Tokrat je bila moja naloga druga\u010dna, vendar enako pomembna: odpraviti te\u017eave z vibracijami izpu\u0161nega prezra\u010devalnega sistema.<\/p>\n<p>V obratu za proizvodnjo apnenca so zaradi te\u017ekih in pra\u0161nih razmer velike zahteve za opremo, zato je redno vzdr\u017eevanje nujno. Pri odvodnem prezra\u010devanju lahko vsako neravnovesje povzro\u010di \u0161tevilne te\u017eave, kot so pove\u010dana poraba energije, mehanske obremenitve in prezgodnja obraba.<\/p>\n<p>Za to misijo sem ponovno izbral instrument Balanset-1A, saj je bil u\u010dinkovit pri zagotavljanju natan\u010dne analize vibracij in uravnote\u017eenja rotorja. Takole sem ravnal:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Za\u010detna meritev vibracij<\/strong>: V prvem koraku je bilo treba zabele\u017eiti obstoje\u010de ravni vibracij izpu\u0161nega prezra\u010devalnega sistema. Visoke ravni vibracij pogosto ka\u017eejo na neravnovesja, ki lahko privedejo do neu\u010dinkovitega delovanja ali celo odpovedi opreme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Postavitev testnih ute\u017ei<\/strong>: Na podlagi za\u010detnih od\u010ditkov sem na dolo\u010dene to\u010dke na lopaticah izpu\u0161nega ventilatorja pritrdil preskusne ute\u017ei. Tako je naprava Balanset-1A zabele\u017eila vse spremembe vibracij, ki so bile nato uporabljene za izra\u010dun potrebnih korektivnih ukrepov.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Korektivni ukrepi<\/strong>: Z natan\u010dnimi podatki sem prilagodil ravnote\u017ene ute\u017ei na lopaticah izpu\u0161nega ventilatorja. Ta korak je bil klju\u010dnega pomena za optimizacijo delovanja ventilatorja in zmanj\u0161anje ravni vibracij.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preverjanje rezultatov<\/strong>: Po prilagoditvah je bil opravljen \u0161e en krog meritev vibracij, ki je potrdil uspe\u0161nost uravnote\u017eenja. Ravni vibracij so se znatno zmanj\u0161ale, kar je zagotovilo u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e in varnej\u0161e delovanje izpu\u0161nega prezra\u010devalnega sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Upravljavci elektrarne so bili zadovoljni s takoj\u0161njim izbolj\u0161anjem delovanja sistema, kar je bilo podobno uspehu, ki smo ga imeli z uravnote\u017eenjem rotorja separatorja med mojim prej\u0161njim obiskom.
