FFT spektar vam ka\u017ee \u0161ta i za\u0161to. Ove situacije zahtevaju odgovaraju\u0107i analizator:<\/p>\n<div class=\"vbm-signs\">\n<div><b>Nepoznat uzrok vibracija<\/b> Op\u0161ti nivo je pove\u0107an, ali ne mo\u017eete odrediti da li je uzrok neuravnote\u017eenost, pogre\u0161na osna linija, labavost ili o\u0161te\u0107enje le\u017eaja &mdash; FFT odvaja svaki karakteristi\u010dni spektar.<\/div>\n<div><b>Jaka komponenta 1&times; RPM<\/b> Dominantan prvi harmonik je karakteristi\u010dan spektar preostale neuravnote\u017eenosti rotora i razlog za po\u010detak balansiranja.<\/div>\n<div><b>Pove\u0107ani 2&times; ili 3&times; harmonici<\/b> Izra\u017eena druga ili tre\u0107a harmonika obi\u010dno ukazuje na uglovnu ili paralelnu pogre\u0161nu osnu liniju spojki ili vratila.<\/div>\n<div><b>Subharmonici ili \u0161iroki spektarski \u0161um<\/b> Niskoredne frekvencije defekata le\u017eaja (BPFO, BPFI, BSF, FTF) i njihovi harmonici pojavljuju se u spektru brzine kako se defekt razvija &mdash; upozorenje koje vredi pratiti pre otkaza, iako je za najraniju fazu o\u0161te\u0107enja potrebna visokofrekventna envelope analiza.<\/div>\n<div><b>Provera prihvatljivosti nakon popravke<\/b> Nakon balansiranja, poravnanja ili zamene le\u017eaja potreban vam je mereni dokaz da su nivoi pali ispod granice prihvatljivosti prema ISO 20816.<\/div>\n<div><b>Periodi\u010dka anketa pracenja stanja<\/b> Bele\u017eenjem baznih spektara u redovnim intervalima mo\u017eete pratiti rast amplituda i planirati odr\u017eavanje pre neplanirane gu\u0161enja.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vbm-sec\" id=\"measures\">\n<h2>\u0160ta Balanset-1A analizator meri<\/h2>\n<p>Analizator prima simultane signale sa dva isporu\u010dena senzora vibracija (analogni MEMS akcelerometri) referencirana na laserski tahometar.
