Idealno stanje za pouzdanost je otprilike 80\u2013110% ta\u010dke najbolje efikasnosti (BEP). Odvojeno, <strong>nedovoljan NPSH<\/strong> \u2014 nedovoljna neto pozitivna glava usisavanja \u2014 gladuje ulazak impelera i izaziva kavitaciju; to je fundamentalno problem sistema koji se manifestuje unutar pumpe, i obi\u010dno zahteva promene sistema umesto popravke pumpe da bi se re\u0161io.
