Ang instalasyon ay binubuo ng dalawang fan, bawat isa ay pinagana ng isang motor na 400-hp. Pinili ang Balanset-1A para sa gawaing ito dahil sa tumpak at pagiging epektibo nito.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Process:<\/em><\/strong> Ginamit ang Balanset-1A upang sukatin ang unbalance sa fan impeller. Kapag natukoy na ang unbalance, ang naaangkop na mga timbang ay idinagdag sa impeller upang labanan ang unbalance at bawasan ang mga vibration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Outcome:<\/em><\/strong> Bilang resulta ng dynamic na pagbabalanset, nakamit ang mga sumusunod na benepisyo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mas mababang antas ng ingay, na nagpapahusay ng karanasan ng gumagamit sa wind tunnel.<\/li>\n<li>Pinahabang buhay ng bearing, na nagbabawas ng mga pangangailangan sa pagpapanatili at downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Nabawasang pagkonsumo ng enerhiya, na humahantong sa pagtitipid ng gastos.<\/li>\n<li>Nabawasang panganib ng mga pagkasira, na tinitiyak ang maaasahang operasyon ng instalasyon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sa konklusyon, ang dynamic balancing gamit ang Balanset-1A ay napatunayang mahalaga para sa mahusay at maaasahang operasyon ng fan impeller sa wind tunnel.
