost rotorja. Na rotor se pritrdi ozna\u010devalec obratov, obi\u010dajno z odsevnim trakom. Metoda temelji na tem, da se na rotor zaporedno v ravnini 1 in 2 namestijo preskusne ute\u017ei z znano maso, ute\u017ei in lokacija izravnalnih ute\u017ei pa se izra\u010dunajo na podlagi rezultatov sprememb parametrov vibracij.<\/p>\n<p>Mesto namestitve ute\u017ei se imenuje korekcijska ravnina. Obi\u010dajno so korekcijske ravnine izbrane na obmo\u010dju le\u017eajnih podpor, na katere je name\u0161\u010den rotor.<\/p>\n<p>Ob prvem zagonu se izmerijo za\u010detne vibracije. Nato se na rotor bli\u017eje enemu od le\u017eajev namesti preskusna ute\u017e znane te\u017ee. Izvede se drugi zagon in izmerijo se parametri vibracij, ki se morajo spremeniti zaradi namestitve preskusne ute\u017ei. Nato se preskusna ute\u017e v prvi ravnini odstrani in namesti v drugo ravnino. Izvede se tretji preskusni zagon in izmerijo se parametri vibracij. Preskusna ute\u017e se odstrani, programska oprema pa samodejno izra\u010duna mase in kote namestitve ravnote\u017enih ute\u017ei.<\/p>\n<p>Namen namestitve preskusnih ute\u017ei je ugotoviti, kako se sistem odziva na spremembe neravnovesja. Ute\u017ei in lokacije preskusnih ute\u017ei so znane, zato lahko programska oprema izra\u010duna tako imenovane koeficiente vpliva, ki ka\u017eejo, kako uvedba znane neuravnote\u017eenosti vpliva na parametre vibracij. Koeficienti vpliva so zna\u010dilnosti samega mehanskega sistema in so odvisni od togosti podpor in mase (vztrajnosti) sistema rotor-podpora.<\/p>\n<p>Za isto vrsto mehanizmov enake zasnove bodo koeficienti vpliva blizu. Mo\u017eno jih je shraniti v pomnilnik ra\u010dunalnika in jih uporabiti za uravnote\u017eenje istovrstnih mehanizmov brez preskusnih vo\u017eenj, kar znatno pove\u010da produktivnost uravnote\u017eenja. Upo\u0161tevajte, da je treba maso preskusnih ute\u017ei izbrati tako, da se parametri vibracij ob namestitvi preskusnih ute\u017ei opazno spremenijo. V nasprotnem primeru se pove\u010da napaka pri izra\u010dunu koeficientov vpliva in poslab\u0161a kakovost uravnote\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je razvidno s slike 1, centrifugalna sila deluje v radialni smeri, torej pravokotno na os rotorja. Zato morajo biti senzorji vibracij name\u0161\u010deni tako, da je tudi njihova os ob\u010dutljivosti usmerjena v radialno smer. Obi\u010dajno je togost temelja v vodoravni smeri manj\u0161a, zato so vibracije v vodoravni smeri ve\u010dje. Zato je za pove\u010danje ob\u010dutljivosti priporo\u010dljivo senzorje namestiti tako, da je njihova os ob\u010dutljivosti usmerjena tudi vodoravno. \u010ceprav bistvene razlike ni. Poleg vibracij v radialni smeri je treba spremljati tudi vibracije v aksialni smeri, vzdol\u017e osi vrtenja rotorja. Te vibracije obi\u010dajno ne povzro\u010da neuravnote\u017eenost, temve\u010d drugi vzroki, predvsem povezani z neporavnanostjo gredi, povezanih prek sklopke.<\/p>\n<p>Teh vibracij ni mogo\u010de odpraviti z uravnote\u017eanjem, v tem primeru je potrebna poravnava. V praksi imajo tak\u0161ni stroji obi\u010dajno tako neuravnote\u017eenost rotorja kot tudi neporavnanost gredi, kar precej ote\u017euje odpravo vibracij. V takih primerih je treba stroj najprej centrirati in nato uravnote\u017eiti. Prva metoda vklju\u010duje primerjavo koli\u010dine preostale neuravnote\u017eenosti, dolo\u010dene med postopkom uravnote\u017eenja, s toleranco za preostalo neuravnote\u017eenost. Te tolerance za razli\u010dne razrede rotorjev so dolo\u010dene v ISO 21940-11 (prej ISO 1940-1).<\/p>\n<p>Vendar upo\u0161tevanje dolo\u010denih toleranc ne more v celoti zagotoviti zanesljivosti delovanja mehanizma, ki je povezana z doseganjem najni\u017eje ravni vibracij. To pojasnjuje dejstvo, da velikost vibracij mehanizma ni odvisna le od velikosti sile, povezane s preostalo neuravnote\u017eenostjo njegovega rotorja, temve\u010d tudi od ve\u010d drugih parametrov, vklju\u010dno s togostjo k konstrukcijskih elementov mehanizma, njegovo maso m, faktorjem du\u0161enja in frekvenco vrtenja. Zato je za oceno dinami\u010dnih lastnosti mehanizma (vklju\u010dno s kakovostjo njegovega ravnote\u017eja) v \u0161tevilnih primerih priporo\u010dljivo oceniti raven preostalih vibracij mehanizma, ki jo urejajo \u0161tevilni standardi.<\/p>\n<p>Najpogostej\u0161i standard, ki ureja dopustne ravni vibracij mehanizmov, je ISO 10816-3-2002.
