Za re\u0161evanje tega izziva je bila uporabljena naprava Balanset-1A, orodje, zasnovano za tak\u0161ne naloge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postopek:<\/strong><br \/>\nZ uporabo zmogljivosti sistema Balanset-1A se je za\u010delo dinami\u010dno uravnote\u017eenje v dveh ravninah. Pred za\u010detkom postopka so bile izmerjene vibracije rotorja mul\u010derja AHWI, ki so bile visoke 24 mm\/s. Tako visoke vibracije lahko negativno vplivajo na delovanje mul\u010derja in povzro\u010dijo njegovo prezgodnjo obrabo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dek:<\/strong><br \/>\nPostopek dinami\u010dnega uravnote\u017eenja rotorja je vibracije u\u010dinkovito zmanj\u0161al na zgolj 1.2 mm\/s. Bistveno zmanj\u0161anje vibracij prina\u0161a \u0161tevilne prednosti:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Zmanj\u0161ana raven hrupa:<\/strong> Manj\u0161e vibracije pomenijo ti\u0161je delovanje, kar zagotavlja bolj\u0161e delovno okolje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Podalj\u0161ana \u017eivljenjska doba le\u017eaja:<\/strong> Z manj\u0161o obremenitvijo le\u017eajev se ob\u010dutno podalj\u0161a njihova \u017eivljenjska doba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manj\u0161a poraba goriva:<\/strong> U\u010dinkovito delovanje omogo\u010da prihranek goriva, kar se dolgoro\u010dno izka\u017ee za stro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovito.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zmanj\u0161anje \u0161tevila okvar:<\/strong> Z optimiziranim delovanjem se zmanj\u0161ajo mo\u017enosti nepri\u010dakovanih okvar, kar zagotavlja neprekinjeno delovanje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u010ce povzamemo, dinami\u010dno uravnote\u017eenje rotorja ni izbolj\u0161alo le takoj\u0161nje u\u010dinkovitosti mul\u010derja AHWI, temve\u010d obljublja tudi dalj\u0161o in u\u010dinkovito \u017eivljenjsko dobo.
